Opis:: At the moment the problem of dealing with external environment is an important issue of effective corporate strategic management in the enterprise. One of the factors of company interaction with external environment is company stakeholders. At the moment the theoretical basis of stakeholder analysis is researched insufficiently. The current research pursued the two goals: to show on which stage of strategic management process stakeholder analysis influences corporate activity and to provide effective theoretical and practical ground for the selection of stakeholders. In order to achieve the first goal the main aspects of stakeholder theory are reviewed in the paper. The place of stakeholder analysis in strategic management process is identified. It is argued that the interests of the most influential stakeholders should be considered in corporate goals, strategy and the strategic decision making process due to the “strategic necessity”. The latter means that consideration of the stakeholder influence leads to the increase of corporate performance effectiveness and fi nancial stability. The second objective is achieved through the review of possible techniques that could be used for stakeholder selection. The most appropriate for such purpose techniques are identifi ed by the analysis of their advantageous and disadvantageous. As the result of the review it is proposed to conduct the stakeholder selection basing on application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The example of application of such method for stakeholder selection is presented in the article.

Opis:: In the article, the qualitative and quantitative criteria to compare and evaluate separately direct and indirect sales channels for small industrial enterprises are systemized; the diagnostics of such channels is carried out for concrete enterprise, the application of graphical radar method for comparative analysis is substantiated, the use of the radar method is improved taking into account the weight function of characteristic criteria, the mechanism of diversification of sales channels for a small industrial enterprise is proposed.

Opis:: The aim of the work is to study spatial concentration of knowledge resources and innovative activity of management entities to determine types of innovative industrial clusters in Ukraine and levers of government control of the innovative development of industrial potential. The foreign experience of innovative industrial clusters creating is analyzed and we define them as basic participants in the article. The model of innovative industrial clusters forming is worked out. The system of indicators of evaluation of the development level of intellectual and economic constituents is offered in order to distinguish innovative industrial clusters in Ukraine. The integral index of the intellectual constituent development is calculated and the ranking of administrative-territorial units is conducted by the mentioned index. The clustering of administrative-territorial units is conducted by the method of indistinct S-averages taking into account indexes of innovative activity, that characterize the state of the economic constituent development. The basic types of innovative industrial clusters are distinguished based on the comparison of levels of the intellectual and economic constituents development. It was defined that an important problem for Ukraine, that is necessary to overcome in the nearest perspective, is absence of the close collaboration among science and business structures. Creation of innovative clusters of the mixed type is considered as the modern basis of the industrial potential development that will assist to transfer innovations, to increase the competitiveness of spatial development and the national economy on the whole. The state, as the third participant of the cluster, should play the role of the regulator of this cooperation. The levers of the state stimulation of the industrial potential development on the innovative basis for certain types of innovative industrial clusters are offered in the article.

Opis:: The article considers the research of sustainable development model of national economy of Ukraine at the modern conditions. Determine the structural changes of national economy of Ukraine at the period of 2001 – 2012. During the period from 2001 to 2012 increase of the share of economic activities of the sphere of immaterial production, while reduction of the share of economic activities of the sphere of material production. The lack of progress in the development and implementation of new technologies prevented the improvement of industrial competitiveness, which partly led to a deep structural crisis and drop in production. The share of type of economic activity in the structure of the national economy does not affect its importance for the development of national economy. The poor energy efficiency of Ukraine poses a serious threat to its economic security that results in a deformed structure of production and consumption, in the usage of old technology of production of energy and in slow implementation of energy saving technologies. For sustainable development of Ukrainian national economy at unstable modern conditions must improving public-private partnership in the field of energy efficiency are substantiated.

Opis:: This paper describes the development of geoinformation technology for the spatial analysis of greenhouse gas emissions caused by fossil fuel combustion in the industry sector in Poland. Mathematical models and software have been elaborated, which make it possible to calculate the emissions and construct an appropriate geospatial database. The models are based on algorithms of proxy data disaggregation to the level of point- and area-type emission sources. These tools take into account the non-uniformity of anthropogenic activity and spatial distribution of emission sources. Numerical experiments were conducted and the results of spatial analysis are presented in the form of digital maps.

Opis:: Nowadays the emphasis on the social component in the general mainstream of innovation activity is one of the strongest grounds for the successful functioning and development of enterprises. The aim of this paper is to analyze the theoretical and applied foundations of social innovation activity (SIA) with special attention to the peculiarities of this phenomenon in terms of enterprise activity. The logical order of the paper is divided into two main parts. The first part is theoretical and is based on secondary research methods. It provides general conceptual points of the SIA of enterprises, including its concept, functions and a conceptual model of realization. The second part reflects empirical research, as a result of which the main aims that stimulate enterprises to conduct SIA are determined.
W dzisiejszych czasach nacisk na czynnik społeczny w ogólnym nurcie działalności innowacyjnej jest jedną z najsilniejszych podstaw pomyślnego funkcjonowania i rozwoju przedsiębiorstw. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest analiza teoretycznych i praktycznych podstaw społecznej działalności innowacyjnej (SIA) ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem specyfiki tego zjawiska w zakresie działalności przedsiębiorstwa. Część pierwsza, teoretyczna opiera się na metodach badań wtórnych. Przedstawia ogólne punkty koncepcyjne społecznej działalności innowacyjnej przedsiębiorstw, w tym jej koncepcję, funkcje oraz koncepcyjny model realizacji. Druga część odzwierciedla badania empiryczne, w wyniku, których określono główne cele, które stymulują przedsiębiorstwa do przeprowadzania społecznej działalności innowacyjnej.
