Opis:
The article discusses the problem of analytical design of a plot for a given value, in the cases where estimates occur in land division with high point values. Accordingly, it becomes problematic to meet the expected results of valuable design, preserved during the conduct of design work for estimated outline of “average” values. Provisions regarding technical standards for performing geodetic situational measurements determine the necessity of rounding the coordinates of boundary points to 1 cm. Maintaining the designed value with an accuracy down to 1 point generates problems linked with the compatibility between the expected value and the one obtained. Generating the report after the merger introduces unavoidable changes, and must be taken into account when conducting the consolidation work.
Artykuł porusza problem projektowania analitycznego działki na określoną wartość dla przypadku występowania konturów szacunkowych o dużych wartościach punktowych. Ze względu na to występuje tu problem z możliwością spełnienia oczekiwanych wyników projektowania wartościowego, zachowanych podczas prowadzenia prac projektowych dla konturów szacunkowych o „przeciętnych” wartościach. Przepisy dotyczące standardów technicznych wykonywania geodezyjnych pomiarów sytuacyjnych określają konieczność zaokrąglenia współrzędnych końcowych punktów granicznych do 1 cm. Zachowanie projektowanej wartości z dokładnością do 1 punktu niesie problemy ze zgodnością wielkości oczekiwanej i uzyskanej. Generowanie rejestru po scaleniu wprowadza nieuniknione zmiany i muszą być one uwzględniane podczas prowadzenia prac scaleniowych.

In 2011-2013 studies of the influence of the two methods of enhancing Agaricus bisporus spawn run in the casing soil on the mushroom yield and its quality were conducted. Treatments in which casing without cacing (compost added to casing) with ruffling after 7 days of spawnrunning were compared with treatments in which cacing was added to the casing, but ruffling was omitted. The use of cacing accelerated the rate of casing colonisation by 3 days, whereas ruffling resulted in crumbling up the particles of casing soil and in a denser growth of mushroom mycelium in them. After ruffling, the influence of the length of mycelium regeneration period (2 or 3 days) on yield was also assessed. Cacing was added at 300 and 450 g·m-2. Higher yields from the first and second flushes were obtained in treatments subjected to ruffling, probably due to a breakdown of casing particles. In the treatments with the addition of cacing, the percentage of carpophores with intact velum was higher in the two first flushes, compared to the ruffling treatment. No significant differences were found in yield level and carpophore quality depending on the time of mycelium regeneration after ruffling or application rate of cacing. However, there was a slight tendency for higher yields in the treatments with a 3 days regeneration time and cacing rate of 450 g·m-2.

Fungal diseases are a persistent problem in the cultivation of white button mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus). The chemical control of pathogens is becoming less effective and less desirable, so new ways to limit these infections are urgently required. What is more, the disease is mostly controlled through cultural practices and good hygiene on mushroom farms. The aim of this study was to evaluate the fungicidal effects of ozone on fungal pathogens of common mushrooms. Experiments with the use of ozone gas for disinfection of growing rooms after the completion of the mushroom growing cycle were carried out. The fungicidal effectiveness of ozone fumigation was evaluated on the basis of the survival rate of the spores of the pathogens tested (Lecanicillium fungicola, Cladobotryum dendroides, Mycogone perniciosa, and Trichoderma aggressivum). Spore suspension was applied to aluminum plates and then was exposed to gaseous ozone. The assessment of the growth of colonies of fungal isolates obtained from infected surfaces was carried out using Rodac contact test plates. The results showed that L. fungicola, M. perniciosa, and C. dendroides isolates were sensitive to the gas ozone. In order to achieve 100% efficacy against Mycogone strains, a minimum of 6 hours of ozonation had to be applied, whereas for Cladobotryum strains, a minimum of 8 hours had to be applied. The Lecanicillium species was the most sensitive to ozonation because 30 minutes of ozonation was enough to gain 100% inhibition of its growth. No satisfactory results were obtained in the case of the pathogenic species of Trichoderma, regardless of the experimental conditions. Nevertheless, this study has demonstrated the usefulness of ozone as a disinfectant for empty growing rooms after the completion of the mushrooms’ cultivation cycle.

