Przedmiotem pracy jest opis narzędzia wspomagającego proces planowania potrzeb materiałowych (MRP) w przedsiębiorstwie produkcyjnym. Model został stworzony w oparciu o aplikację Microsoft Excel. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono analizie przydatności narzędzia w przypadku zmian struktur produktów oraz wystąpienia ograniczeń dostaw na rynku.
The aim of this article was to present material requirements planning system (MRP) as a useful tool that can be used for the planning of production irrespectively of the capacity of a company, changing structures of manufactured bands and cases to impose restrictions on the service providers. The main system objective is to ensure adequate quantities of raw materials and materials necessary to achieve the planned production and delivery to the customer, to maintain the lowest inventory levels and to support the planning policies relating to business scheduling of deliveries and assembly operations. Due to that, the author developed and described an application that enables the efficient and accurate calculation of material requirements for various raw materials and components depending on the demand for the final product. There were analyzed and presented the examples of scheduling orders for a lot number of products, for the procurement of limited quantities and for production processes with a variable structure of the product. In description of the methodology of calculation of MRP system, the author presented simple examples (maximum of three structural levels). However, it is shown in this article that this tool can be efficiently and effectively used for the calculation and planning a lot more complex cases, in which it will be necessary to use computer equipment.

Introduction: According to the World Health Organization, depression is the most common mental disorder. Over 350 million people suffer from this disease, making it the fourth most important health problem in the world. Multidrug resistance protein 1 (MRP1), encoded by ABCC1 gene is co–creating the blood– brain barrier and blood–cerebrospinal fluid barrier. Changes in the expression of ABCC1 can influence the bioavailability of antidepressants, and thereby, determine the efficacy of the treatment. The aim of the study was to evaluate ABCC1 gene expression in patients with depression. Material and methods: We analyzed 32 samples of RNA isolated from the leukocytes of peripheral blood, derived from Babinski Hospital patients suffering from recurrent depressive episodes. The investigated gene expression was assessed using the technique of Real–time PCR. Results: On the basis of qualitative analysis, ABCC1 gene expression has been shown in 30 samples, and the GAPDH gene expression in 32 samples. All 32 samples were quantitatively analyzed. The level of ABCC1 gene expression relative to GAPDH gene was variable among all 32 cases. An average, positive and significant correlation (r = 0.3988) between age of the patients and the relative expression level of ABCC1 has been shown. Conclusions: The relative level of gene expression increases with the age of the patients with depression. The obtained results require confirmation in a larger group of patients.
Wstęp: Według Światowej Organizacji Zdrowia depresja jest najczęściej występującym zaburzeniem psychicznym. Ponad 350 milionów ludzi na całym świecie cierpi na tę chorobę, co czyni ją czwartym z najważniejszych obecnie problemów zdrowotnych. Białko oporności wielolekowej 1 (MRP1), kodowane przez gen ABCC1, jest elementem współtworzącym barierę krew–mózg oraz krew–płyn mózgowo–rdzeniowy. Zmiana ekspresji genu ABCC1 może wpłynąć na biodostępność leków antydepresyjnych, a tym samym na skuteczność farmakoterapii. Celem pracy była ocena ekspresji genu ABCC1 u pacjentów chorych na depresję. Materiał i metody: Badaniu poddano 32 próby RNA wyizolowane z leukocytów krwi obwodowej pacjentów chorych na depresję, leczonych w szpitalu im. Babińskiego w Łodzi. Ekspresja badanego genu została oceniona przy użyciu techniki Real–time PCR. Wyniki: Na podstawie analizy jakościowej wykazano ekspresję genu ABCC1 w 30 próbach, a genu referencyjnego GAPDH w 32 próbach. Wszystkie 32 próby poddano analizie ilościowej. Poziom ekspresji genu ABCC1 względem genu GAPDH we wszystkich 32 przypadkach był wysoce zróżnicowany. Wykazano przeciętną, dodatnią, istotną statystycznie korelację (r = 0,398 pomiędzy wiekiem pacjentów, a względnym poziom ekspresji genu ABCC1. Wnioski: Względny poziom ekspresji genu ABCC1 jest tym wyższy, im wyższy jest wiek pacjentów w grupie badanej. Uzyskane w pracy wyniki badań wymagają potwierdzenia na większej grupie pacjentów.

