Opis:
The primary network layer protocol on which theoperation of most computer networks is based, including the Internet is the Internet protocol version 4 (IPv4). Due to the limitations of this protocol, it is becoming increasingly widespread use of the Internet protocol version 6 (IPv6). The IPv6 implements some new features not available in IPv4. The paper provides a short overview of the key features of IPv6 and discussed the possible levels of network virtualization. The research environment to testing the level of support for IPv6 protocol by virtualization environments is proposed. The results of tests conducted using the proposed research environment for Hyper-V virtualizer are presented.

Opis:
The prediction of machining processes is a challenging task and usually requires a large experimental basis. These experiments are time-consuming and require manufacturing and testing of different tool geometries at various process conditions to find optimum machining settings. In this paper, a machine learning model of the orthogonal cutting process of Ti6Al4V is proposed to predict the cutting and feed forces for a wide range of process conditions with regards to rake angle, clearance angle, cutting edge radius, feed and cutting speed. The model uses training data generated by virtual experiments, which are conducted using physical based simulations of the orthogonal cutting process with the smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH). The ML training set is composed of input parameters, and output process forces from 2500 instances of GPU accelerated SPH simulations. The resulting model provides fast process force predictions and can consider the cutter geometry in comparison to classical analytical approaches.

The paper is mainly focused on possible domains of application of composite sandwich materials in the field of machine tools. A theoretical case study analyzing the effect of application of composite sandwich materials on the dynamics of the X-feed-drive axis of the horizontal milling machine is presented. The benefits of composite sandwich materials are discussed and summarized in the context of modern machine tools and their desired static and dynamic properties. Experimental case study is also presented.

In this paper a model for the servo drive system with disturbance forces is given. Static and dynamic stiffness for the proposed model is analyzed. An equation for analytical calculation of the static stiffness is given. Correctness of the proposed equation is experimentally verified. Simulation of the influence of some parameters on the static and dynamic servo drive system stiffness is performed with simulation program MATLAB & SIMULINK.

In this paper, a method for the evaluation of the energy consumption of machine tools is presented. For this purpose, the energy consumption of various machine tools has been investigated experimentally. In order to increase the evaluation basis, measured values of energy consumption were also taken from literature. The evaluation contains an analysis of various factors concerning the productivity and the size of the investigated machine tools. This analysis is capable of detecting the impact factors to increase the energy-efficiency of production systems. It can further reduce the effort required for data acquisition when various machine tools are compared.

Opis:
Performance-driven synthesis of controller circuits is very important and challenging task in digital systems design. The clock frequency of a synchronous sequential logic circuit is dependent in a large part on the maximum propagation delay through its combinational block. The paper presents a new method for FPGA-based design of high-speed Algorithmic State Machine (ASM) controllers. The proposed approach is based on the introduction of additional states of the state machine in order to simplify transition and output logical functions to implement them in the single-level structures. The proposed technique is applied at the stage of converting the ASM chart to the finite state machine description and allows obtaining such an HDL specification that provides an increase in the designed system speed. Experimental results show that our approach achieves an average performance gain of 22.24% to 29.72% (for various FPGA devices) compared with the conventional synthesis method.

The existing methods for the calculation of the performance indicators of machine and tractor aggregates (MTA) do not take into account the effect of biodiesel fuel on their operation and therefore require corrections considering the key and associated factors. The aims of the investigation are clarification of mathematical dependencies in case another kind of fuel is used and development of a methodology for the calculation of the efficiency of the MTA. As a result of simulation of the MTA draft indicators, the effect of biodiesel fuel on the tractive characteristics of the MTA power unit has been investigated under different operating conditions.
Istniejące metody kalkulacji wskaźników wydajności maszyn zagregowanych z ciągnikiem nie biorą pod uwagę wpływu biopaliwa na ich pracę i dlatego wymagają korekt po rozważeniu kluczowych i powiązanych czynników. Kierunki badań są wyjaśnieniem matematycznych zależności, jeżeli inny rodzaj paliwa jest używany i rozwój metodologii dla kalkulacji skuteczności maszyn zagregowanych z ciągnikiem. Jako wynik symulacji wskaźników maszyn zagregowanych z ciągnikiem w fazie projektu, wpływ biopaliwa na pociągowe cechy bloku energetycznego maszyn zagregowanych z ciągnikiem został zbadany na mocy innych warunków eksploatacyjnych.

