The circuit for temperature compensation of cold junctions of thermocouple that includes the temperature-dependent transistor voltage source is proposed. The circuit allows reducing the absolute compensation error to less than 0.1°C for different types of thermocouples.

Opis:
Weighted least-squares method was applied to derive polynomials which approximate the transfer functions of relative humidity (RH) sensors. The formulae for typical cases were discussed. The exemplary results were compared to the calibration equations obtained by the ordinary least-squares method and those presented in datasheets, and the conclusions were drawn.
Metodę ważonych najmniejszych kwadratów zastosowano do wielomianowej aproksymacji funkcji przetwarzania sensorów wilgotności względnej (RH). Przedyskutowano wybrane za-leżności odpowiadające typowym przypadkom aproksymacji. Wyniki otrzymane dla wybranych sensorów RH porównano z równaniami kalibracyjnymi otrzymanymi zwykłą metodą najmniejszych kwadratów oraz podanymi przez wytwórców, i podano wnioski.

Opis:
Bridge resistive transducers based on thin film thermoresistors were investigated. The temperature dependencies of resistance errors introduced by the method of two-layer structure are obtained. The microprocessor temperature device is elaborated on the base of shifted two-layer resistive structures.
W artykule opisano przetworniki mostkowo-rezystancyjne zbudowane na bazie cienkowarstwowych termorezystorów. Otrzymano temperaturowe zależności opisujące niedokładności przetwarzania spowodowane przez dwuwarstwową strukturę termorezystancyjną. W oparciu o dwuwarstwową strukturę przetwornika opracowano mikroprocesorowy przyrząd pomiaru temperatury.

Inverse problem of recovering masses, coefficients of damping and lengths of the intervals between the masses using two spectra of boundary value problems and the total length of the Stieltjes string (an elastic thread bearing point masses) is considered. For the case of point-wise damping at the first counting from the right end mass the problem of recovering the masses, the damping coefficient and the lengths of the subintervals by one spectrum and the total length of the string is solved.

The classical and inverse linear calibration methods based on the regression of y on x and the regression of x on y, were applied to several humidity sensors. The predicted values for given values of the output value of sensors were calculated, and conclusions concerning the accuracy of prediction were drawn.
Zastosowano metodę klasyczną i metodę odwrotną kalibracji liniowej oparte, odpowiednio, na regresji y względem x oraz regresji x względem y do wyznaczenia równania prostej kalibracji dla kilku sensorów wilgotności oferowanych na rynku. Przedstawiono wyniki obliczeń wartości predykowanych wilgotności dla wybranych wartości sygnału wyjściowego sensorów oraz podano wnioski dotyczące dokładności predykcji.

The spectrum of a selfadjoint quadratic operator pencil of the form [formula] is investigated where M ≥ 0, G ≥ 0 are bounded operators and A is selfadjoint bounded below is investigated. It is shown that in the case of rank one operator G the eigenvalues of such a pencil are of two types. The eigenvalues of one of these types are independent of the operator G. Opis:
The basics concepts of evolution in agents calculating are discovered in this work and are showed their directions and applications. Before explaining what is agent and its description, there were given a bit of its history and the difference between agents and programs. Were given basic types of agents on examples and figures. The main task of agents is to require a large number of interactions for which most mathematical modeling methods are unsuitable. Were analyzed agent systems architecture and a description of their main parts. Principles of work with mobile and intelligent agents are considered. Furthermore, were exemplify the reasons and situations of use either intelligent agents or mobile agents. Also, their examples were showed on different examples and figures. Technology and application tools which uses in the process are represented. Analysis of JADE-technology are carried out. On the market today there are analogues of JADE, but most of the systems are relatively new and require many improvements, some are under development prototypes. Also, were given description of main tools and features of JADE. It will help a lot in elaboration of agents. Advantages and disadvantages of using agent approach are showed for creating system of data processing and they show their versatility compared with other systems.

