The author applies the patron-client model to read the relationship between God and man in Rom. 5–8. First, the model and its basic features are presented in the context of the Greco-Roman society, including its applicability to divinity. Next, the various elements of the model are traced in Rom. 5–8 (asymmetry, exchange of goods, personal relationship, favoritism, reciprocity, kinship language, honor and voluntary entrance). The article finishes with the advantages of reading Rom. 5–8 through the lens of the patron-client relationship.

The article focuses on the phenomenon of free will in Paul, taking as the starting point Rom. 8:16. At the beginning, a concise exegetical analysis of Rom 8:16 is presented, placed in the rhetorical context of Rom 8. Subsequently, a comparison is drawn between Paul’s and Epictetus’s views on divine and human agency. First, the Epictetus’s idea of freedom is presented with a special emphasis on the notion of proairesis, understood as the true self of a person, responsible for free moral choices and actions. Next, the similarities and differences between the Epictetus’s and Pauline vision of free will are discussed. What connects the apostle and the philosopher are convictions that free will can exist in a divinely determined world and that human volition requires continuous education and subordination to God’s will. The elements that clearly distinguish Paul from Epictetus are the natural image of deity to be imitated in the human pursuit of freedom, and a genuinely relational, corporeal and emotive character of free will in the apostle. The psycho-somatic nature of human personality and will in Paul invites a dialogue between the apostle and modern science but it has to be carried out cautiously, bearing in mind the different methodologies, the idea of transcendent deity and Christological foundation upon which the Pauline idea of freedom and free will is built.

In this paper we give a version of the theorem on local integral invariants of systems of ordinary differential equations. We give, as an immediate conclusion of this theorem, a condition which guarantees existence of an invariant measure of local dynamical systems. Results of this type lead to the Liouville equation and have been frequently proved under various assumptions. Our method of the proof is simpler and more direct.

This essay focuses on a passage from the Letter to the Romans, better on a famous expression: λογικὴ λατρεία (Rom 12,1). After having studied its context in some depth, it shows how Paul operates in a dual direction: the apostle removes from the expression any kind of semantic link bound up with the cult; he also attributes to it a profane semantic. Paul does not intend to oppose the two cults, Jewish and Christian. His words imply that, like the ancient Israel before them, the Christian believers should also be distinguished for their cult. Christian worship is conceived in a different way. It is far from being a spiritualisation of the cult. Such a reduction is excluded by the object of the sacrifice, «your bodies». Paul operates in two directions: on the one hand, he avoids the trap of supersessionism with regard to the Jewish cult; on the other hand, he excludes a spiritualisation (or interiorisation) of Greek religious practices. Paul’s language is distinct both from the great tradition of Israel and from the Hellenistic world.

Powtarzalność tematów nomadycznych, oparta na rozbudowanej sieci intertekstualnych powiązań i zakładająca przedustawne porozumienie z czytelnikiem zorientowanym w świecie ustalonych znaczeń i sposobów reprezentacji figur wędrowca/pielgrzyma/tułacza, dowodzi zatem trwałości związa- nego z nimi pola wyobrażeniowego, stanowiąc zarazem dogodne narzędzie dla badań nad iteratywnym wymiarem symboliki życia jako szeroko rozumianej podróży.
The topics of pilgrimage, wandering or roam which were the main subject of the romantic anthropological ideas often returns in Czech literature. On the one hand these topics are included into the resources of universal motifs of the Western European culture, on the other hand they represents an important strand in the contemporary discussion on the modern conditio humana. The repetition of the nomadic topics, based on the advanced chain of the intertextual connections and assumed the preliminary understanding with the reader, who is knowledgeable in a world of the prearranged meanings and ways of representations of the figure of wanderer/pilgrim/ vagrant, is an argument of the long lasting field of imagination which is connected with this figure. It i also an suitable tool for the research of the journey as a symbol of human life.

