This paper proposes an advanced routing method in the purpose of increasing IoT routing device’s power-efficiency, which allows to centralize routing tables computing as well as to push loading, related to routing tables computation, towards the Cloud environment at all. We introduced a phased solution for the formulated task. Generally, next steps were performed: stated requirements for the system with Cloud routing, proposed possible solution, and developed the whole system’s structure. For a proper study of the efficiency, the experiment was conducted using the developed system’s prototype for real-life cases, each represents own cluster size (several topologies by each size), used sizes are: 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27 and 29. Expectable results for this research – decrease the time of cluster’s reaction on topology changes (delay, needed to renew routing tables), which improves system’s adaptivity.

Opis:
The problem of improving the voltage profile and reducing power loss in electrical networks must be solved in an optimal manner. This paper deals with comparative study of Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Differential Evolution (DE) based algorithm for the optimal allocation of multiple FACTS (Flexible AC Transmission System) devices in an interconnected power system for the economic operation as well as to enhance loadability of lines. Proper placement of FACTS devices like Static VAr Compensator (SVC), Thyristor Controlled Switched Capacitor (TCSC) and controlling reactive generations of the generators and transformer tap settings simultaneously improves the system performance greatly using the proposed approach. These GA & DE based methods are applied on standard IEEE 30 bus system. The system is reactively loaded starting from base to 200% of base load. FACTS devices are installed in the different locations of the power system and system performance is observed with and without FACTS devices. First, the locations, where the FACTS devices to be placed is determined by calculating active and reactive power flows in the lines. GA and DE based algorithm is then applied to find the amount of magnitudes of the FACTS devices. Finally the comparison between these two techniques for the placement of FACTS devices are presented.

Opis:
Purpose: To substantiate the elements of a complex mechanism for adaptive business strategies implementation and to develop an algorithm for its operation in a digital environment. Findings: A hypothesis about the positive impact of global digitalization of business on the formation of an adaptive mechanism for managing the business strategy implementation. It is proved that in the digital environment the indicative tools and flexible methods of making managerial decisions are activated, the efficiency of functioning of the corresponding mechanisms increases. The author offers adaptive mechanism for managing the business strategy implementation in the conditions of digital environment, substantiates its components, determines the tools for environmental diagnostics, selection and implementation of adaptive strategies, and highlights the principles of operation and interconnection of the subsystems of the mechanism. The article reveals functions and tasks of the adaptive mechanism and offers the algorithm of its introduction in the conditions of the digital environment. Practical Implications: The results of the study can be used in the practice of management of modern economic entities in order to ensure management decisions and strategic development in the context of global digitalization of business. Originality/Value: For the first time, the author proposes the adaptive mechanism for managing the business strategy implementation in a digital environment and substantiates its components, functions, methods and tools. Цель исследования: Обоснование элементов адаптивного механизма управления реализацией стратегии предприятия и разработка алгоритма его действия в условиях цифровой бизнес-среды. Результаты исследования: Выдвинута гипотеза о положительном влиянии глобального цифровизации бизнеса на формирование адаптивного механизма управления реализацией стратегии предприятия. Доказано, что в условиях цифровой среды активизируются индикативный инструментарий и гибкие методы принятия управленческих решений, повышается эффективность функционирования соответствующих механизмов. Разработан адаптивный механизм управления реализацией стратегии предприятия в условиях цифровой среды, обоснованно его составляющие, определены инструментарий диагностики среды, отбора и реализации адаптивных стратегий, определены принципы функционирования и взаимосвязи подсистем механизма. Приведены функции и задачи адаптивного механизма управления. Предложен алгоритм внедрения адаптивного механизма управления реализацией стратегии предприятия в условиях цифровой среды. Практическое значение исследования: Результаты исследования могут быть использованы в практике менеджмента современных экономических субъектов с целью обеспечения принятия обоснованных управленческих решений и стратегического развития предприятия в условиях глобальной цифровизации бизнеса. Доведено, що в умовах цифрового середовища активізуються індикативний інструментарій та гнучкі методи прийняття управлінських рішень, підвищується ефективність функціонування відповідних механізмів. Розроблено адаптивний механізм управління реалізацією стратегії підприємства в умовах цифрового середовища, обґрунтовано його складові, визначено інструментарій діагностики середовища, відбору та реалізації адаптивних стратегій, визначено принципи функціонування та взаємозв’язки підсистем механізму. The presented paper refers to economical aspects of inland waterway transport means operation. Specifications of profit and cost areas were a basis of an economic estimation of the transport means operation. Within this framework a decision should be taken concerning the methods and scope of an economical analysis of transport means. The profit optimisation algorithm of inland waterway transport means operation was elaborated considering a division of the waterway into sectors (representing different characteristics specified by different, and temporary changing, navigation parameters). The main engine speed was established as a decision variable.
Przedstawiona praca dotyczy aspektów ekonomicznych eksploatacji środków transportu żeglugi śródlądowej. W szczególności skupiono uwagę na prognozowaniu kosztów i zysku z eksploatacji śródlądowego zestawu pchanego. W takim kontekście decyzje dotyczące sposobu eksploatacji zestawu powinny być podejmowane z uwzględnieniem metod analizy wskaźników ekonomicznych eksploatacji. Przedstawiono i omówiono algorytm optymalizacji zysku z eksploatacji śródlądowego zestawu pchanego z uwzględnieniem podziału drogi wodnej na odcinki o różnych charakterystykach nawigacyjnych wpływających na charakterystyki ekonomiczne eksploatacji zestawu. Jako zmienną decyzyjną wybrano prędkość obrotową silnika głównego pchacza.

