Opis:
W artykule została dokonana próba swoistej rehabilitacji Państwowych Gospodarstw Rolnych jako miejsca (nie)świadomej inkluzji społecznej, opisywanej z perspektywy autoetnograficznej. Autor starał się ukazać, że w PGR-ze, jako wspólnocie, niepotrzebny był specjalny program czy rozporządzenie, aby człowiek niepełnosprawny czuł się szanowanym, pełnoprawnym członkiem społeczności. W tekście PGR został przeciwstawiony współczesnym ideom normalizacji czy deinstytucjonaliazacji, gdzie widoczna dwoistość między upośledzaniem/(samo)upośledzaniem a normalizacją/deinstytucjonalizacją ukazywanych miejsc nie daje jednoznacznej odpowiedzi. Sama niejednoznaczność stawia nas w niepewności, że może jednak na dzień dzisiejszy żadne z opisanych miejsce (i nieopisywanych w tekście) nie spełnia kryteriów: najpełniejszego rozwoju, poczucia autonomii czy wolności człowieka niepełnosprawnego.
The article constitutes an attempt to rehabilitate State Agricultural Farms as a place of (un)conscious social inclusion, described from autoethnographic perspective. The author tried to show that in the State Agricultural Farms as the community, a special programme or regulation was unnecessary so that a disabled person felt a respected and full member of the community. In the text a State Agricultural Farm was confronted with the modern ideas of normalization or deinstitutionalisation, where the apparent duality between compromising/(same)compromising and normalization/deinstitutionalisation of displayed places does not provide a definite answer. The ambiguity puts us in suspense, that perhaps, at present none of the described places (as well as not described in the text) meets the criteria of: the fullest development, a sense of autonomy and freedom of the person with a disability.

Public administration tasks for the protection of agricultural and forest land in Poland include the implementation of a universally binding law. In this way, a new reality is shaped in agriculture and rural areas, implementing standards of the European Union into the Polish reality. This applies especially in reference to the protection of the environment and complying with the intended use of agricultural and forest land.

The paper presents results of thermokinetic investigation of the hazard-type reaction of Norwegian and Australian ilmenite ores with sulfuric acid, modified by the addition of elemental sulfur, to increase the process safety in industrial conditions. In the reactions of both ilmenite ores the addition of sulfur caused a reduction of the thermal power generated in the reaction and a decrease in the value of the thermokinetic parameter ΔTmax/Δτ for almost the whole range of initial concentrations of sulfuric acid. It was also found that the addition of sulfur to the reaction did not negatively affect the degree of ilmenite leaching. The interpretation of the obtained thermokinetic curves allowed to determine safe process conditions for both types of titanium raw materials.

In the text, the author demonstrated that regardless of the prevailing regime, the State, by relying on separate laws for people with disabilities (or any other minority group), has created and continues to create colonies of sorts. In the first part of the article, the author presented the difference between postcolonialism and neo-colonialism in relation to people with disabilities and in Disability Studies. Afterward, he highlighted the illusory nature of research and, above all, educational activities in favor of people with disabilities. He argues that in the case of this group of people, we are dealing with neo-colonial pedagogy rather than a postcolonial one.

Environmental protection is an area of interdisciplinary, in which the rule is the use of concepts relevant to the legal sciences, natural sciences, engineering, or chemical. Therefore, in practice, they may mean different things depending on the conceptual context in which they are used. The concept, which draws attention to the rights and duties of citizens, public authorities, or environmental organizations, is a responsibility in protecting the environment. The state authorities should support citizens in their efforts to protect and improve the environment. Ecological safety, which is to be provided by a public authority is a state of the environment that allows you to safely stay in it and use it. The instrument to ensure that safety is the protection of the environment, which acts as a directive interpretation when there are doubts as to the scope of duties, such duties, and how they are implemented.

Water Law regulates water management in accordance with the principle of sustainable development, in particular the development and protection of water resources, water use, and water management. The legislature also clarified the matter of ownership of land and water and covered with water, and the principles of management of these components in relation to the assets of the Treasury. The statutory provisions indicate that water management is carried out in accordance with the principle of rational and comprehensive treatment of surface water resources and groundwater, including their quantity and quality and takes into account the principle of common interests and is accomplished through the cooperation of public administration, water users and representatives of local communities so to get the maximum benefit to society.