Contemporary companies should build their market position by implementing changes in many areas of their business, inter alia through the use of integrated IT systems. With these systems, managers have a constant insight into the current information that is essential for the efficient management of the business. The aim of the article is to present the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of MRP, MRP II and ERP systems in the manufacturing company.

Opis:
Multidrug resistance (MDR) of cancer cells poses a serious obstacle to successful chemotherapy. The overexpression of multispecific ATP-binding cassette transporters appears to be the main mechanism of MDR. A search for MDR-reversing agents able to sensitize resistant cells to chemotherapy is ongoing in the hope of their possible clinical use. Studies of MDR modulators, although they have not produced clinically beneficial effects yet, may greatly enrich our knowledge about MDR transporters, their specificity and mechanism of action, especially substrate and/or inhibitor recognition. In the present review, interactions of three groups of modulators: phenothiazines, flavonoids and stilbenes with both P-glycoprotein and MRP1 are discussed. Each group of compounds is likely to interact with the MDR transporters by a different mechanism. Phenothiazines probably interact with drug binding sites, but they also could indirectly affect the transporter's activity by perturbing lipid bilayers. Flavonoids mainly interact with ABC proteins within their nucleotide-binding domains, though the more hydrophobic flavonoids may bind to regions within transmembrane domains. The possible mechanism of MDR reversal by stilbenes may result from their direct interaction with the transporter (possibly within substrate recognition sites) but some indirect effects such as stilbene-induced changes in gene expression pattern and in apoptotic pathways should also be considered. Literature data as well as some of our recent results are discussed. Special emphasis is put on cases when the interactions of a given compound with both P-glycoprotein and MRP1 have been studied simultaneously.

W artykule przyjęto tezę, zgodnie z którą wprowadzenie komputerowo wspomaganych metod zarządzania przyczynia się do poprawy skuteczności i konkurencyjności firmy. W retrospektywny i prospektywny sposób przedstawiono rozwój metod zarządzania produkcją klasy MRP/ERP, podano ich zastosowanie, wady i zalety oraz klasyfikację. Na końcu opracowania zaprezentowano współczesny (najnowszy) hybrydowy system POLCA. Koncepcja kontroli przepływu materiałów (POLCA) zawiera elementy systemu ciągnionego (pull), charakterystycznego dla JIT, oraz systemu wypychania (push) cechującego tradycyjne systemy wytwarzania. Nadto wskazano na wymierne korzyści, jakie stosowanie tej metody może przynieść przedsiębiorstwu. Scharakteryzowano również zintegrowany system informatyczny zarządzania, a w głównej mierze system komputerowy wspierający planowanie i sterowanie przedsiębiorstwem produkcyjnym.
According to the thesis presented in the article, implementing computer assisted management methods contributes to an improvement, efficiency and competitiveness of a company. Methods of the development of manufacturing management have been presented in a retrospective and prospective way also their applications, strengths and weaknesses as well as classification. At the end of the article the newest hybrid system POLCA was presented. This conception contains the elements of the Pull system, which is characteristic for JIT, and the Push system with is characteristic for traditional system of production. Furthermore, measurable advantages were indicated that can be achieved by a company, which uses the method. The article describes an integrated computer system of management and in great measure it describes a computer aided planning and control of a production enterprise.

The article attempts to present the development and evolution of a company management support systems.
W opracowaniu ukazano rozwój i ewolucję systemów wspomagania zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. Omówiono informatyczne systemy zarządzania, takie jak: systemy klasy IC (Inventory Control), MRP I (Material Requirements Planning), MRP II (Manufacturing Resource Planning) oraz ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).