The test calculations were carried out according to the profit optimisation algorithm of inland waterway transport means operation considering a division of the waterway into sectors detailed described in the first part of this work. The push barge train consists of Bizon push boat and two OBP-500W barges were used to the calculations. Before a practical application for specified economical analysis it is required to collect a huge number of data to obtain an appropriate result. The main input data consists of (i) structure of the costs and their variation in relation to engine speed, and (ii) propulsion-resistance characteristics for wide spectrum of train' draughts and waterway depths. The results of optimisation calculations confirmed correctness and usefulness of the developed algorithm.
Przedstawiono obliczenia testowe optymalizacji zysku z eksploatacji zestawu pchanego z uwzględnieniem podziału drogi wodnej na odcinki o zmiennych charakterystykach nawigacyjnych. Do obliczeń przyjęto dane dotyczące zestawu pchanego składającego się z pchacza typu Bizon oraz dwóch barek BP-500W. Otrzymanie wiarygodnych rezultatów obliczeń optymalizacyjnych wymaga zgromadzenia znacznej liczby danych łączących charakterystyki techniczne z wskaźnikami ekonomicznymi eksploatacji. Przede wszystkim należy dysponować danymi obejmującymi (i) strukturę kosztów eksploatacji zestawu i zależność składowych kosztowych od prędkości obrotowej silnika głównego, oraz (ii) charakterystyki oporowo-napędowe dla szerokiego zakresu zanurzenia zestawu oraz głębokości drogi wodnej. Wykorzystano dane opracowane w przedsiębiorstwie ODRATRANS S.A. Otrzymane wyniki obliczeń testowych potwierdziły poprawność i użyteczność opracowanego algorytmu.

