W artykule przedstawiono krótką charakterystykę oraz zasady funkcjonowania nowych, innowacyjnych systemów transportu miejskiego. Celem pracy było poznanie poprzez ankietyzację opinii mieszkańców na temat istniejących i możliwych do wprowadzenia systemów miejskiego transportu indywidualnego w Polsce na tle rozwiązań światowych. W pracy zaprezentowano wyniki analizy statystycznej ankiety i sformułowano wnioski podsumowujące.
In this paper innovative urban individual transport systems have been discussed. The results of the survey conducted on a group of 250 people, of which the largest part were residents of the city in the youngest age group 18-24 shows that knowledge about modern forms of transport and the possible willingness to use them, is not at a high level. The reason is the attachment of society to material goods and lack of awareness about the benefits that the user gains, but also the inhabitants in the aspect of improving the quality of life in the city. The future of transport belongs to systems that are focused on the lack of belonging and sharing economy. The concluded analysis proves that the systems functioning in the States are profitable and convenient for the residents, and the companies constantly develop their offer by expanding with modern solutions and facilities. In Poland, the change of residents habits regarding the forms of mobility will occur with the increase of popularity of modern systems, and this can be obtained by emphasizing the promotion in means of transport, at bus stops, and in the media. Forecasts indicate a steadily growing market value of innovative urban transport systems, which will improve the standard of living in crowded cities.

30 keV $Ga^{+}$ irradiation-induced changes of magnetic and magneto-optical properties of sputtered Pt/Co/Pt ultrathin trilayers films have been studied as a function of the ion fluence. Out-of-plane magnetic anisotropy states with enhanced magneto-optical effects were evidenced for specific values of cobalt thickness and irradiation fluence. Results obtained after uniform or quasi-uniform focused ion beam irradiation on either out-of-plane or in-plane magnetized sputtered pristine trilayers are compared. Similar irradiation-induced magnetic changes are evidenced in quasi-uniformly focused ion beam or uniformly irradiated films, grown either by sputtering or molecular beam epitaxy. We discuss on plausible common mechanisms underlying the observed effects.

Wielkie aglomeracje miejskie nie byłyby w stanie funkcjonować bez sprawnych układów komunikacyjnych. Ułatwiają one i przyśpieszają przemieszczanie się osób z określonego miejsca do punktu docelowego. Istotną częścią układów komunikacyjnych jest transport miejski, a w szczególności transport zbiorowy. Ma on ogromny wpływ na jakość życia w mieście, ochronę środowiska, rozwój gospodarczy miasta. Artykuł omawia zagadnienia komfortu podróżowania pasażerów korzystających z komunikacji miejskiej, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem poziomu napełnienia, tj. liczby pasażerów podróżujących. Badania przeprowadzono na podstawie obserwacji wybranej linii tramwajowej w aglomeracji krakowskiej.
The objective of the paper was the study on the level of travel comfort as perceived by passengers using municipal public transport. The research was exemplified with results from the observations of passenger flow on tramway line No14 in Krakow’s city transit system. A practical objective was an analysis of number of people using tramway lines and a relationship of these parameters in terms of time of the day and day of the week. The aim of the data analysis was to assist in defining whether the tramway provides comfort of travelling to passengers in terms of congestion, and whether tramway vehicles arrive at the stops with sufficient frequency. The gathered data allowed to determine whether transit planning system of the line No14 works correctly or it needs modifying. The article comprises three parts. The first part was devoted to definition and theoretical description of issues connected with comfort of travel. It also contains definitions of basic issues connected with the topic. The second part contains description of the tramway vehicles type and the route they travel on. It also comprises description of measurement methods, and places and times the measurements were taken. In the third part results of studies and their analysis were presented, based on which conclusions can be drawn.

The paper deals with the problem of the supply chain of fruits. The legal regulations, technical procedures and safety requirements are also presented in the article. The profile of polish marketplace of apples producers is briefly characterized. Poland is one of the biggest apples producers, in the European Union. The Russian ban on the products from the European Union was the reason for the search of the new market outlets including China. The part of the paper reflects legal, qualitative and export regulations as well as the phytosanitary requirements for the fruit pickers and transporters. It has to be taken into consideration, that fruit is extremely demanding product for transportation. It is vital to deliver sufficient climatic conditions, firstly adjustment and then maintenance of the appropriate temperature and humidity. The refrigerator technology in the process of transport of apples has also been presented. The supply chain of fruits from Poland to China has been presented and shortly analysed. The process of transportation is occurring in each and every part of the chain. It is an inseparable element connecting the whole chain into one consistent, constantly working process.