‘Gibt es also ein anderes Recht?’ – so bezieht sich Gaius Iulius Caesar (gespielt von Ciaran Hinds) in einer Fernsehserie ‘Rom’ auf das römische Recht. ‘Rom’ (2005–2007) ist ein Kostümfilm, der in der Zeit vom Untergang der Römischen Republik spielt. Das ist eine der interessantesten Serien über das antike Rom und das römische Recht zugleich. In einer Folge wird zwar ein Strafprozess dargestellt, aber der Zuschauer wird selten direkt über das Recht informiert, überwiegend wird das Recht durch das Verhalten der Helden dargestellt. In der Serie kann man viele rechtliche Elemente finden, z.B.: Strafprozess, Strafvollstreckung (damnatio ad gladium ludi), die Befreiung eines Sklaven (manumissio), Gestaltung der Trauerfeier, körperliche Züchtigung für die Soldaten (castigatio). Manche rechtliche Aspekte wurden korrekt gezeigt, andere beinhalten viele Ungenauigkeiten, trotzdem ist diese Serie eine sehr interessante Visualisierung des Staates und des römischen Rechts. ‘Rom’ kann auch einen pädagogischen Wert haben. Zurzeit suchen die Lehrer nach immer attraktivsten Formen des Unterrichts. Diese Fernsehserie kann dazu ein interessantes Mittel sein.
‘Is there some other form of law?’ – that is how Gaius Iulius Caesar (played by Ciaran Hinds) in the TV series ‘Rome’ comments on Roman Law. ‘Rome’ (2005–2007) is a historical drama set in the last days of the Roman Republic. It is one of the most interesting shows helping to visualize Rome. One of the elements portrayed in the series is Roman Law. Although there is a criminal trial presented in one of the episodes the audience is rarely acquainted with law and its rules directly, Roman legal system can be discovered mostly through characters’ actions. There are many legal elements e.g.: penal trial, executing penalty (damnatio ad gladium ludi), manumission (manumissio), funeral arrangements, or corporal punishment of the soldiers (castigatio). Some of the legal aspects are presented correctly others contain some discrepancies; nevertheless there is a quite interesting portrayal of Roman Law in the series. The aim of the article is to find and describe some legal issues presented in ‘Rome’. It can be both scientific and educational. Nowadays the lecturers search for innovative or more engaging ways to teach, I believe the series could be a useful tool for students of law.

Zum Ende der christlichen Antike, also in Zeiten von Gregor des Grossen ist die Formulierung: ad beati apostolorum principis limina nicht nur zum Synonym für Kultstätten von Apostel, aber auch von Rom als Stuhl Petri geworden. Zu dieser Zeit wurde der Glaube an Schutz der Apostel, vor allem des Heiligen Petrus über Rom, das damals von verschiedenem Unheil und Kataklysmen geplagt wurde, geboren. Selbst die Bischöfe von Rom begünstigten die Reisen nach Rom und verliehen diesen einen geistlichen Charakter – ad limina apostolorum, peregrinatio pro Ecclesia. Die Errichtung von Pilgervierteln in der Nähe von römischen loca sancta, die für Leute gedacht waren, die eine Wallfahrt unternahmen, wurde zur „Ehrensache” für Bischöfe und weltliche Würdenträger, da es als deutliches Zeichen der Umsetzung der von Christi anbefohlenen christlichen Tugenden wie: Gastlichkeit – hospitalitas und Dienstbarkeit dem Nächsten galt. Diese „Nebeneinrichtungen” für Einreisende in die Kultstätten garantierten Ihnen einige Bequemlichkeiten, den Seelsorgern dagegen verhalfen im Katechese und „Aufsicht” über die Pilger.