A brief analysis of the known methods of non-algebraic and algebraic descriptions of algorithms has been presented. The features of the elimination operation being a term of the algorithm algebra have been shown. Opis:
Methods of intuitive and algebraic description of algorithms are presented in the paper. Algebraic methods are compared in spite of their operation systems. Comparison of operations, their properties and classes of described algorithms are shown in the paper. Possibilities of expanding modern object programming languages based on the use of modified algebra algorithms are also shown. Comparing formulas of modified system of algorithmic algebras and algebra algorithms are presented and compared.
W artykule przeanalizowano metody intuicyjnego oraz algebraicznego opisu algorytmów. Obecnie istnieją cztery systemy algebr algorytmów: system algebr algorytmicznych Głuszkowa [4], modyfikacja tego sytemu wprowadzona przez Zeitlina [5], algebra algorytmów [6] oraz modyfikacja tej algebry, wprowadzona przez autora [7, 8]. Podkreślono zalety wykorzystania metod algebraicznych i ich przewagę nad metodami intuicyjnymi. Metody algebraiczne porównano pod względem używanych zbiorów operacji, właściwości operacji oraz klas opisywanych algorytmów. Pokazano że system algebr algorytmicznych Głuszkowa oraz jego modyfikacja wykorzystują operacje logiczne, takie jak koniunkcja i dysjunkcja, podczas gdy algebra algorytmów oraz zmodyfikowana algebra algorytmów wykorzystują operacje sekwencjonowania i zrównoleglenia. System algebr algorytmicznych oraz jego modyfikacja wykorzystują do uporządkowania operację kompozycji, która ma właściwość łączności. Podobnie jak w algebrze algorytmów tak i w jej modyfikacji do opisu kolejności wykorzystywana jest operacja sekwencjonowania, która ogólnie nie jest łącznościowa. Tym samym algebra algorytmów oraz jej modyfikacja rozszerzają możliwości opisywanych algorytmów, uwzględniając klasę algorytmów nie łącznościowych. Tej klasy nie uwzględnia system algebr algorytmicznych Głuszkowa oraz jego modyfikacja sformułowana przez Zeitlina. Pokazano możliwości rozszerzenia języków współczesnego programowania obiektowego przez wykorzystanie operacji algebry algorytmów oraz jej modyfikacji. Może to doprowadzić do uproszczenia zapisu algorytmów przy zachowaniu ich właściwości. Porównano właściwości trzech systemów algebraicznych: algebry algorytmów zmodyfikowanej przez autora, znanej algebry algorytmów, oraz zmodyfikowanego systemu algebr algorytmicznych Głuszkowa – Zeitlina. Podano wyniki porównania formuł algorytmów systemu algebr algorytmicznych i zmodyfikowanej przez autora algebry algorytmów. Przedstawiono możliwości uporządkowania zmiennych funkcji wielu argumentów.

The aim of the article was to develop a tool to support the process of planning and managing aircraft (ac) maintenance. Aircraft maintenance management has been presented for scheduled technical inspections resulting from manufacturers’ technical documentation for ac. The authors defined the problem under investigation in the form of a four-phase decisionmaking process taking into account assignment of aircraft to airports and maintenance stations, assignment of crew to maintenance points, setting the schedules, i.e. working days on which aircraft are directed to maintenance facilities. This approach to the planning and management of aircraft maintenance is a new approach, unprecedented in the literature. The authors have developed a mathematical model for aircraft maintenance planning and management in a multi-criteria approach and an optimisation tool based on the operation of a genetic algorithm. To solve the problem, a genetic algorithm was proposed. The individual steps of the algorithm construction were discussed and its effectiveness was verified using real data.

The authors defined the problem under investigation in the form of a four-phase decisionmaking process taking into account assignment of aircraft to airports and maintenance stations, assignment of crew to maintenance points, setting the schedules, i.e. working days on which aircraft are directed to maintenance facilities. This approach to the planning and management of aircraft maintenance is a new approach, unprecedented in the literature. The authors have developed a mathematical model for aircraft maintenance planning and management in a multi-criteria approach and an optimisation tool based on the operation of a genetic algorithm. To solve the problem, a genetic algorithm was proposed. The individual steps of the algorithm construction were discussed and its effectiveness was verified using real data.

Opis:
The article refers to the problem of assigning the aircrafts to stops points on the apron. The aim of this paper is to develop the algorithm, which will be used to this assignment. The assignment problem of aircrafts to stops points is the complex decision problems, which refer to the problems of designating the minimal path in the graph. The assignment model was described, i.e. decision variables, constraints and the criterion function. Decision variables take the binary form and determine the connections between the elements of infrastructure of the apron, i.e. touchdown points, intermediate points and stop points. Constraints take into account the number of aircrafts in the given period, the number of unoccupied stop points. The criterion function determines the minimum driving time of the aircraft on the apron. In order to designate the routes in international transport the heuristic algorithm, i.e. ant algorithm was developed. The steps of building this algorithm were presented. This algorithm was verified in the C# programming language. The results generating by the presented algorithm were compared with the results generating by the random algorithm.
