In this paper a new approach is explained for solving intuitionistic dual fuzzy fractional nonlinear equations. Here we have suggested a numerical method for solving a dual fuzzy nonlinear fractional equations instead of standard analytical techniques which are not suitable everywhere. Initially we wrote a dual fuzzy non-linear fractional equations in parametric form and then solve it by iterative method. An illustrative example is given to show the efficiency of our approach.

Opis:
The intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) have a more significant contribution to describing and dealing with uncertainty. The intuitionistic fuzzy measure is a significant consideration in the field of IFSs theory. However, Pythagorean fuzzy sets (PFSs) are an extension of the IFSs. PFSs are more capable of modelling uncertainties than IFSs in real-world decision-making scenarios. The majority of PFSs research has concentrated on establishing decision-making frameworks. A similarity measure is a key concept which measures the closeness of PFSs. IFSs-based similarity measures have been proposed in the literature. This type of similarity measure, however, has a drawback since it cannot satisfy the axiomatic definition of similarity by offering counter-intuitive examples. For this study, a similarity-based on logarithmic function for Pythagorean fuzzy sets (PFSs) is proposed as a solution to the problem. A decision-making approach is presented to ascertain the suitability of careers for aspirants. Additionally, numerical illustration is applied to determine the strength and validity of the proposed similarity measures. The application of the proposed similarity measures is also presented in this article. A comparison of the suggested measures with the existing ones is also demonstrated to ensure the reliability of the measures. The results show that the proposed similarity measures are efficient and reasonable from both numerical and realistic assessments.

Opis:
This article proposes an algorithmic approach for multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems using interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft matrix (IVIFSM) and confident weight of experts. We propose a novel concept for assigning confident weights to the experts based on cardinals of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft sets (IVIFSSs). The confident weight is assigned to each of the experts based on their preferred attributes and opinions, which reduces the chances of biasness. Instead of using medical knowledgebase, the proposed algorithm mainly relies on the set of attributes preferred by the group of experts. To make the set of preferred attributes more important, we use combined choice matrix, which is combined with the individual IVIFSM to produce the corresponding product IVIFSM. This article uses IVIFSMs for representing the experts’ opinions. IVIFSM is the matrix representation of IVIFSS and IVIFSS is a natural combination of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set (IVIFS) and soft set. Finally, the performance of the proposed algorithm is validated using a case study from real life.

We study the homomorphic image and inverse image of the intuitionistic fuzzy PMS-subalgebras of a PMS-algebra, which are also intuitionistic fuzzy PMS-subalgebras of a PMS-algebra, and find some other interesting results. Furthermore, we also prove that the Cartesian product of intuitionistic fuzzy PMS-subalgebras is again an intuitionistic fuzzy PMS-subalgebra and characterize it in terms of its level sets. Finally, we consider the strongest intuitionistic fuzzy PMS-relations on an intuitionistic fuzzy set in a PMS-algebra and demonstrate that an intuitionistic fuzzy PMS-relation on an intuitionistic fuzzy set in a PMS-algebra is an intuitionistic fuzzy PMS-subalgebra if and only if the corresponding intuitionistic fuzzy set in a PMS-algebra is an intuitionistic fuzzy PMS-subalgebra of a PMS-algebra.

A thriving healthcare system perfectly reflects economic development and contentment amongst the people of any region. With increasing anxiety concering health and growing medical needs, hospitals worldwide face substantial challenge to provide patients with adequate medical facilities under one roof. With a fragile state of the health industry in a developing country like India, there is a need for the hospitals to opt for international standards and comply with other premier health centers of the country. This paper aims to select the hospitals based on incongruous and conflicting criteria involving group decision-making using the Intuitionistic Fuzzy (IF) and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The criteria used are concomitant to an insured public health scheme named Ayushman Bharat-National Health Protection Scheme (AB-NHPS) of the Government of India. For each alternative Euclidean distance has been used to calculate the positive and negative separation measure from the ideal solution. The relative closeness to the ideal solution has been used to rank the hospitals. The result is a list of hospitals ranked from best to worst based on the laid criteria. It can aid governing bodies in decision-making under an uncertain environment with multiple complex criteria to analyze.

Opis:
A generalization of technique for establishing order preference by similarity to the ideal solution (TOPSIS) in the intuitionistic fuzzy setting based on the redefinition of intuitionistic fuzzy sets theory (A−IFS) in the framework of Dempster-Shafer theory (DST) of evidence is proposed. The use of DST mathematical tools makes it possible to avoid a set of limitations and drawbacks revealed recently in the conventional Atanassov’s operational laws defined on intuitionistic fuzzy values, which may produce unacceptable results in the solution of multiple criteria decision-making problems. This boosts considerably the quality of aggregating operators used in the intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS method. It is pointed out that the conventional TOPSIS method may be naturally treated as a weighted sum of some modified local criteria. Because this aggregating approach does not always reflects well intentions of decision makers, two additional aggregating methods that cannot be defined in the framework of conventional A−IFS based on local criteria weights being intuitionistic fuzzy values, are introduced. Having in mind that different aggregating methods generally produce different alternative rankings to obtain the compromise ranking, the method for aggregating of aggregation modes has been applied. Some examples are used to illustrate the validity and features of the proposed approach.