Podjęty w artykule problem przedstawiliśmy w trzech etapach analiz. W pierwszej kolejności przeanalizowaliśmy sposób, w jaki – według apostoła Pawła – cały Izrael dojdzie do zbawienia (modus salutis accedendae). Z przeprowadzonych analiz wynika, że powiązał on ze soba˛ ściśle losy Izraela i pogan w dojściu do zbawienia: tak jak ich losy są od siebie wzajemnie zależne, tak samo są ze sobą powiązane kolejne etapy (z ich udziałem) w historii zbawienia. Apostoł rozpatruje niewiarę Izraela i następnie jego powrót w kategoriach historiozbawczych – dlatego mógł sądzić, że kiedy „pełnia pogan” uwierzy w Chrystusa (spełniony ten warunek), siłą rzeczy przyjdzie czas na zbawienie całego Izraela; do zbawienia całego Izraela prowadzi dopełnienie ewangelizacji pogan (niepobudzenie go do zazdrości). Zbawienie całego Izraela będzie ostatecznie wynikiem działania Boga, tj. dokona się poprzez przyjście Wybawiciela (modus salvandi). W tym duchu postrzegamy działalność misyjną Pawła: w pierwszej kolejności prowadził ją, aby zanieść Ewangelię poganom (wypełniając zbawczy plan Boga względem nich), ale jednocześnie czynił to w nadziei, że im szybciej nastąpi dopełnienie ewangelizacji pogan, tym szybciej dokona się zbawienie całego Izraela. W dalszej kolejności skupiliśmy się już tylko nad momentem, kiedy to nastąpi. Skoro apostoł rozpatruje zbawienie całego Izraela w kategoriach historiozbawczych (nie czasowych), pytanie o moment musi pozostawać w ramach tej kategorii i dlatego odnosi się bądź do obecnego etapu historii zbawienia (czas Kościoła), bądź do jej pełnej realizacji (czasy ostateczne). Próba bliższego uściślenia czasu stoi w sprzeczności z zastosowaną kategorią. Apostoł mówiąc o dobru dla świata, jakie będzie wynikiem zbawienia Izraela, skupia się na wielkości tego dobra, nie na jego naturze. Takie podejście do problemu sugeruje niemożność bliższego określenia tegoż dobra (nie zamierzał go ukrywać) i tym samym każe je widzieć raczej w związku z ostateczna˛ realizacja˛ zbawczego planu Boga (zlanie pełni błogosławieństwa na pogan i na Izrael). Na to wskazuje też przytoczony cytat z Izajasza oraz kontekst apokaliptyki żydowskiej. Dlatego za najbardziej prawdopodobne uznajemy to, że apostoł – mówiąc o zbawieniu całego Izraela w Rz 11, 25b-26a – lokował to wydarzenie w kontekście czasów ostatecznych. Nie podejmujemy się jednak stwierdzenia, czy miał na myśli samą paruzję.

Autor analizuje Pawłową wypowiedź na temat homoseksualizmu, zawartą w Rz 1,26-27. Ukazuje ją najpierw na tle argumentacji apostoła w Rz 1–4, zarysowuje strukturę Rz 1,18-32, po czym dokonuje analizy najważniejszych pojęć związanych z grzechem natury homoseksualnej, pojawiających się w Rz 1,22-32. Następnie prezentuje współczesne interpretacje Rz 1,26-27, których przedstawiciele dekonstruują lub odrzucają Pawłową krytykę postaw homoseksualnych. Ich pozycje zostają podzielone na trzy kategorie: argumenty z pozycji współczesnej psychologii i starożytnych praktyk homoseksualnych, argumenty z rozumienia natury u Pawła oraz argumenty z kontekstu retoryczno-literackiego Rz 1,18-32. Autor krytycznie ustosunkowuje się do wymienionych argumentów, wskazując na ich anachroniczność, błędne zawężenie kontekstu argumentacyjnego apostoła, nieuprawnione zrównanie pojęcia natury z normą kulturową oraz zlekceważenie uniwersalistycznego charakteru Pawłowego dyskursu w Rz 1,18-32.
The author analyzes the Pauline pronouncement on homosexuality in Rom 1:26-27. He first places it in the context of the apostle’s arguments in Rom 1–4, outlines the structure of Rom 1:18-32, and examines the most important terms related to homosexual behavior in Rom 1:22-32. Subsequently, the author presents contemporary interpretations of Rom 1:26-27 which deconstruct or reject the Pauline critique of homosexual acts. They are divided into three basic categories: arguments from the position of modern psychology and ancient homosexual practices, arguments based on Paul’s understanding of nature, and arguments stemming from the rhetorical-literary context of Rom 1:18-32. The author critically examines these arguments, pointing to their anachronisms, limited reading of the apostle’s argumentative context, unsubstantiated overlapping of the concept of nature and cultural norm, and disregard of the universalistic character of the Pauline discourse in Rom 1:18-32.