W artykule omówiony został problem nowo pojawiających się form indywidualnego transportu miejskiego, jako alternatywy dla systemu taksówek i użytkowania własnych pojazdów samochodowych. Celem pracy było przedstawienie kierunków możliwego rozwoju miejskiego transportu indywidualnego w oparciu o wyniki przeprowadzonej ankiety.
This paper gives a summation of two most popular individual transport companies available in Krakow, Uber and TrafiCar. These are modern urban alternatives for the standard means of transport, taxi cabs and public transportation. Selected companies give a customer the opportunity to use a combination of modern technology (Uber) and completely different attitude to the process of transportation (TrafiCar) - carsharing. Modern solutions can substitute old-fashioned means of transport. Flexible market proves that there is still a plenty of room for innovative solutions. The results of questionnaire presented on social media on a group of 285, mostly young (18-25 years old) people, proved that major factor in selection are the price of the product. Described companies predicate their strategy on price. The other key elements for mostly young people are the possibility of a use of modern technologies and comfort of travelling. The future of transportation gives a chance for both, private companies and city solutions. Local authorities plan to introduce their own way of carsharing as an impulse given from young companies that aggressively stepped in changed the market. The possibility of harmonic coexistence ensures constant of individual transport solutions in the city.

Opis:
Obiektem badań był wybrany węzeł komunikacyjny dużego miasta. Cel pracy stanowiło opracowanie propozycji zmiany rozkładu jazdy kursów tramwajowych celem minimalizacji czasu oczekiwania pasażerów. W pracy przeprowadzono pomiary potoków pasażerskich dla aktualnego rozkładu jazdy tramwajów. Na podstawie obserwacji dokonano aproksymacji intensywności napływu pasażerów w czasie. W pracy sformułowano model matematyczny obiektu, funkcję celu optymalizacji i ograniczenia. Opracowano oryginalny algorytm symulacyjny, w którym kryterium oceny zmienionego rozkładu jazdy był stosunek łącznego czasu oczekiwania pasażerów przed i po wprowadzeniu zmian kursów rozkładowych pociągów tramwajowych. W podsumowaniu pracy sformułowano wnioski z badań.
This paper describes the process of carrying out simulation researches of the communication node in big city in order to achieve explicit target. Chosen urban transit node has formed the object of investigation. The elaboration of proposal of the change of tramway trip time table has been the aim of the work targeting minimization of the passenger waiting time. In the work the measurement of the passenger streams has been carried out for the actual tramway time table. Based on these observations the approximation of passenger flows in time has been completed. In the paper mathematical model of the object, optimization objective function and constrains have been formulated. The original simulation algorithm in which the ratio of total passenger waiting time before and after introduction of tramway trip time table change has been the evaluation criterion. The concluding remarks from the research has been formulated at the end.

The computation of accidental energizing of an off-line turbogenerator has been conducted. Inadvertent energizing of a turbogenerator has become a particular issue in a power plant. The investigated case is three phase energizing. Great emphasis is placed on physical phenomena occurring in the rotor. The results of computations allow one to indicate the risks of damages of construction elements and can confirm the limits of the values set in dedicated protection devices.

