Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja przejawów planowego postarzania produktu oraz dyskusja nad wpływem tego zjawiska na percepcję wartości produktu przez konsumentów. Problemem badawczym jest rozpoznanie, czy klienci są świadomi, że planowe postarzanie obniża poziom użyteczności produktu i skraca okres jego użytkowania oraz czy świadomość tego zjawiska traktowana jest przez konsumentów jako zmniejszenie wartości tworzonej przez przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjne. Wyniki przeprowadzonych wywiadów pogłębionych wskazują na znajomość zjawiska oraz jego przejawów wśród użytkowników. Paradoksalnie, świadomość planowego postarzania wpływa na wzrost zaufania do produktów droższych i wyższą ocenę wartości produktów, uważanych przez konsumentów za lepsze jakościowo.
The purpose of this article is to identify the symptoms of planned product obsolescence and to discuss the impact of this phenomenon on the consumers’ perception of product value. The research problem is to identify whether customers are aware that the planned obsolescence reduces the level of utility of the product and shortens its life cycle, and whether consumers are aware of this phenomenon as a reduction of value created in manufacturing industry. The results of in-depth interviews indicate awareness of the phenomenon and its examples among the users. Paradoxically, awareness of the planned obsolescence has increased confidence in more expensive products and a higher value of products that consumers perceive as of better quality.
Цель статьи – выявить проявления планируемого устаревания продукта, а также обсудить влияние этого явления на восприятие стоимости продукта потребителями Исследовательская проблема заключается в выявлении, осознают ли клиенты, что планируемое устаревание продукта сокращает период его использования, а также считается ли сознание этого явления ими как снижение ценности, создаваемой производственными предприятиями. Резуль- таты проведенных углубленных интервью указывают знание этого явления и его проявлений среди пользователей. Парадоксально сознание планируемого устаревания влияет на рост доверия к более дорогим продуктам и более высокую оценку стоимости продуктов, считаемых потребителями качественно лучшими.

Aim: Drawing attention to the role of teachers’ organizations in educating young people outside school. Methods: An analysis of press articles and source materials concerning the activities of Galician teachers’ trade unions. Results: Selected forms of organizing extracurricular education by teachers’ organizations were discussed. Conclusions: Teachers’ unions actively participated in the organization of extracurricular education for students, putting great emphasis on developing patriotic and national feelings.

Technology environment is known for dynamic changes and a general lack of stability, which causes difficulties in researching it and determination of any common substantive values. This paper addresses these challenges and its whole argument is based not only on the known literature, but also on clear examples from history which are chosen to support some of the arguments. A key aspect of this study is comprehensive empirical research that combines indirect observation of the start-up community and environment with in-depth interviews with various participants in the process of innovation within technology companies. Interviewing and gathering information from people working and setting up innovative projects at different stages of development allowed for identifying some universal values shared by all participants of the process. The research has been summarized and the results presented in four models explaining the general method for creating effective ideas within start-up type organisations. Study presents a new approach to thinking about sparking, creating and managing process of innovation. It helps to understand determinants of effective creation of ideas within a company.

Opis:
The aim of this article is to present the design procedure for determining modification coefficients of toothed wheels of involutes planetary gear train with internal conjunction of teeth. It is possible to obtain a higher load-carrying capacity which depends also on correction coefficients. For example, we take into consideration a concept of planetary gears in which the teeth can be corrected, which allows better fatigue and contact surface strength. Two cases are considered when the namely zero center distance (without corrections) of the central and satellite wheels is the same or not, in relation to the zero center distance between the satellite and the sun wheel. Geometrical dimensions are described with regard to the technological teeth correction scope, and inequality restriction conditions are determined with respect to the ISO standards recommendations and the literature. The procedure can be applied to any other planetary gears with another kinematic connection of wheels.
Celem pracy jest prezentacja procedury obliczeniowej określającej geometrię i wpływ współczynników korekcji na wytrzymałość postaciową i kontaktową powierzchni zębów w planetarnych przekładniach zębatych z zazębieniem wewnętrznym kół satelitów. Rozważane są przypadki, gdy zerowe odległości osi koła centralnego i satelitów są równe, lub nie zerowej odległości osi satelitów i koła słonecznego. Wymiary geometryczne będą opisane na bazie dopuszczalnej korekcji oraz warunków w odniesieniu do wymagań normy ISO oraz literatury. Procedura obliczeń zaprezentowana na przykładach może być zastosowana do dowolnej przekładni planetarnej o innym kinematycznym połączeniu kół.

The Internet of Things is a modern technology that affects every area of human life, includ- ing employment relationships. IoT enables the processing of specific personal data categories, including biometric data, and entails the risk of employers interfering with employee privacy. Due to the use of intelligent solutions, the issue of employee privacy, which is, in princi- ple, a personal right subject to protection, becomes significant. The relationship between an employee and an employer includes two subjects of legal protection, the meeting of which may lead to internal contradiction. There is the employee’s dignity and privacy, on the one hand, and protection of reasonable interests of an employer, on the other. A definition of the concept of the Internet of Things and its applications was introduced. Moreover, the author proposed setting a specific legal framework for this and discussed the issue of biometric data. It was also shown how far IoT solutions, which make it possible to analyse and describe the personality of an individual, may interfere with the information autonomy of a person. As a consequence, the employer’s interference with employee privacy cannot be unrestricted, because it should be limited by purpose and lawfulness. This is the purpose of the current legislation.

Celem pracy jest prezentacja procesu projektowania ciągu typowymiarów przekładni planetarnej z zazębieniem zewnętrznym. Umożliwia to zastosowanie typowych maszyn do frezowania uzębień, koła następnie mogą być nawęglane i szlifowane, (co jest niemożliwe dla uzębienia wewnętrznego), celem uzyskania wysokiej obciążalności. Następnie w tej samej obudowie przekładni można zastosować różne zestawy typizowanych kół otrzymując różne przełożenia. W pracy przedstawiono dwie koncepcje: o identycznej geometrii satelitów, a koła centralne różnią się ilością zębów (koncepcja 1) oraz o identycznej geometrii kół centralnych, a satelity mają różna ilość zębów (koncepcja 2). Zaprezentowano procedurę obliczeń wymiarów geometrycznych zestawu kół dla typoszeregu bazowego, obliczone wraz z wymaganą korekcją obróbki wykańczającej, dla przekładni wg koncepcji 2.
The aim of this article is to present design procedure of basic serious planetary gear train with external involutes spur gears. One can use a typical gear hobbing machine and generation grinding to manufacture the presented planetary gear. Then, the manufactured external gears can be subjected to carbonizing, and also hardening and tempering. It is possible to obtain a better dimensional accuracy thanks to grinding process (it is impossible for internal gears). Therefore, after heating treatment, the construction of the planetary gear is characterized by a higher loadcarrying capacity. Next at the same gearbox can be used to different unite of wheels by typification process. There two conceptions i.e. design a planetary gear: with the same geometry of satellite wheels, which cooperate with sun gear and central gear with different number of teeth (concept 1) or using the same geometry of sun gear and central gear and different number satellite teeth (concept 2). Geometrical dimensions of teeth for concept 2 and basic transmission ratio will be described for the sake of technological teeth correction scope.