Zilustrowano to przykładami. Rozdział 6 stanowi ilustrację sposobu obliczenia prawdopodobieństwa według różnych koncepcji w odniesieniu do problematyki ekonomicznej. Daje to obraz zalety prognozowania opartego na wiedzy. Rozdział 7 zawiera uwagi końcowe.

The presentation is a continuation of a paper at MSA’04 (T. Gerstenkorn, J. Gerstenkorn (2007)). In 1978 Ph. Smets proposed the so-called g-probability of a fuzzy event as a generalization of the L. Zadeh’s probability of 1968. In 1980 S. Heilpem also discusscd g-probability and analysed its properties. In 1992 Ph. Smets discussed once again the same his own problem and demonstrated its axiomatic properties. In this elaboration we desire to discuss the g-probability of the bifuzzy (intuitionistic) event and its properties as consistent with Kolmogoroff axiomatics.
Niniejsza prezentacja jest kontynuacją pracy pt. Probability of fuzzy event. Review of problems (Prawdopodobieństwo zdarzenia rozmytego. Przegląd zagadnień), przedstawionej na WAS'05 Acta Univ. Lodz., Folia Oeconomica 2007. W 1978 r. Philippe Smets zaproponował tzw. g-prawdopodobieństwo zdarzenia rozmytego jako pewne uogólnienie prawdopodobieństwa tegoż zdarzenia podanego Przez Lotfi Zadeha w 1968 r. W 1980 r. Stanisław Heilpem także rozważał g-prawdopodobieństwo i analizował jego własności. W 1982 r. Ph.

The paper presents a method of assessing the value of individual elements of the multigraph, i.e., the value of its vertices and arcs, considering the fuzziness of its parameters. The need to take into account the specificity of the existing types of vertices (including logical functions specified on them) and the possibility of multiple relationships between two neighbouring vertices make it necessary to use a multigraph. The assumed basis for the evaluation of the individual elements of the multigraph was their marginal value, which is the so-called contribution of a given element to the entire multigraph, assuming that the given element affects not only the adjacent elements directly related to it but in a way, perhaps indirect, every other element of the multigraph.

Research background: The critical role of online games in e-commerce and the great competition among providers to enhance market share has significantly increased the need to use effective advertising patterns, techniques, and tools to attract users. There are two significant challenges to planning online media game selection. The first challenge is that there is no agreement on media selection criteria for online game advertising. The second challenge relates to the complexity of choosing advertising media. Purpose of the article: Given the multidimensionality and uncertainty in evaluating and selecting advertising media, especially in the case of online games, the need to provide a systematic framework for evaluating and selecting media is critical. Methods: The present study aims to provide a systematic framework based on multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) methods to evaluate and select the appropriate media for online game advertising. For this purpose, first, by reviewing the literature, a relatively comprehensive list of media selection criteria for online game advertising was extracted and then provided to experts in online game marketing and advertising in the fuzzy Delphi questionnaire. Then, based on their opinions, a localized decision model was obtained. Also, the Step-wise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) method helped to determine the criteria' importance. In the next step, a preliminary list of online game advertising media was prepared and evaluated by experts based on the criteria obtained in the previous step. Finally, the media was ranked using the Additive Ratio ASsessment (ARAS) method. Findings & value added: Awareness of the criteria affecting the selection of online game advertising media and having a systematic framework for applying these criteria in advertising media selection decisions play a vital role in practical decisions. This research addresses one of the main gaps in the field of study by proposing a quantitative methodology for integrating information based on the knowledge of experts in the decision-making processes select advertising media for online games. Most traditional media selection processes are based solely on experience and estimation, and in practice, they are unable to systematically prioritize the alternatives due to the multiplicity of media available and the complexity of the decision-making process Interval-valued triangular fuzzy numbers (IVTFNs) can address the shortcomings of previous research while considering the uncertainties in this decision-making process. The findings of this framework can be good support for e-commerce managers and online game advertising practitioners.

In this paper, a new set of intuitionistic fuzzy aggregation operators have been introduced under the environment of intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs). For this, firstly focused on some existing aggregation operators and then new operational rules known as Dombi operation have been proposed which make the advancement of flexibility behavior with the parameter. Based on Dombi operation laws, some new averaging and geometric aggregation operators namely, intuitionistic fuzzy Dombi weighted averaging, ordered weighted averaging and hybrid weighted averaging operator, classified as IFDWA, IFDOWA and IFDHWA operators respectively and intuitionistic fuzzy Dombi geometric, ordered weighted geometric and hybrid weighted geometric operators, labeled as IFDWG, IFDOWG and IFDHWG operators respectively have been proposed. Further, some properties such as idempotency, boundedness, monotonicity and commutative are investigated. Finally, a multi-attribute decision-making model has been developed for the proposed operators to select the best mutual fund for investment. The execution of the comparative study has been examined with the existing operators in this environment.