In the 21st century, as it is important to produce the products with high accuracy, high quality and eco-friendly, the most of manufacturers need several daring plans, unique ideas and new technologies. For example, in machine tool technology, restraint of vibration on the machine tool was required for high accuracy and quality, and several countermeasures using costly equipment and large quantity of electrical energy were used for the restraint, however those countermeasures are not enough. Therefore a countermeasure of vibration for machine tool using alkaline water with polymer was developed and evaluated. Polyethylene oxide was used for the polymer because of the low cost and the safety for health. Relationship between the mixed polymer in the alkaline water and the damping ratio were firstly investigated. And the optimum percentage of the polymer was decided for restraint of vibration on a machine tool. Then the damper structures using alkaline water with polymer were development, and the three dampers were set for restraint of vibration in the small machine tool; those are the support units, the vise and the head stock. Each damper was evaluated regarding noise and vibration on the machine tool and surface roughness on a work piece in the experiment. It is concluded from the results that; (1) the optimum percentage of the polymer for the damper was 6 wt%, (2) the damper structures using alkaline water with polymer were very effective for restraint of both noise and vibration on the machine tool and smoothly surface on the work piece.

Such an instrumentation type test is the HEIDENHAIN grid encoder system, which is particularly appropriate for dynamic measurements, especially at high feed rates. The selection of a mining machine is a multiple-attribute problem that involves the consideration of numerous parameters of various origins. A common task in the mining industry is to select the best machine among several alternatives, which are frequently described both with numerical variables as well as linguistic variables. Numerical variables are mostly related to the technical characteristics of the machines, which are available in detail in most cases. On the other hand, some equally important parameters such as price, reliability, support for service and spare parts, operating cost, etc., are not available at the required level for various reasons; hence, these can be considered uncertain information. For this reason, such information is described with linguistic variables. This paper presents research related to overcoming this problem by using grey theory for selecting a proper mining machine. Grey theory is a well-known method used for multiple-attribute selection problems that involves a system in which parts of the necessary information are known and parts are unknown.

One of the most important factors which influences the dynamical behaviour of the servo drives for CNC machine tools is position loop gain or Kv-factor. It directly influences the contouring accuracy of the machine tool. Usually position loop gain is experimentally tuned on the already assembled CNC machine tool. This paper gives one approach towards its analytical calculation. The difference between analytical calculated and experimentally obtained Kv-factor is smaller than 5%, which is completely acceptable.

The method and the mechatronic system of active control of the dynamic spatial positioning of the executive body of a parallel kinematics machine tool are proposed. By means of geometric modeling, the basic analytical relations that characterize the interconnection between the rods of the mechatronic control system and the power rods of the parallel kinematics machine tool are calculated. The analytical dependencies that characterize errors of the spatial position of the executive body of the parallel kinematics machine tool are set out. The prototype of the mechatronic system of active control of the dynamic spatial position of the executive body of the parallel kinematics machine tool has been manufactured and its presetting and viability checking made. The special equipment to control the exact position of the tool of the parallel kinematics machine tool when it comes to the position is proposed.

The purpose of mobile presentation robot is to interact with the users providing the required information. This paper presents the approach used in the highest software layer of autonomous mobile robot Advee used commercially for presentation purposes. The requirements for the layer are discussed together with available means of the robot. The particular building blocks and overall structure of the module are shown and key features are described in detail together with the behavior definition. Given module serves successfully when exploited to variable environment represented by people with computer literacy of great variation as proved during module verification tests.