Opis:
The goal of research is to perform a cluster analisys of the Bulgarian meat industry from the point of view of the logistics development. In order to study the state and development of the meat industry logistics in Bulgarian meat processing organizations, a wide range of statistical and analytical methods are used (comparison, group average, graphical method, cluster analysis and others). The date processing in done by a computer program for statistical date processing - SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). The object of the industry is the meat processing companies in Bulgariq. According to the MFA Agro statictics for November 2010, the meat processing industry includes 65 factories for cutting red meat, 30 white meat slaughterhouses, 283 meat processing factories and the minced meat factories - meat preparations and mechanically separated meat, making a total of 378 companies in the industry. The result of the study show that logistics plays a vital role for the meat processing organizations, because of the growing demand for quality, price and speed of delivery of products. Successful management of logistics allows time saving through faster movement of information, details and products from one process to another.

The article presents an integrated technological system of management retrospectively, in particular the computer system supporting planning and operating a production enterprise. Furthermore, it provides, among other things, identification, application, advantages and disadvantages of MRP / ERP class systems. The major part of the article is dedicated to a description of the most advanced integrated system of management which is ERP II system. The Polish market of information systems supporting production management was analysed as well.

Information flows in the logistics and their volume become the starting point for considerations on the Logistics Information System - LIS. In order to select the most important information from the decision-correctness point of view, with the highest merit and in short time, appropriate measures and information techniques should be applied. Only computer techniques can handle with such an enormous amount of data and process them into valuable and useful information. The Logistics Information System is based on the broadly recognised ICT infrastructure, which constitutes the basis for application of further technical solutions. The popular document exchange technique is EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). EDI, as an inter-organizational system, ensures data and information transfer between companies, when pursuing the goals of logistics activity. With this technique, information is collected and transferred almost at every supply chain link.

Opis:
The paper presents the problem of material requirements planning with optimization of load distribution between work centers and workers’ groups. Moreover, it discusses the computational example for shop orders optimization. The data for this example were taken from the relational database. The method of Constraint Logic Programming (CLP) for shop orders optimization has been suggested. Using Constraint Logic Programming, the constraints may be directly introduced to the problem declaration, which is equivalent to the source code of the program. The ECLiPSe-CLP software system has been presented. It allows for solving optimization problems concerning dimensions greater than in the case of the professional mathematical programming solver “LINGO”. The application of ECLiPSe-CLP in accessing data from relational databases has been presented.

Opis:
The purpose of the article is to identify and characterize IT instruments and tools used in customer relationship management (CRM) and to present the results of empirical research. In particular, the article presents the essence and elements of the customer relationship management system (CRM), determines its importance in the functioning of the company and shaping business relations with stakeholders. Especially, a lot of space is devoted to a discussion on information technology in the development of CRM. A selection of more important IT tools supporting CRM are characterized, such as the database management subsystem, Internet services, social media (social CRM), cloud computing, ERP/MRP III applications and Big Data, highlighting their advantages and disadvantages and applications. The empirical section of the work contains a description, including the significance and benefits of use, of e-learning in the development of the CRM system and the conditions for its implementation.
Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja i charakterystyka instrumentów i narzędzi IT wykorzystywanych w zarządzaniu relacjami z klientami (CRM) oraz prezentacja wyników badań empirycznych. W szczególności w artykule przedstawiono istotę i elementy systemu zarządzania relacjami z klientami (CRM), określono jego znaczenie w funkcjonowaniu firmy i kształtowaniu relacji biznesowych z interesariuszami. Szczególnie wiele miejsca poświęcono na omówienie technologii informatycznej w rozwoju CRM. Scharakteryzowano wybrane, ważniejsze narzędzia informatyczne wspomagające CRM, takie jak podsystem zarządzania bazami danych, usługi sieci Internet, media społecznościowe (social CRM), wykorzystanie chmury obliczeniowej (cloud computing) oraz aplikacji typu ERP/MRP III, Big Data, podkreślając ich zalety, wady i zastosowania. Empiryczny fragment pracy zawiera opis, znaczenie i korzyści wykorzystania e-learningu w rozwoju systemu CRM oraz warunki jego implementacji.
