    The article attempts to solve the problem of updating higher education content to form a modern worldview of the individual through the interdisciplinary course “Biophilosophy”.     Polsko-ukraińska współpraca naukowa Uniwersytetu Opolskiego ma długą historię, która nabrała nowych znaczeń w warunkach zagrożeń pandemicznych i militarnych. Obostrzenia wynikłe z rozporządzeń ministerialnych spowodowane stanem zagrożenia COVID-19, a następnie napaść federacji rosyjskiej na Ukrainę, w bardzo dużym stopniu wyhamowały realne działania naukowe pomiędzy narodami Polski i Ukrainy, jednakże dzięki ludziom silnie zaangażowanym w dobro nauki, udało się w pewnym stopniu tą współpracę zachować, przenosząc ją w dużej mierze na wirtualną platformę. Taka sytuacja zaistniała między innymi na Uniwersytecie Opolskim, gdzie przykładowo na Wydziale Nauk Społecznych oraz Wydziale Przyrodniczo-Technicznym Uniwersytetu Opolskiego zostały zorganizowane wydarzenia naukowo-badawcze z pełnym zaangażowaniem pracowników naukowych, doktorantów i studentów obu stron. Odbywały się również naukowe staże przedstawicieli z obu krajów, czego efektem są wspólne prace, wyrażone w publikacjach, wystąpieniach na konferencjach i seminariach. Podane przykłady działań międzynarodowych Uniwersytetu Opolskiego świadczą o stabilności i zdolności adaptacyjnej polsko-ukraińskiej współpracy naukowej w kryzysowych warunkach społeczeństwa.
    The Polish-Ukrainian scientific cooperation at the University of Opole has a long history, which has acquired new meanings in the conditions of pandemic and military threats. The restrictions resulting from ministerial regulations caused by the COVID-19 emergency, and the subsequent attack by the Russian Federation on Ukraine, significantly inhibited the ongoing scientific activities between the nations of Poland and Ukraine; however, thanks to people firmly committed to the good of science, it was possible to maintain this cooperation to a certain extent by its substantial relocation to a virtual platform. Among other scientific units, such a situation occurred, at the University of Opole.For example, at its Faculty of Social Sciences and the Faculty of Life Sciences and Technology scientific and research events were organised with the full involvement of researchers, doctoral students, and students of both parties. The scientific internships of representatives from both countries have taken place and resulted in joint work expressed in publications, speeches at conferences and seminars. The given examples of international activities of the University of Opole demonstrate stability and adaptability of Polish-Ukrainian scientific cooperation while the society suffers from the crysis conditions.

    Opis:
    Іnstrumental digital didactics (IDD) is a practical component of modern pedagogy that reflects the process of acquiring knowledge using a variety of digital means of obtaining, processing and interpreting empirical data. In the process of e-learning digitized content acts only as an activator of sensory perception of information, simplifying the understanding of learning objects. Instead, IDD is based on active usage of technological means in training (e-learning, classical, distance, blended and hybrid learning) which complement and accompany nature experiment. Both concepts are parts of a wider category of digital didactics and logically protract the traditional theory of education in current conditions. DID complements the scientific method of conducting research and engineering design with such opportunities as creation of interactive computer models, visualization of experimental data and their comparison with theory, predicting the course of the process due to changes of influence factors. The development of digital didactics determines changes in the structure of teacher activity, which can be interpreted as didactic engineering. The IDD-based teaching techniques developed at the STEM-Laboratory “MANLab” are an example of an innovative knowledge management system.

    Opis:
    Global cultural exchange is a well-known, boundless phenomenon. Therefore, it is fundamental for countries to promote mutual understanding and tolerance of cultural diversity, to prevent stigmatization and social hermetization from migrant backgrounds, and to foster social inclusion, thus fulfilling the assumptions of sustainable development. Polish society is considered to be relatively homogenous in terms of culture, however, the increasing influx of immigrants, especially from Eastern Europe, poses a new challenge for its national schooling system and multicultural education. That is why the aim of the article was to verify the state of preparation of Polish schools for multicultural education, mutual attitudes of the participants of the educational process, and the relationships between them, as well as to indicate dependency between parents, students, and teachers. The article presents the results of quantitative research carried out in a group of early childhood education teachers from border regions. The results of the conducted research showed the state of intercultural education in Polish schools before the start of the war between Russia and Ukraine. The study is barely the attempt of monitoring the condition of intercultural education, especially in the current “new multicultural reality” in Polish schools.