Opis:
In the article the author poses a question on the nature and character of the Spirit’s acting and indwelling in believers in Romans 8. To what extent the Pauline concept of Spirit can be associated with the stoic idea of pneuma which also dwells within humans, grants them knowledge and life? In order to answer this question, in the first part of the paper the author analyzes the semantic fields of Rom 5 – 8 and their convergence in Rom 8, with a special focus on the vocabulary of new life mediated by the Spirit. Subsequently, the rhetorical stasis of Rom 8 is elucidated. At the end, the author presents a concise survey of the research on the interaction between the Pauline and the stoic idea of pneuma. The critical evaluation of the various scholarly works on the issue and the rhetorical dispositio of Rom 8 constitute a point of departure for a closer analysis of similarities and differences between Paul and the stoic pneumatology, which will be carried on in the part two of the article.

Opis:
In the present article, the author indicates the theme of God’s justice as a unifying thread of the Letter to the Romans. The analysis of the issue starts from a general overview of the idea of justice in the Greco-Roman culture, in the Old and New Testament. Next, the author presents the overall structure of the Letter to the Romans supplied with the distribution of the vocabulary of justice. The core of the article is the analysis of the differentiated argumentative parts of the letter (Rom 1–4; 5–8; 9–11) with the special attention paid to the issue of God’s justice. Paul presents it as the power of God that saves the humanity from the incoming judgment (Rom 1–4), as the giver of new life in the Spirit and freedom for the believers (Rom 5–8), and as the creative will of God that will not cease until it brings everybody, including Israel, to salvation (Rom 9–11). At every stage of his argument, the apostle stresses that throughout the whole history of mankind God’s justice remained faithful to its original plan of salvation revealed and disclosed in the Old Testament.

Edukacja dziecka romskiego pojmowana jako relacja w procesie dialogicznego nauczania jest doświadczeniem szczególnym. Jego analiza dokonuje się dzięki pogłębionej refleksji stojącej po stronie nauczyciela-badacza i prowadzi do interesujących konstatacji. Nauczanie dziecka romskiego (Roma rumuńskiego) wymaga nauczycielskiego podejścia, które nie będzie koncentrowało się jedynie na celach. Istotny jest sam proces charakteryzujący się przede wszystkim niegotowością i zmiennością. Obserwujemy edukację w procesie powstawania, której wartość polega głównie na zaskoczeniach, zdziwieniach, odkryciach i na niepowtarzalności. W takim procesie konstytuuje się też autorytet nauczyciela. Tworzą go działanie twórcze i ironiczna postawa. Prezentowany artykuł jest próbą rekonstrukcji tego procesu na podstawie osobistego doświadczenia.

Analiza tekstu Rz 13, 8-10 prowadzi do wniosku, że w tej perykopie św. Paweł mocno podkreśla prymat miłości w stosunku do wszystkich norm, którymi człowiek się kieruje w swym życiu moralnym. Paweł nie znosi przepisów Prawa na rzecz miłości, ale stwierdza, że miłość stanowi zwieńczenie wszystkich przykazań i powinna być motorem wszelkiego postępowania ludzkiego. Każdy uczeń Chrystusa właśnie poprzez miłość, okazywaną wszystkim ludziom bez wyjątku, najdoskonalej wypełnia Prawo i wprowadza w życie wolę Bożą zawartą w tym Prawie. Na tle etycznej myśli greckiej i rzymskiej, wypowiedzi rabinów żydowskich, a nawet pouczeń samego Jezusa, tak zaakcentowany prymat miłości bliźniego jest czymś zupełnie nowym i niepowtarzalnym.
In Romans 13, 8-10 Apostle Paul strongly emphasizes the primacy of love in relation to all the standards by which a man guides himself/herself in his/her moral life. Paul does not abolish the precepts of the Law in favor of love, but says that love is the culmination of all the commandments and should be a force of all human activities. Every disciple of Christ just by love, shown to all people without exception, fulfills the Law most perfectly and implements the will of God contained in this Law. In the light of Greek and Roman ethical thoughts, utterings of Jewish rabbis, and even the teachings of Jesus himself, such emphasized the primacy of neighbor’s love is something totally new and one of a kind.