Opis:
Modern communication systems require robust, adaptable and high performance decoders for efficient data transmission. Support Vector Machine (SVM) is a margin based classification and regression technique. In this paper, decoding of Bose Chaudhuri Hocquenghem codes has been approached as a multi-class classification problem using SVM. In conventional decoding algorithms, the procedure for decoding is usually fixed irrespective of the SNR environment in which the transmission takes place, but SVM being a machinelearning algorithm is adaptable to the communication environment. Since the construction of SVM decoder model uses the training data set, application specific decoders can be designed by choosing the training size efficiently. With the soft margin width in SVM being controlled by an equation, which has been formulated as a quadratic programming problem, there are no local minima issues in SVM and is robust to outliers.

The aim of this paper is to draw attention to more reliable verification method of positioning accuracy. The improvement lies in mathematical elimination of thermal impact during the measurement process. This thermal impact, always present during the motion of movable parts, is of a special systemic character. It increases the indefiniteness of measurement of the classic measurement method. This measurement uncertainty can be reduced by implementing the procedure introduced in this paper. The reduction can be achieved by separating the temperature impact from other sources of inaccuracy. Such separation is a very new solution. The methodology relies on mathematical processing and does not depend on the manner of accuracy measurement. The evaluation method also yields diagnostic information on the machine’s condition. The experiments were performed with the use of laser interferometer.

The paper introduces a hybrid approach to a very specific field in machine translation - the translation of closely related languages. It mentions previous experiments performed for closely related Scandinavian, Slavic, Turkic and Romanic languages and describes a novel method, a combination of a simple shallow parser of the source language (Czech) combined with a stochastic ranker of (parts of) sentences in the target language (Slovak, Russian, Slovenian). The ranker exploits a simple stochastic model of the target language and its main task is to choose the best translation among those provided by the system. The last section of the paper presents results indicating better translation quality compared to the existing MT system for Czech and Slovak and compares them with the results obtained by the translation from Czech to Russian using the same system.

Исследование использования фузии переменных в процессе применения метода опорных векторов в диагностике сверл во время обработки древесностружечной плиты. Целью работы было определение возможности слияния т.е. фузии переменных, определенных для диагностики режущего инструмента используемого во время сверления древесностружечной ламинированной плиты, в основе которого лежит метод опорных векторов. В результате применения данного метода удалось редуцировать набор переменных на 92,75 % к первоначальному, что позволило улучшить показатель точности классификации во время мониторинга за состоянием режущего инструмента, сократить время на тренировку системы и улучшить показатели генерализации. Проведенные исследования показали, что данный метод работает и значительно улучшает качество классификации неинвазивного метода диагностики сверл. Точность классификации составила 85,10%. Система не допускает ошибок между крайними классами. Количество ошибок между соседними классами незначительно.
Badanie wykorzystania fuzji cech diagnostycznych stosowanych podczas diagnostyki stopnia zużycia wierteł w trakcie obróbki płyt wiórowych laminowanych, z wykorzystaniem algorytmu maszyny wektorów wspierających. Celem pracy było określenie możliwości zastosowania fuzji zmiennych zdefiniowanych do diagnostyki narzędzia skrawającego stosowanego w trakcie wiercenia płyt wiórowych laminowanych, w oparciu o algorytm maszyny wektorów wspierających (SVM). W wyniku zastosowania tej metody możliwe było zmniejszenie zbioru zmiennych o 92,75%, do zbioru pierwotnego, co pozwoliło na poprawę dokładności klasyfikacji podczas monitorowania stanu narzędzi skrawających, skrócenie czasu uczenia oraz poprawę generalizacji. Badania wykazały, że metoda ta jest skuteczna, znacząco poprawiająca jakość klasyfikacji nieinwazyjnej diagnostyki wierteł. Dokładność klasyfikacji wyniosła 85,10%, a ponadto system nie dopuszcza do błędów pomiędzy klasami ekstremalnymi. Liczba błędów pomiędzy sąsiednimi klasami jest nieistotna.