Susceptibility of various cultivated mushroom strains to wet bubble caused by Mycogone perniciosa was estimated. The investigated mushrooms were char-acterized by cup size in the following categories: intermediate between large and medium size, medium size, and small size. The susceptibility assessment was done on the basis of the yield loss and change of the mean mass of fruiting body. The results showed that inoculum level of 1,3 × 106 spores per m2 was associated with a significant reduction of mushroom yield of all tested mushroom strains. The least sensitive to wet bubble was the mushroom strain F599 with cups be-tween big and medium. The most susceptible to wet bubble disease was the mush-room strain AM with cups between big and medium size and strain P-23 with small cup, what resulted in the high yield reduction and decrease in mean mass of fruiting body. The mushroom F58 was also susceptible to M. perniciosa infec-tion, what resulted in the high yield loss. The strain AM was characterized by the highest sensory assessment including taste, firmness and total note of overall quality.

The aim of the study was to evaluate effectiveness of rehabilitation in patients before and after rACL, based on stabilographic indicators. Methods: The research group was comprised of 31 men aged 20–57 with anterior cruciate ligament injury, qualified for reconstruction surgery. A measurement of static stabilometric indicators and muscle strength was taken twice for each patient – before surgery and after 6 months. To assess stabilographic indicators the stabilographic platform was used and to asses muscle strength a dynamometer was used. In order to assess knee function the Lysholm scale and VAS scale were used. Results: The rehabilitation programme improved static stability of the knee in the frontal plane, which is manifested by a significant shortening of the SPML path length. Rehabilitation proceedings should focus on improving static stability of the knee joint in the sagittal plane, because the results obtained indicate only a slight shortening of the SPAP length. The results of the Lysholm and VAS scales point to a positive influence of the applied rehabilitation. Conclusion: Inclusion into rehabilitation diagnostic tools to assess stabilometric indicators enables for effective verification of rehabilitation proceedings focused on restoring body posture control before and after the rACL.

In this paper we review our results of comprehensive study of molecular nanomagnets recently synthesized in the form of the chromium-based molecules and bimetallic copper-containing chains as well as we present some new findings. We focus on effects of anisotropy, geometry and frustration appearing in various thermodynamic properties of the nanoscale magnets which are described by Heisenberg-like spin models and simulated by accurate numerical methods. We show that bond-dependent exchange anisotropy is needed to model magnetic torque in the Cd-doped chromium ring. We argue that only in the limit of infinite rings (n → ∞) frustration can be considered as the opposite to bipartiteness in the odd numbered (3 ≤ n ≤ 9) s = 3/2 quantum spin rings. We analyse the influence of exchange interactions and anisotropy on magnetic susceptibility of bimetallic (S = 3/2, s = 1/2) chains composed of Cu ions linked to different 3d ions by fitting experimental data. We reach the remarkable consistency of the density functional theory estimates of the magnetic couplings in $Cr_8$ molecule and provide strong support to the spin models exploited in the literature.

This paper shows possibility of utilization ether derivatives of (8E,10Z)-tetradeca-8,10-dienal [2-((7E,9Z)-trideca-7,9-dienyl)-1,3-dioxan (2) and 2-((7E,9Z)-trideca-7,9-dienyl)-4-hydroxy-6-heptyl-5-hexyl-1,3-dioxan (3)] as potential lures for monitoring of horse-chestnut leafminer population. The both propheromones were synthesized at the Institute of Industrial Organic Chemistry (IPO) and then tested in 2006/07 on field trials at several different sites on terrain of Mazovian province. Within the scope of these investigations, acetal 2 was checked at different doses (10, 100, 500 μg) by the pheromone trapping technique, and aldoxane 3 was used both in pheromone trapping (at the dose 50 μg) and mating disruption technique. The good attractiveness properties were obtained for both tested compounds. However, the dose of 2-((7E,9Z)-trideca-7,9-dienyl)-1,3-dioxan had to be a 10 times higher than dose of aldoxane for the same good activity.