Der Aufsatz gilt vor allem der Rekonstruktion des Traditionsstücks in Röm 3, 24-26: Jesus Christus hingestellt als Sühne in seinem Blut für unsere Sünden (wegen unserer Sünden) in der Gedult Gottes. Diese Rekonstruktion wird auch bewiesen. Christologische Formeln wie auch Lieder hatten einen Titel. In der Beweisführung beruft sich der Verf. auf das AT (vor allem Psalmen) und auf das NT. Im NT ist der christologische Hoheitstitel last immer im einleitenden Kontext vorhanden. Der Verf. ist der Ansicht, dass in einer alten Formel eine Aussage über die „vorher geschehenen” Sünden keinen Sitz hat. Das wird doppelt erwiesen. Einmal anhand der ältesten hyper (dia) Formulierungen, dann aufgrund der paulinischen Interpretation der eigentlichen Sühneformel. Bultmann, Käsemann, Kertelge, Kuss, Wengst, Zimmermann u. a. haben hier wissenschaftlich vorgetastet aber nich eine wissenschaftlich annembahre Rekonstruktion der eigentlichen Sühneformel vorgelegt.

In the present article the author with the use of rhetorical method analyzes the coherence of Paul’s argumentation on new life in Rom 5 – 8. First, the topic of new life is examined in the global context of the dispositio rhetorica in Rom 5 - 8. The three dangers to the gift of new life distinguished by the author are: 1) the slavery of sin (Rom 6), 2) the defective human self-righteousness (Rom 7,7-25), and 3) the suffering and corruption of the present world (Rom 8,19-23). At the end, the role of the Spirit in Rom 5 – 8 is explained. He is the one that liberates mankind from the triple slavery and leads to the fullness of new life, which is to be revealed in the Kingdom of God.  The rhetorical reading shows the coherent strategy of Paul who describes the gift of new life in a germinal state, which calls for man’s reliance on the Spirit and the Spirit empowered deeds.

The article presents the basic principles of real options method (ROM) for the assessment of projects realized by enterprises. Using as an example a loan contracted for three years, the author shows and explains why the ROM is much more effective and better analyzes tool, than the discounted cash flow method (DCF). He also stresses, that from the methodological point of view ROM is not more difficult in application than the DCF, moreover adds flexibility in the decision-making process, and gives for the management staff more freedom in a future, during the undertaking development.

We analyze critically the most important contemporary conceptions of metaphors in science, i.e., those proposed by Max Black, Rom Harré, Thomas S. Kuhn, and Donald Davidson. We also present an alternative view on the metaphor essence. This view states that a metaphor is the conclusion of deductive reasoning; its premises are a description of the secondary object of the metaphor and the thesis on similarity between the secondary and primary objects. The metaphorical character is created by referring in the metaphor exposition to the whole reasoning and to its usual elliptic character.

