Wstęp i cele: Sterowane konstrukcje mechaniczno – elektryczne typu ortezy reciprokalnej umożliwiają
samodzielnie poruszanie się krokiem naprzemiennym osoby z wiotkim niedowładem kończyn
dolnych występującym np. w przebiegu przepukliny oponowo – rdzeniowej. Autorzy przedstawili
wskazania do stosowania ortezy reciprokalnej do chodu naprzemiennego ze wspomaganiem
fazy wykroku.
Sygnały do
uruchomienia odpowiedniego kanału wykonawczego pochodzą od czujników nacisku umieszczonych
w części stopowej urządzenia wspomagającego. Przedstawiono zasady konstrukcji ortezy ze
wspomaganiem elektrycznym, opracowanym w ramach projektu badawczego.
Wyniki: Wynikiem pracy jest w pełni funkcjonalny prototyp urządzenia wspomagającego.
Wniosek: Opisana metoda jest nowatorska z pozytywnymi wynikami testów.
Introduction and aims: Controlled mechanical constructions: electromechanical or hydromechanical, type of reciprocal orthosis allow alternate step move for people with flaccid parapaplegia occurring for example in the process of myelomeningocele. The authors present the recommendations for use of orthosis to reciprocal walking with stride phase support. Material and methods: Orthosis control is performed by an electric motor and as a power source for motor and controller, a high performance, high capacity lithium-polymer battery is implemented. The battery ensures several hours’ work. The signals to start the appropriate actuating channel are derived from the tactile sensors located in the foot part of assistance device. The battery ensures several hours’ work without additional power supply. The principles of construction of electric power-assisted orthosis, developed as part of a research project are presented. Results: The result of work is fully functional prototype assist device. Conclusion: The method described is innovative with positive test results. - Źródło:
