    Opis:
    The main objective of this paper is to identify the system of knowledge management in contemporary process organizations in business process perspective, especially with regard to technological and social conditions. Methodology is based on literature analysis and case studies. The integration of knowledge management technologies, concepts and methods into organizational business processes is challenging research issue today. The concepts of knowledge management and business process management should be analyzed jointly in the contemporary enterprises. Despite of the growing interest among researchers and practitioners of the concept of the knowledge management referring to business process management there is a lack of articles in this area. Appropriate approach to the modelling of knowledge management processes, as well as the use of IT tools, and a motivation system are of key importance for the introduction of this solution in organizations.

    Każda organizacja, chcąc zapewnić sobie warunki egzystencji i rozwoju, powinna doskonalić zachodzące w niej procesy, aby przystosowywać się do wymagań zewnętrznych, wynikających z różnorodności otoczenia. Istotnym działaniem w ramach zarzadzania procesami jest pomiar i monitoro-wanie procesów, umożliwiające dostarczenie informacji o ich przebiegu oraz osiąganych wynikach. Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie realizacji pomiaru procesów we współczesnych organizacjach z uwzględnieniem strategicznej perspektywy.
    Conditions for the existence and development of the organization should be associated with the perfect place in the processes and culture of action and adapt to external requirements, resulting from the diversity of the environment. An important activity within the management process is the measurement and monitoring of processes, allowing them to provide information about the progress and results achieved. The assumptions for the operation of the organization is formulated strategy. The aim of the article is to present the realization of measurement of processes in contemporary organizations with a strategic perspective.

Companies are forced to act in accordance with the generative strategy. Besides realizing the traditional tasks of production or service, companies need to acquire and process knowledge and apply it in practice. The consequence of these changes is the transformation of contemporary enterprises into knowledge-based organizations, with managers increasingly recognizing the role and importance of the concept of knowledge management in creating enterprises competitiveness. The main aim of the article is identification of knowledge management in production enterprises.

    Since serological methods used in the diagnosis of pneumocystosis may be helpful to a various extent, depending on the stage of a diagnosed infection, it was decided to evaluate the usefulness of some the methods in the course of infection. Wistar rats were used in the experiments. The animals were administered hydrocortisone infections for 12 weeks to induce immunosuppression and activate naturally occurring asymptomatic infections with Pneumocystis carinii. Blood samples and specimes of lung tissues were collected, then they were examined for the presence of specific IgG and IgM antibodies, circulating antigen of Pneumocystsis carinii and circulating immune complexes using immunoenzymatic assays. The results of the above experiments indicated, that in an early stage of infection, the examinations of serum samples for circulating immune complexes were helpful, particularly for these with IgM antibodies.

    The studies were undertaken to evaluate the usefulness of a nested PCR assay in the diagnosis of Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia (PCP) in AIDS patients. To achieve the end, 51 excretions samples from the respiratory traci were collected from HIV-infected patients with respiratory symptoms, and examined for the presence of specific DNA. A portion of the mitochondrial large-subunit rRNA gene of Pneumocystis carinii was amplified with outer primers pair pAZ 102E, pAZ 102H and internal primers pAZ 102X, pAZ 102Y. Positive nested PCR results were obtained with 36 out of 51 examined samples. Some 52.8% of the positive results were obtained with samples collected from patients without clinical diagnosis of PCP. It was concluded, that the nested PCR method, being too sensitive, is not suitable for the routine diagnosis of PCP in AIDS patients.