Unter den rund vierhundert Beispielen aus der Bibel, der Mythologie und Geschichte, die in Sebastian Brants Das Narrenschiff dem Unterricht und der Ermahnung dienen, stammen mehr als zwanzig aus Ovids Metamorphosen. Brant nimmt keinen direkten Bezug au Ovids Werk und erwähnt den Dichter nur einmal als den Autor der Ars amatoria (‚bůler kunst‘), die Ovid nichts als Unglück beschert habe. Die meisten Verweise au Ovid erscheinen im Kapitel XIII und einzelne in den Kapiteln XXVI, LIII, LX, LXIV und LXVII. Sie sind anspielend und verkürzt, sie betreen die beklagenswerten Folgen von sündhaer oder koposer Liebe, Eiersucht und Hass sowie selbstverliebter und törichter Unbesonnenheit. Sie stellen Codes dar, die sich nicht entschlüsseln lassen, ohne die Quelle zu kennen. Daraus lässt sich schlussolgern, dass Brant entweder davon ausgeht, dass der Leser über die erorderlichen Kenntnisse verügt, oder dass er ihn auordert, diese zu erlangen. Die Regeln des Genres, in diesem Fall der moralischen Satire, erwiesen sich bei Brant stärker als die philosophische Bedeutung der mythologischen Botscha.
Around our hundred examples rom the Bible, mythology and history in Sebastian Brants The Ship of Fools are designed to instruct and caution; more than twenty come rom Ovids Metamorphoses. Brant does not make reerences to Ovids work and he mentions the poet only once as the author of Ars amatoria, which brought Ovid nothing but misortune. Most of those references appear in Chapter XIII “On Seduction” (Von buolscha) and single ones in Chapters: XXVI, LIII, LX, LXIV and LXVII. Tey are abridged and coded allusions concerning the consequences of wicked or rash love, jealousy and hatred as well as self-loving and foolhardy imprudence. They cannot be deciphered without knowing the source. This implies that Brant either assumes the reader has sufficient knowledge or suggests they need to gain it. Te conventions of the genre, in this case of moral satire, proved to be stronger than the philosophical meaning of the mythological message.

Artykuł analizuje motyw gniewu Bożego w Rz 1,18-32. Autor wychodzi od przeglądu publikacji biblistów prezentujących „apokaliptycznego Pawła” (Albert Schweitzer, Ernst Käsemann, J. Christiaan Beker, Douglas Campbell, N.T. Wright). Następnie prześwietlone zostają podstawowe elementy apokaliptycznego języka w Rz 1,18-32: idea objawienia (ἀποκαλύπτ-), władzy Boga nad światem (παραδίδωμι) oraz Jego zbawczego gniewu (ὀργή). Dalej autor ukazuje miejsce i dynamikę tekstu Rz 1,18-32 w kontekście argumentacji Pawła w Rz 1–4. Artykuł kończy zwięzła prezentacja idei gniewu Bożego w Starym Testamencie, literaturze żydowskiej i grecko-rzymskiej, co pozwala na odkrycie nowości oraz apokaliptycznego wymiaru Bożego gniewu u Pawła.
The article analyzes the motif of divine wrath in Rom 1:18-32. The author starts with a survey of the recent proponents of the “apocalyptic Paul” (Albert Schweitzer, Ernst Käsemann, J. Christiaan Beker, Douglas Campbell, N.T. Wright et al.). Next, the basic elements of the apocalyptic language in Rom 1:18-32 are scrutinized: the idea of revelation (ἀποκαλύπτ-), God’s sovereign rule over the world (παραδίδωμι), and God’s saving wrath (ὀργή). The author then demonstrates the place and the dynamics of Rom 1:18-32 within the context of the Pauline argumentation of Rom 1–4. The paper concludes with a concise presentation of the idea of divine wrath as found in the Old Testament and in Jewish and Greco-Roman literature, which allows us to appreciate the novelty and apocalyptic dimension of God’s wrath in Paul.

Bible exegesis is dealing at times with the accusation of superficial implementation of methods from various fields of science and of disrespect for the theological character of the Bible in hermeneutical and methodological presuppositions. This accusation can be directed also towards the many uses of intertextuality in biblical scholarship. The article challenges this situation and proposes what has been called a ‘theological model of intertextual interpretation’ – an approach based on literary theory of the ‘interpretant’ as understood by Michaele Riffaterre – that tends to respect more fully the theological character of the biblical text. After a detailed description of the approach and its methodological elements, the second part of the article deals with an example of the application of thereof – an intertextual exegesis of Rom 2:7 and Wis 2:23; Wis 6:18.19.