W artykule przedstawiono zagrożenia w aspekcie terminowości dostaw oraz wynikające z zagrożeń ryzyko strat finansowych. Opóźnienia dostaw są jednym z najpoważniejszych problemów w sieci powiązań między przedsiębiorstwami, dlatego w artykule przedstawiono możliwość zastosowania metod programowania sieciowego w celu analizy i oceny ryzyka na przykładzie łańcucha dostaw z branży motoryzacyjnej. W pracy podano przykład mapy ryzyka, która jest szczególnie istotna przy wyborze sposobów minimalizacji ryzyka i eliminacji jego skutków.
The aim of this article was application of network programming in evaluation, analyzing and estimating the risk in a supply chain, then presentation the method of mapping the risk as a method of supporting decisions concerning emergency procedures towards the risk. The threats and vulnerabilities, which appear in a supply chain causing delays, were specified in this article. Graphical methods of tasks’ representation in a supply chain were mapped out. Presented in this article example of a supply chain from automotive industry subserved to the calculations and enable to indicate activities in a supply chain, which require shortening their duration. Critical Path in aforementioned example, which was deprived of a slack time, run across the activities of transport undertaken by the suppliers of petroleum, manufacturers and suppliers of polyesters, manufacturers of car seats and other upholstered components, then the production and assembly lines of automotive manufacturer, car dealer and activities of transport to the final customer.

Prezentowany artykuł zawiera wyniki obliczeń przebiegu błędnej synchronizacji turbogeneratora podczas załączenia na sieć przy różnych kątach fazowych napięć zmienianych w pełnym zakresie kątowym (–180 deg, 180 deg). Przedstawiono wpływ błędnej synchronizacji na pracę systemu elektroenergetycznego. Zbadano zjawiska zachodzące w trudno dostępnych pomiarowo miejscach wirnika. Określono najbardziej narażone węzły konstrukcyjne turbogeneratora w rozpatrywanym anormalnym stanie pracy. W obliczeniach wykorzystano polowo-obwodowy model turbogeneratora.
Presented article contains the computation results of turbogenerator faulty synchronization during tripping on the grid for different voltage phase shift changed in full range (–180 deg, 180 deg). It is shown the impact faulty synchronization on the power system. The great emphasis is placed on the physical phenomena existing in the rotor because the measurement of rotor damper bar currents is difficult in practice. The most likely construction elements are estimated in this abnormal operation state. The field-circuit model of the turbogenerator is used during the computations.

This article shows the simulation results of the loss of turbogenerator synchronism due to loss of field during rated operation work. Verified field-circuit model of turbogenerator was used to perform the calculation results. This model allows observing the physical phenomena existing in the rotor. Presented analysis shows the impact turbogenerator synchronism loss on the power system stability and the construction components which are the most vulnerable to damage.
Artykuł przedstawia wyniki badań symulacyjnych utraty synchronizmu turbogeneratora z powodu zwarcia uzwojenia wzbudzenia podczas znamionowej pracy. W obliczeniach wykorzystano zweryfikowany pomiarowo model polowo-obwodowy turbogeneratora, który umożliwia zaobserwowanie zjawisk zachodzących w trudno dostępnym pomiarowo wirniku. Zbadano wpływ utraty synchronizmu na stabilność systemu elektroenergetycznego oraz wykazano najbardziej narażone na uszkodzenia węzły konstrukcyjne turbogeneratora.

Artykuł przedstawia wyniki badań symulacyjnych pracy asynchronicznej turbogeneratora z powodu odłączenia obwodu wzbudzenia dla różnych momentów napędowych pochodzących od turbiny. Główny nacisk położono na opisanie zjawisk zachodzących w trudno dostępnym pomiarowo wirniku. Zbadano wpływ pracy asynchronicznej na stabilność systemu elektroenergetycznego oraz wykazano najbardziej narażone na uszkodzenia węzły konstrukcyjne turbogeneratora.

W artykule omówiono aspekty dotyczące ryzyka i zarządzania ryzykiem w łańcuchu dostaw. Analiza ryzyka została przeprowadzona na przykładzie rzeczywistego przedsiębiorstwa będącego częścią łańcucha dostaw w sektorze produkcji i dystrybucji żywności. Analizy dokonano w oparciu o wytyczne zawarte w normach ISO serii 28000.
The author of the article discussed problem related to the risk in the supply chain. In the article ISO 28000 standard Has been presented as a sample tool with which it is possible to reduce the risk in the supply chain. The analytical part of the paper concerned the assessment of risk in the enterprise being a part of the food supply chain. The business that was put under analysis deals with the supply of food for the national and foreign markets. This part contains the description of the company and the results of the risk assessment process. It lists a couple of main areas where potential risk can occur: receiving goods in the company, storing, transporting, criminal activity and others.
