    Opis:
    It is relatively recently that in the theory of cases, and indirectly in the theory of propositional parts, appeared the terminological and conceptual pair: grammatical cases and concrete cases. It was Heinz (1965) who dealt with it ex professo. He pointed to its relations with another pair of terms, that is: object and adverbial. Two relatively new concepts-terms with difficulty pave their way to the studies of syntax, no matter Polish or Latin. Their introduction to syntactical Latin handbooks ensure a more adequate, therefore more precise and accurate, approach to respective linguistic material, and at the same time it would make its presentation clearer. These are the two reasons: one content-related, and the other didactic, why we should be more interested in distinguishing grammatical cases from concrete cases. Moreover, this distinction would render it possible to have a joint view, that is a more synthetic and synoptic, of the grammatical interrelated issues of Latin. We mean here some syntactic perceptions on the semantics of cases and on the parts of sentence.

    Opis:
    Main activity in the foreign trade policy of the Republic of Macedonia during the past 10 years was the integration of the country on the Central European Free Trade Agreement – (CEFTA). The reason for this is the expectation that the membership of the Republic of Macedonia in CEFTA will significantly contribute to the continual efforts for strengthening the regional trade cooperation, further liberalisation of foreign trade exchange, and continuation of activities for harmonisation of trade rules with international standards. Additionally, CEFTA 2006 provides a much more comprehensive framework for development of mutual relations and economic cooperation among the countries of South Easte Europe. We will explain the concept of development of economic diplomacy in the Republic of Macedonia as a tool for supporting Macedonian economy. The purpose of these activities is to present the Republic of Macedonia as an attractive destination for foreign investments through the promotion of business advantages, and giving incentive to Macedonian export, as well as through strengthening of the country’s position as a attractive touristic destination.

    Opis:
    It has been noted in the paper that distinguishing three values of the category of gender for nouns in both numbers, and for verbs and adjectives three in the singular number and two in the plural number complicates the grammatical description. The latter is in many places vague and, what is worse, inconsequent. Moreover, apart from the generic classification there are plurale tantum nouns in it. On the basis of W. Mańczak's and Z. Saloni's works the author postulates to introduce in schools six values of the category of gender. This solution allows, firstly, to attribute the value of gender to all forms (also nouns which have no singular number), and, secondly, to preserve compatibility between the value of the gender of noun form and the adjectival, number and verbal form which is in the concordance relation with it. This is done through the introduction of the same set of values of the category of gender for all parts of speech, which in consequence simplifies the syntactic description in the Polish language. It is worth stressing that the postulated values of the category of gender are based on the criteria which are not much different from traditional criteria. They are distinguished on the basis of the linking property of nouns with adjectives in the nominative (in both numbers).

    The article discusses the role played by the European Parliament (EP) in the EU–Ukraine Association Agreement. The aim of this process is to establish a close and mutual political and economic cooperation on both sides. By stressing the importance of EP as the only EU body having democratic legitimacy, and thus defines itself as a „guardian of democracy” in the modern world, analyzing its position on the conclu-sion of an EU association agreement with Ukraine. It should be noted that the EP pays particular attention in the context of the association to the development of democracy in Ukraine and its respect of democratic standards. This authority recognizing the geopo-litical importance of Ukraine is in favour of deepening the EU’s cooperation with that country through the conclusion of an association agreement and calls for granting Ukraine a potential European perspective. However, what is worth noting the EP in numerous resolutions makes conditional the progress in the bringing Ukraine to the EU from the incorporation of the values defined as European (democracy, rule of law, protection of minorities etc.) by Kiev. Therefore, events that indicate a crisis of democ-racy in Ukraine pay such important matter for the European Parliament (e.g. the imprisonment of opposition politicians, including former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko) to which the authorities usually adopt a clearly negative position, often contrasting with more „balanced” opinions of other EU institutions.

    Opis:
    The premise of the article is the analysis the principles of liability of a partner for debts of a professional partnership into the Polish legal system, compared to American and German regulations. Moreover, this article is an attempt to systematize the most essential practical issues related to the partner liability for professional partnership debts under the provisions of Art. 95 of the Commercial Company Code (CCC). Th e rationale for selection of the subject is the hybrid nature of the discussed legal structure and many uncertainties within its codifi cation.
    Założeniem artykułu jest analiza zasad odpowiedzialności partnera za zobowiązania w spółce partnerskiej w polskim systemie prawnym, w odniesieniu do amerykańskich i niemieckich unormowań. Nadto niniejszy artykuł stanowi próbę usystematyzowania najważniejszych praktycznych kwestii związanych z odpowiedzialnością partnera za zobowiązania w spółce partnerskiej na podstawie art. 95 Kodeksu spółek handlowych. Uzasadnieniem podjęcia problematyki jest hybrydalny charakter omawianej konstrukcji prawnej oraz wiele nieścisłości w ramach jego kodyfikacji.

At present, it is not yet clear, whether the United Kingdom would leave the EU on the basis of an agreement as referred to in Article 50(2) TEU or without such agreement.