Opis:
For seed production of sugar and fodder beet, the creation of machines and working bodies for planting root crops on testes and pollinators is of current importance. It was found out that the seed-and-water production was spreading with the use of ”schteklings” [sugar beet roots]. In the countries with minus temperatures between the vegetation seasons it is necessary to dig out beets and plant them again at the beginning of the vegetation season. Advantages and disadvantages of machines and apparatus for disembarking the schteklings were determined. Under the conditions of applicability, we chose a design scheme and a type of landing gear. With the use of mathematical expressions and standards for the labor intensity of the operator of the above machine, the optimal parameters of its planting apparatus were determined. It was determined that the work of the operator of the schteklings planting machine's stem will meet the safety standards for the intensity of labor if the planting unit of this machine is a rotor-type. It should be equipped with planting cones and a charging device, a conveyor type. The number of holders of landing cones should be 6-8 pieces, and the radius of the rotor is within the range of 0.344 ... 0.382 m. Such a scheme, type and parameters of the landing gear will allow operators to work at the speed of the planter of up to 1.2 m·s -1.
Dla produkcji nasion buraków cukrowych i pastewnych aktualnie znaczenie ma stworzenie maszyny do wysadzania wysadek. W krajach, w których między sezonami wegetacyjnymi panują ujemne temperatury konieczne jest wykopanie buraków i ponowne ich posadzenie na początku kolejnego sezony wegetacyjnego. Zaobserwowano rozprzestrzenianie się technologii upraw nasiennych buraków wykorzystujących wysadki. Analizując warunki sadzenia wysadek wybrano konstrukcję i rodzaj aparatu wysadzającego. Z wykorzystaniem matematycznych wzorów i norm intensywności pracy operatora danej maszyny dokonano charakterystyki optymalnych parametrów aparatu wysadzającego. Aparat wysadzający powinien być wyposażony w stożki (uchwyty) do sadzenia i ładowarkę. Ilość stoż- ków (uchwytów) do sadzenia powinna wynosić 6-8 sztuk, a promień wirnika w granicach 0,344…0,382 m. Parametry te pozwolą pracować operatorowi sadzarki z prędkością do 1,2 m·s-1.

Opisano badania trzech algorytmów kodowania stanów wewnętrznych automatu skończonego: algorytmu kodowania kolumnowego, algorytmu "wyżarzania" oraz algorytmu sekwencyjnego. Głównym zadaniem wymienionych algorytmów jest zakodowanie stanów wewnętrznych automatu skończonego w taki sposób, aby moc pobierana przez automat skończony była jak najmniejsza. Badania eksperymentalne, które przeprowadzono na standardowych układach testowych, potwierdziły wyższość opracowanego przez autorów algorytmu sekwencyjnego.
The reduction of the power dissipation is of extreme importance for mobile, battery-operated systems as well as for increasing the speed and performance of the digital systems. Based on the CMOS gate model we can prove that power dissipation depends on the applied assignment. Thus using the particular state assignment method lead to minimization of the power dissipation. In this paper three algorithms of the FSM internal states assignment were described: column-based, annealing and sequential. The main aim of those algorithms were to minimize the power dissipation in the sequential circuits by assigning the state codes with as minimal Hamming distance as possible. Experimental results show that sequential algorithm can reduce about 10% more power than other discussed algorithms.

The traditional combine and two-stage harvesting technologies are aimed at getting long fibers that is why they need to use special flax harvesting machinery. The paper presents a method for minimization of finite state machines (FSMs) with unspecified values of output variables. The proposed method is based on merging of two states. In addition to reduction of the FSM states, the method also allows reducing the number of FSM transitions and FSM input variables. This method enables reducing the number of internal states of the initial FSM by 1.22 times on the average, and by 2.75 times on occasion. An average reduction of the number of FSM transitions makes up 1.32 times, and on occasion may amount to 2.27 times. The comparison of the method with the program STAMINA shows that the offered method allows decreasing the number of FSM transitions by 1.55 times on the average, and by 3.92 times on occasion.

Word-formational productivity of onomatopoeic interjections imitating machine sounds in SloveneThe article presents partial results of a wider study about the lexical potential of interjections in Slovene from the functional and lexicographical perspectives. The study focuses on interjections imitating machine sounds which are presented as entries from a to ž in the Slovenian Ortography (2001).On the basis of examples found, interjections were classified into more homogenous groups according to the type of machine. Each category was further analyzed by using corpus analysis, which was carried out on the trial version of the billion-word corpus of the Slovene language called Gigafida. The analysis focused on the existence of words created from interjections whose base comes from one of the subcategories of onomatopoeic interjections presented here.The results of the analysis have confirmed that this type of interjections and words formed from them are relatively frequent in expressive discourse. The most prominent are the interjections typically used for imitating the sound of musical instruments and their parts (brenk), tools (švrk, škrt), weapons (pok, švist) and transportation devices (puh).The results also showed that the interjections which are the base for forming verbs give rise to more extensive word families. Verbs formed from interjections can also form complex words of a higher order according to established word-formational patterns. Produktywność słowotwórcza słoweńskich wtrąceń onomatopeicznych naśladujących dźwięki maszynNiniejszy artykuł jest częścią większego projektu, badającego potencjał leksykalny wtrąceń w języku słoweńskim z perspektywy funkcjonalnej oraz leksykograficznej – w pracy przedstawione zostaną jedynie wyniki badań nad tymi wtrąceniami, które naśladują dźwięki maszyn.Materiał do badania, tj. konkretne wtrącenia, został zaczerpnięty ze słownika ortografii słoweńskiej (Slovenski pravopis, 2001). Znalezione przykłady zostały następnie pogrupowane w zależności od typu maszyn, których dźwięki naśladują. Kolejny etap to pogłębiona analiza każdej grupy za pomocą testowej wersji korpusu języka słoweńskiego Gigafida (korpus ten zawiera około miliarda słów). Analiza ta miała na celu zbadanie, czy istnieją słowa utworzone na bazie wtrąceń należących do jednej z omawianych tutaj grup.Badanie wykazało, iż tego typu wtrącenia oraz słowa od nich utworzone stosunkowo często występują w dyskursie o charakterze ekspresywnym. Ze wszystkich wtrąceń najczęściej występowały te, które naśladują dźwięk instrumentów muzycznych lub ich części (brenk), narzędzi (švrk, škrt), broni (pok, švist) oraz środków transportu (puh).Co więcej, wtrącenia, od których tworzone są czasowniki, dają początek bardziej rozbudowanym rodzinom wyrazowym. Takie czasowniki mogą również wchodzić w skład bardziej złożonych słów, tworzonych za pomocą typowych dla języka słoweńskiego mechanizmów słowotwórczych.

In the times of crisis, the competitive edge of a desired production acquires a special value. The paper considers the structure of competitiveness as a unity of quality, expenditure, profit and prices. It describes a method of forming competitiveness exemplifying, at the same time, an erroneous interpretation of competitiveness and methods of its "rapid determination". To analyze and synthesize an integral level of competitiveness, one may use the SADT-method of detailed step-by-step hierarchy of the objects under study.
Konkurencyjność produkcji w okresie kryzysu nabywa znaczenia podstawowego. W pracy rozważano strukturę konkurencyjności określaną jakością wytworzonego wyrobu, wszystkich rodzajów kosztów oraz zysku. Opisano jedną z metod, umożliwiającą natychmiastową ocenę konkurencyjności procesów produkcji. Na podstawie ogólnej definicji konkurencyjności przedstawiono krytyczne uwagi dotyczące sposobu jej omawiania. Dla poprawy dokładności ustalania poziomu konkurencyjności zaproponowano zastosowanie wykresów SADT, umożliwiających wyznaczenie modelu hierarchicznego czynników mających wpływ na ocenę rozważanego procesu produkcji.

Opis:
Mushrooms are a rich source of antioxidants and nutritional values. Edible mushrooms, however, are susceptible to various diseases such as dry bubble, wet bubble, cobweb, bacterial blotches, and mites. Farmers face significant production losses due to these diseases affecting mushrooms. The manual detection of these diseases relies on expertise, knowledge of diseases, and human effort. Therefore, there is a need for computer-aided methods, which serve as optimal substitutes for detecting and segmenting diseases. In this paper, we propose a semantic segmentation approach based on the Random Forest machine learning technique for the detection and segmentation of mushroom diseases. Our focus lies in extracting a combination of different features, including Gabor, Bouda, Kayyali, Gaussian, Canny edge, Roberts, Sobel, Scharr, Prewitt, Median, and Variance. We employ constant mean-variance thresholding and the Pearson correlation coefficient to extract significant features, aiming to enhance computational speed and reduce complexity in training the Random Forest classifier. Our results indicate that semantic segmentation based on Random Forest outperforms other methods such as Support Vector Machine (SVM), Naïve Bayes, K-means, and Region of Interest in terms of accuracy. Additionally, it exhibits superior precision, recall, and F1 score compared to SVM. It is worth noting that deep learning-based semantic segmentation methods were not considered due to the limited availability of diseased mushroom images.

Opis:
The paper deals with the possibilities of measuring the residual displacement or hysteresis on the lateral direction of the movement forces caused by the cutting forces of the machining. A special adjustment of laser interferometry assemblies was used for measurement. The measurement results indicate that the positioning accuracy in addition to the cutting forces also influences the position of the displaced moving substances and the temperature. The complex effect of these parameters is greatly dependent on the design of the machine.

One of the mechanisms of joint relative manipulation with five degrees of freedom is considered. An approach to solving the direct positional problem is described. The paper deals with utilization of infrared camera for temperature measurement of electrical machines. There is described the non-contact temperature measuring, and principle of sensors that evaluate quantity of incident infrared radiation. In the next part there is thermovision camera SAT-HY 6800 presented and the instructional manual for SAT Report computer programme created. This computer programme is used for analyzing of thermovision pictures from the SAT-HY 6800 thermovison camera. The paper contains description of temperature measuring of one-phase asynchronous motor type J22TO484. The last part of the thesis describes creation of animation of one-phase asynchronous motor type J22TO455. The animation is created in 3ds Max computer programme. The results and animation would be used either as addition in daily studies or as the replace of tutorial in combined form of study.

Opis:
High level solution S4 of the IMO E-navigation Strategy Implementation Plan provides integration and presentation of available information in graphical displays received via communication equipment. At the same time, the problem of the correct application of digital selective calling (DSC) operational procedures in navigation practice has existed since the introduction of the GMDSS and requires a solution. This problem may be resolved on the base of integration maritime navigation and radiocommunication equipment. The article proposes approach for practical realization of this integration by implementing a SMART (specific, measurable, assignable, realistic, and timely) DSC interface within S4. Using this approach the practical realisation integration of AIS – DSC – Information display was implemented. It makes possible implementation of user-friendly human-machine interface (HMI) for navigator. An experimental prototype of communication graphical interface is designed, which allows effective decision-making on radio communication control/monitoring. The use IEC 61162-1/2 (Maritime navigation and radiocommunication equipment – Digital interfaces) data transfer provides standard inter-module connections and eliminates the negative impact of the equipment diversity from different manufacturers by means uniform HMI implementation.
