    The position of women in the employment structure of many companies is changing. Women have more responsible positions, although their work, as shown by statistics, is less paid work than men. The need for compromise of work and family life for women has developed the qualities and skills that allow for effective decision-making on the ongoing processes in the company and thus more frequent promotions. This article attempts to identify the characteristics and skills that determine the effective functioning of women in organizations, in addition, the effect of the qualities listed on the management of processes in organizations. The article ends with proposals.

    W niniejszej publikacji zostały poruszone kwestie związane z doskonaleniem procesu produkcyjnego dzięki zastosowaniu narzędzi oraz praktyk organizacyjnych niejako przypisanych koncepcji Lean Management. Za czynnik determinujący implementację koncepcji Lean Management uznano konieczność wdrażania elastycznych systemów produkcji, które pozwalają na szybką reakcję na zapotrzebowanie z rynku bez uszczerbku na jakości oferowanych produktów. Następnie zaprezentowano ogólne założenia koncepcji Lean Management oraz zidentyfikowano parametry procesu produkcyjnego objęte działaniami doskonalącymi, dodatkowo wskazano korzyści płynące z zastosowania omawianej koncepcji zarządzania. Kolejnym krokiem w realizacji niniejszej pracy było zidentyfikowanie i krótka charakterystyka narzędzi oraz rozwiązań Lean, które determinują poziom jakości procesów produkcyjnych. Ostatnim etapem było opracowanie macierzy zależności pomiędzy zidentyfikowanymi obszarami udoskonaleń a narzędziami Lean i przeprowadzenie badań empirycznych. Całość zakończono wnioskami.

    Lean Green is a concept which is implemented as a part of the sustainable development strategy, share allowing for reduction of the company’s costs related to, on the one hand, efficient use of energy factors and on the other optimum use of production factors aimed at minimisation of wastefulness, in particular in the area of post-production waste and pollution. The purpose of the article is to identify the determinants, internal stimuli and to specify the force with which they affect the implementation of the Lean Green concept in companies on various continents: America, Asia and Europe. For the purpose of better recognition of the examined problem, analysis of results of studies was made in consideration of the following criteria: country where a given company operates and share of persons outside the company in the process of implementation of this concept. In article uses the one-way ANOVA methodology, the Shapiro Wilk and Levene tests and the non-parametric Kruskal Wallis test. Hitherto studies have confirmed that the determinants are regional, which indicates the necessity of directional studies.

    The purpose of this article is to present the issues related to the management process in the electronic communication of a small law firm. In the introduction, the role of information and knowledge in shaping the competitiveness of enterprises is presented. Then the phenomenon of electronic communication as a process of data transmission is shown, which on the one hand determines the competitive position of economic entities including law firms and legal counsellors, and on the other hand, it is the subject of legal regulations. Because the information provided by electronic means shall be subject to the professional secrecy of legal attorneys or solicitors, as the principle of confidentiality applicable to lawyers according to relevant legislation does not exempt these entities from the responsibility in terms of the protection of personal data. Another area raised in the article is to identify actions to protect information transmitted electronically. The last part of the study is to present the results of studies that show the extent to which we use e-mail, free applications such as Dropbox and Google Drive. Moreover the issues of the frequency of password changing and encryption of media as well as attacks on data owned by an office have been discussed. The whole content has been summarized with conclusions.

    The article presents the issues of product safety management in enterprises managed in accordance with the Lean Management concept. The Lean Management concept is aimed at limiting or even completely excluding all forms of waste by intensifying and stimulating continuous improvement. One of the ways to reduce waste is to minimize waste and production shortages that arise due to failures in meeting the product safety requirements, quality criteria for a specific product. In addition, good practices in product safety in Lean organizations will be shown, which show the care for the safety of the products offered. On the basis of research, the following will be presented in the article: a general approach to product safety and detection of production deficiencies, as well as the autor’s original proposal for a system ensuring the safety of manufactured products.
