Opis:
A new non-combustible, non-flammable, waterproof, long-lasting, heat-insulating composite material was made of glass foam granules (derived from glass waste) and a hydraulic inorganic binder in the form of a white Portland cement solution (CEM I 52.5 N), zeolite, airborne agent and water. The resulting composite is resistant to climatic temperature fluctuations, characterized by a coefficient of thermal conductivity of λ = 0.047 W/mK and is potentially applicable for the production of sound and heat insulating panels for non-bearing partition walls and external insulation of buildings. The technology for obtaining the product is in line with the current tendencies for the development of ecological productions through the utilization of waste materials and provides the opportunity to produce various standard monolith products suitable for direct use or further processing. Experimental studies of the acoustic and mechanical performance of standard experimental samples made from the developed composite material were carried out. The average sound insulation value is 30 dB. An average tensile strength of 0.036 MPa and an average compressive strength of 0.55 MPa were found.

Opis:
A study of magnetotransport in the n-Si/$SiO_2$/Ni nanostructures with granular Ni nanorods in $SiO_2$ pores was performed over the temperature range 2-300 K and at the magnetic fields induction up to 8 T. The n-Si/$SiO_2$/Ni Schottky nanostructures display the enhanced magnetoresistive effect at 25 K due to the impurity avalanche mechanism.

Opis:
Developing devices for dust suppression one should consider important factors, such as the size distribution of transferred dust, duration of exposure in residential areas. Often the total amount of dust emissions may exceed the estimated figure for maximum permissible emissions, but their share transferred in sanitary protection zone of dust is negligible. Tailing dump of Kovdor MPE is one of the largest in Russia. The construction of dust dispersion halos was performed using a universal program calculation of air pollution “Ecolog” (Russia). Based on a comparison of dispersed compositions tails similar in composition tailing dumps in Russia, it can be concluded that in the beach area of the Kovdor dump share of dust tranfered to the territory of settlements has ranged from 10 to 40%. It was found that the maximum diameter of the particles carried by the territory of the city under consideration is 50 microns. We can conclude that under the conditions of the object the development of special devices for dust suppression is required.

A new foraminiferal fauna from Early Triassic (Induan) strata of the Çaglayik section on the “Strandzha Massif”, north-west Turkey, comprises five species precisely determined and five species in open nomenclature belonging to ten genera. They belong to the post-extinction foraminiferal assemblage of the Permian-Triassic crisis, characterized by the presence of both disaster taxa (Earlandia and Postcladella kalhori) and Lazarus taxa (Diplosphaerina inaequalis, Rectostipulina quadrata, Arenovidalina sp. and Glomospira sp.). The present study at Tütünlüktepe Formation identified for the first time the Permian foraminifers on the Strandzha Massif as relict members of a post-extinction foraminiferal assemblage.

Opis:
The analysis of the field of application of gripper is carried out. Are allocated perspective areas of development of a robotics. The main difficulties in the application of kinematic schemes for gripping devices with rotary finger movement are described. The prospective application of the kinematic scheme of the gripper with a straight-parallel plane-parallel motion of the fingers is proved when manipulating an object of the "shaft" type. A new scheme of a gripper with a rectilinear plane-parallel finger movement is presented. Its design is simpler and cheaper than known devices of this type. The capability of the gripper design in the engineering analysis environment has been fulfilled. Numerous computer studies of both individual design elements and pairs of objects that are in interaction have confirmed the operability of the developed design. It is established that the frictional force in the mobile components of the gripper design is insignificant, which will not create the prerequisites for a significant increase in size.

Opis:
In the article the technology of high-speed milling was observed as a key to the most promising methods of engineering products machining. It is indicated that the correct choice of the strategy for moving the cutting tool in the manufacture of products is the basis for ensuring the desired surface quality of the workpiece and its high processing efficiency. A review of the work devoted to the diagnosis of high-speed processing strategies was performed. Based on the up-to-date knowledge of the physics of the process of establishing of a qualitative surface, the article proposes to consider a new technology of high-speed milling with half-overlap. As the main idea of this technology, it is suggested to consider the work of the deformation component of cutting process as the main component of the complex energy-intensive process of high-speed milling. In addition, the paper suggests a technique for estimating the productivity of machining by the method of high-speed milling with half-overlap. It is theoretically justified that the specific productivity of the proposed technology is quite high Q=12.5÷4.2 cm2 /min and depends on the technological regimes. The place of technology of high-speed milling with half-overlap in the technological process of manufacturing details of any complexity was noted. The area of further research is indicated.

Supertransferred hyperfine interactions between the $Cu^{2+}$ unpaired electron and the $\text{}^{105}Pd$ nuclei in the $Sr_2Pd_{0.99}Cu_{0.01}O_3$ ceramic were studied by the EPR method. The spectrum of isolated -Pd-O-$CuO_2$-O-Pd- units ($g_∥$ = 2.280±0.001; $g_⊥$ = 2.040±0.001; $A_∥(\text{}^{63}Cu)$ = 13 mT±0.1; $A_∥(\text{}^{65}Cu)$ = 13.9 ±0.1 mT; $A_⊥(\text{}^{63,65}Cu)$ = 0.0 mT) overlaps the signal from small groups of exchange coupled $Cu^{2+}$ ions ($g_∥$ = 2.278±0.002; $g_⊥$ = 2.041±0.001). The isotropic contribution was shown to dominate in the Cu-Pd supertransferred interactions ($A_∥(\text{}^{105}Pd) = A_⊥ (\text{}^{105}Pd)$ = 1 mT = $a_\text{iso}$ Pd).