    W artykule opisano zmagania górnośląskich nauczycieli w dążeniu do zapewnienia im stabilizacji społeczno-ekonomicznej na przykładzie miasta Bytomia w województwie śląskim. Przedstawiono liczbę protestujących placówek edukacyjnych oraz podano przybliżoną liczbę bytomskich nauczycieli biorących udział w ogólnopolskim zrywie nauczycielskim. Określono ogólne przyczyny niezadowolenia środowiska nauczycielskiego z istniejącej sytuacji w systemie edukacji, mającej bezpośredni wpływ na podjęcie akcji protestacyjnej. Ponadto zwrócono uwagę na legalność strajku w szkołach, w szczególności na podpisanie protokołu mediacyjnego, wymaganego w procedurze rozwiązywania sporów zbiorowych, oraz zgłoszenia w Państwowej Inspekcji Pracy. Ustawa o rozwiązywaniu sporów zbiorowych dokładnie określa sposoby postępowania: strajk musi być poprzedzony wystąpieniem z żądaniami do pracodawcy, rokowaniami oraz przeprowadzonymi mediacjami. Warunkiem koniecznym do podjęcia akcji strajkowej jest uczestnictwo w referendum co najmniej połowy pracowników, spośród których większość opowiada się za strajkiem. Informacje zamieszczone w artykule uzyskano z wywiadów pogłębionych przeprowadzonych z dyrektorami szkół oraz ze strajkującymi nauczycielami, a także z danych statystycznych udostępnionych przez Urząd Miasta Bytom. Opisano też, jak zapewniono bezpieczeństwo bytomskim uczniom podczas trwania akcji protestacyjnej nauczycieli.
    The article describes the struggles of Upper Silesian teachers in the pursuit of ensuring them the socio-economic stability on the example of the city of Bytom in the Silesian Voivodeship. The number of protesting educational institutions in this city was presented, and the approximate number of Bytom teachers taking part in the nationwide teachers’ strike was given. The general reasons of teachers’ dissatisfaction with the existing situation in the education system have been identified, having a direct impact on taking up the protest action. In addition, attention was also paid to the legality of the strike in schools, and in particular to sign the mediation protocol required in the collective dispute resolution procedure, and the notification in the National Labor Inspectorate. The Act on the settlement of collective disputes specifies exactly how to proceed, namely: the strike must be preceded by submitting demands to employers, negotiations and mediations. A necessary condition for undertaking a strike action is participation in the referendum of at least half of the employees, where most of them are in favor of the strike. The information was obtained on the basis of in-depth interviews with school principals and teachers on strike, as well as on the basis of statistical data provided by the Bytom City Hall. The work also presents the methods of ensuring the safety of Bytom students during the teachers’ protest action.

    Cel: W pracy ukazano dylematy dotyczące dzieci pochodzących z rodzin imigrantów domowych na Ukrainie, których głównym problemem jest aspekt psychospołecznego funkcjonowania w środowisku. Metoda: Analiza dokumentów. Rezultaty: Opisano kierunki działań mające na celu stymulowanie rozwoju dziecka poprzez udzielanie pomocy psychologicznej w placówkach edukacyjnych lub ośrodkach usług socjalnych dla rodziny, dzieci i młodzieży, a także ukazano kierunki wsparcia wychowywania dziecka w środowisku rodzinnym. Przedstawiono niedociągnięcia i zalety tych przedsięwzięć, zarówno na szczeblu państwowym, jak i lokalnym. Wnioski: Postulowano o stworzenie programu przedstawiającego rozwiązania głównych problemów dzieci przesiedleńców oraz utworzenie jednolitej instytucji, która będzie zajmować się wyłącznie kwestiami migrantów dziecięcych i świadczeniem usług socjalnych w celu rozwiązania problemów związanych z socjalizacją i edukacją dzieci. Zadanie to winno być priorytetowym celem polityki państwa ukraińskiego.
    Aim: The paper presents dilemmas concerning children from families of immigrants in Ukraine, where the main problem is the aspect of psychosocial functioning in the environment. Methods: The article was written based on the text analysis. Results: The directions of actions aimed at stimulating the child’s development by providing psychological help in educational institutions or social service centres for the family, children and youth were described, as well as directions of support for raising a child in the family environment. The shortcomings and advantages of these projects are presented, both at the state and local levels. Conclusions: It was postulated to create a program presenting solutions to the main problems of displaced children and to create a unified institution that would only deal with issues of child migrants and the provision of social services to solve problems related to the socialization and education of children. This task should be a priority objective of Ukrainian state policy.