Background. The recent epidemiological studies have shown that serum uric acid (SUA) is a risk factor for cardiovascular diseases and a negative prognostic marker for mortality in subjects with pre-existing heart failure. Material and methods. 147 patients, (59.2±0.8) years old, with postinfarction cardiosclerosis were included in this study. An evaluation of cardiohemodynamics, heart rhythm disturbances, lipid and purine metabolism’s violation and systemic inflammation was performed before treatment and six months afterwards. Results. An elevated SUA level was associated with the progression of postinfarction heart remodeling. Heterogenity of ventricular repolarization, decrease of heart rate variability, as well as high grade premature ventricular complexes were observed in these patients. Complex treatment with eprosartan provided a significant regress of left ventricle hypertrophy, achievement of target blood pressure levels, complete recovery from ventricular tachycardia, prevention of new-onset of atrial fibrillation. The use of fenofibrate resulted in reducing of total cholesterol, triglycerides, low density lipoproteins, SUA and main markers of systemic inflammation as well as an increase high density lipoproteins. Conclusions. The use of eprosartan and fenofibrate is an optimized upstream strategy for managing patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis associated with hyperuricemia
Wprowadzenie. Ostatnie badania epidemiologiczne wykazały, że stężenie kwasu moczowego w surowicy krwi (SUA) jest czynnikiem ryzyka chorób sercowo-naczyniowych i stanowi ujemny wskaźnik prognostyczny przy klasyfikacji niewydolności serca i określania ryzyka śmiertelności. Materiał i metody. W badaniu uczestniczyło 147 pacjentów, (59,2 ± 0,8) lat, z zespołem stwardnienia kłębków poinfekcyjnych pozawałowych. Badania zostały przeprowadzone w dwóch etapach. W etapie pierwszym przeprowadzono ocenę parametrów hemodynamicznych, zaburzeń rytmu serca, pogorszenia metabolizmu lipidów i puryn oraz zapaleń ogólnoustrojowych przed leczeniem. Etap drugi obejmował ten sam układ badań sześć miesięcy później po zastosowaniu leczenia eprosartanem i fenofibratem. Wyniki. Podwyższony poziom SUA ma ścisły związek z progresją przebudowy lewej komory serca. Zaobserwowano nierówność repolaryzacji komórkowej, spadek zmienności rytmu serca, a także wysokiej jakości przedwczesne kompleksy komorowe. W wyniku leczenia eprosartanem uzyskano istotne zmniejszenie przerostu lewej komory, docelowy poziom ciśnienia krwi, całkowite ustąpienie częstoskurczów komorowych. Leczenie eprosartanem zapobiegło również ponownemu pojawieniu się migotania przedsionków. Natomiast leczenie Fenofibratem spowodowało zmniejszenie poziomu cholesterolu całkowitego, trójglicerydów, lipoprotein o małej gęstości, SUA i głównych markerów zapaleń układowych, uzyskano natomiast zwiększenie poziomu lipoprotein o wysokiej gęstości. Wnioski. Stosowanie eprosartanu i fenofibratu stanowi zoptymalizowaną strategię zapobiegawczą rozwoju chorób sercowo-naczyniowych u pacjentów z pozawałową miażdżycą serca związaną z hiperurykemią

Opis:
Evaluation of biopotentials in the region of the amygdala of rats in the combined influence of alcohol and drugs, causing an imbalance of nitric oxide is described in this paper. Chronic alcoholism leads to structural morphological changes in the liver. A study of the amplitude of electrical activity showed that the electrical potential in the amygdala after 8 weeks chronic alcoholism was lower compared with normal rats. The frequency spectrum analysis showed decreased in the 2 times or more absolute spectral powers of all components. The relative spectral powers of its components: δ: θ: α: β was as a 2: 2: 2: 4. The use of sodium nitroprusside (donator of NO) together with the chronic consumption of ethanol reduces the effect of ethanol on low and high-frequence portion the performance of the bioelectrical activities spectrum in the amygdala. The use of non-selective blocker of NO-synthase – nitroarginine aggravated by the braking action of alcohol. The important role of nitric oxide in the development of adaptive-compensatory reactions of the damaged body is described. Our results may be useful to assess the contribution of NO in operation amygdala, conditions of chronic pathologies, and treatment of neuropsychiatric conditions, including diseases caused by alcohol abuse.

Synthesis of Pb, Fe and Cd doped Hg-based $HgBa_{2}Ca_{2}Cu_{3}O_{8 + δ}$ (Hg-1223) superconducting ceramics was performed. Hg-free precursor $Ba_{2}Ca_{2}Cu_{3}O_{8 + δ}$ with high chemical homogeneity and reactivity obtained by the sol-gel method was used. The superconducting and impurity phases were determined by means of scanning electron microscopy and microprobe analysis. The results of resistivity and magnetization measurements for different kinds of doped elements were presented.