    Teacher, profession or mission? Formerly, the teacher often acted as a kind of master or educator, discussing with the student, watching him, teaching him to read, write and also introducing in the arcana of philosophical knowledge and other various fields of sciences. He was ranked among the intellectual elites. Currently, the image of the teacher corresponds with the high level of prestige and social trust, belongs to a group of professions that can be described as difficult, responsible stressful, often leading to job destabilization. This article attempts to depict the phenomenon of occupational burnout, as the source of early school education teacher’s career destabilization, the factors affecting its occurrence, symptoms and showing the dependence of professional apathy on the occupational position. Occupational burnout syndrome is a process of the increase and accumulation of burdens and stress resulting from the occupational function, characterized by a decrease in activity not only in the psycho-emotional, social, intellectual or physiological sphere, but also in the spiritual sphere, concerning both the professional and family plane, having a basic impact on satisfaction with life existence.
    Nauczyciel, zawód czy misja? Dawniej nauczyciel często pełnił rolę kogoś w rodzaju mistrza lub wychowawcy, dyskutując z uczniem, obserwował go, uczył czytać, pisać, a także wprowadzał w arkana wiedzy filozoficznej i innych dziedzin nauk. Był zaliczany do grona elit intelektualnych. Obecnie również wizerunek nauczyciela koresponduje z wysokim poziomem prestiżu i zaufania społecznego, należy do grupy zawodów, które można opisać jako trudne, odpowiedzialne, stresujące, często prowadzące do destabilizacji zawodowej. W pracy podjęto próbę zobrazowania zjawiska wypalenia zawodowego jako asumptu destabilizacji kariery zawodowej nauczyciela edukacji wczesnoszkolnej, czynników wpływających na jego występowanie, objawów oraz ukazania zależności istnienia apatii zawodowej od posiadanego stopnia zawodowego. Syndrom wypalenia zawodowego jest procesem narastania i kumulowania się obciążeń i stresów wynikających z pełnionej funkcji zawodowej, charakteryzuje się spadkiem aktywności funkcjonowania nie tylko w sferze psychoemocjonalnej, społecznej, intelektualnej czy fizjologicznej, ale również i duchowej, dotyczącej zarówno płaszczyzny zawodowej, jak i rodzinnej, mającej podstawowy wpływ na zadowolenie z egzystencji życiowej.

    W opracowaniu podjęto próbę ukazania roli edukacji i jej wpływu na procesy zachodzące w wielokulturowym i międzykulturowym środowisku. Zwrócono szczególną uwagę na wymagania stawiane nauczycielom, gdyż realizacja celów edukacji międzykulturowej w Polsce i na Ukrainie w dużej mierze zależy od profesjonalizmu nauczycieli, który łączy w sobie cechy nauczyciela i psychologa, kulturologa, pedagoga, menedżera edukacji, wychowawcy, koordynatora. Zadanie to jest niezwykle trudne, ponieważ do osiągnięcia tego celu niezbędni są doskonali specjaliści-nauczyciele, a co za tym idzie – ich kształcenie, a w szczególności tworzenie profesjonalnych i osobistych cech przyszłego nauczyciela z zachowaniem wymagań wielokulturowego rynku pracy.
    The paper attempts to show the role of education and its impact on the processes taking place in a multicultural and intercultural environment. Particular attention has been paid to the requirements for teachers, since the implementation of intercultural education objectives in Poland and Ukraine depends to a large extent on the professionalism of teachers, which combines the qualities of a teacher and psychologist, cultural scientist, educator, education manager, educator and coordinator. This task is extremely difficult, because to achieve this goal, excellent teacher specialists are needed, and thus their education, and in particular the creation of professional and personal features of the future teacher, while maintaining the requirements of the multicultural labor market.

    Shaping a society, in the modern world, requires from the teachers making more effort in the process of teaching and upbringing, as the dynamic development of civilization and the changes taking place in the modern society need different educational and educative look at the modern society than in previous years. Difficult and responsible role that teachers take requires from them special skills and predispositions, that should have every modern teacher to be able to work in such a responsible profession of public trust.

    This article deals with the problem of the professional education of the students who are studying at the Pedagogical University. It is important today that the main task of the pedagogical science is to make system of the professional education of the future teacher. The main directions of the national priorities Ukrainian innovations and their importance for the Polish education system, as well as cooperation opportunities in these sectors of the Ukrainian and Polish teachers. The practical significance of the results determined by the effectiveness of the proposed approach in thinking about education policy, its structural elements, the directions of its influence on the development of a knowledge society, knowledge-economy of the individual.

    W artykule analizuje się rozwój edukacji artystycznej w obrębie noosferogenezy. Uzasadniono znaczenie orientacji noosferycznej całego systemu edukacji artystycznej polegającej na formowaniu świadomości opartej na wiedzy noosferycznej i światopoglądzie noosferycznym. Osiągnięcie integracji edukacji artystycznej ze współczesnym globalnym światem informacyjnym wymaga włączenia przyszłych nauczycieli dyscyplin artystycznych w metasystem działalności artystyczno-pedagogicznej, który mimo swej dynamiczności posiada pewną strukturę i organizację, pozwala orientować się w procesie samorozwoju, dodając mu własne ukierunkowanie.
    In clause the scientific essence of modernization of art and pedagogical education is considered. The system of a self-developing personality should be included in the open, dynamic dissipative metasystem of art and pedagogical process. The development of future teacher’s creative potential is analyzed on the basis of synergetic approaches to teaching art subjects in vocational training.