The paper presents results of experiments on formation of nonwoven fabrics from PLA biopolymer. Fibrous structures with parameters advantageous for application as a scaffold for tissue engineering were prepared from polylactide by melt-blown technology. Process optimization enables to obtain ultra-fine fibers. Sizes of pores formed in the material during melt-blown process can be tailored by formation of fibers of defined diameters.

Opis:
L’article se compose de trois parties: I. Le contexte du passage Rom. 8, 19—27; II. L’exégèse du texte Rom. 8, 19—27; III. Les réflexions finales et la traduction paraphrasée du texte. Pour ce qui est du contexte, il faut retenir les liens de notre texte avec les chapitres précédents et tout spécialement avec le chapitre V qui annonce le thème du passage Rom. 8, 19—27. Dans le texte même on peut distinguer trois thèmes: 1. L’attente par la création de la révélation des fils de Dieu; 2. L’attente par les hommes de la rédemption du corps; 3. Les gémissements qu’on ne peut pas exprimer par les paroles humaines ou l’intercession de 1’Esprit Saint. La signification de la pensée authentique de l’apôtre dépend du sens dans lequel sont employés par saint Paul des termes comme: κτισις, ο υποταξων, ματαιοτης, φθορα, απαρχη etc. Le mot κτισις, d’après toute vraisemblance, signifie toute créature animée et inanimée, excepté l’homme. Une telle créature, personnifiée de façon plastique, attend avec une grande impatience la révélation future du Fils. L’épiphanie eschatologique du Christ est conçue aussi comme une révélation de tous les enfants de Dieu. La vanité (ματαιοτης) à laquelle est soumise la créature possède un sens moral. L’homme est celui qui soumet la créature aux lois de la vanité. La libération de la créature consistera en son affranchissement de la vanité. L’avenir de la créature, vue du côté positif, se traduira par la participation de tout ce qui est creé à la liberté et à la gloiredes enfants de Dieu. Une part toute spéciale dans la future gloire de toute la création a été réservée au corps humain dont l’homme attend la rédemption. Ce désir de l’homme, de soi tellement faible, est accompagné par 1’Esprit Saint qui intercède pour nous. Dans le problème de la „sotériologie cosmique” de S. Paul, il s’agit surtout de la rédemption du corps humain. Celui-ci ne peut pas être considéré comme une prison de l’âme. II constitue une partie de l’homme, destinée à être transformée en „corps spirituel”. Quant aux sources littéraires du texte Rom. 8, 19—27 on admet, outre les allusions bien claires au livre de la Genèse, quelques influences de la littérature apocalyptique juive.

Opis:
Rejestr MISR pobudzany słowami odczytywanymi z pamięci ROM jest jednym z ostatnio oferowanych rozwiązań problemu generacji par testowych dla uszkodzeń opóźnieniowych. W niniejszej pracy przedstawiono koncepcję zmniejszania liczby słów programujących oraz takiej modyfikacji grafu pracy ww. generatora par testowych, która pozwala na uzyskanie akceptowalnego czasu testowania przy stosunkowo wysokim współczynniku pokrycia uszkodzeń opóźnieniowych. W pracy przedstawiono rezultaty eksperymentów, w których wygenerowano opracowaną metodą pary testów dla benchmarków ISCAS'89.
One of the recently proposed solutions to the problem generation of test pairs' patterns to target delay faults is a Multiple Input Signature Register (MISR). The paper proposes a method to minimize control words and to modify the operation diagram of the Test Pattern Generator (TPG) aiming at achieving acceptable test times while ensuring a very high coverage of delay faults. Experimental results are presented, in which the method of test pairs for benchmarks of the ISCAS'89 has been employed. These results confirm a high effectiveness of this method compared to other solutions.

Opis:
The scientific information computer system at the library of the Technical University of Gdansk is presented. The system includes: computer system for catalogue information and publication supply, APIS-ZB; information system on scientific research at the Technical University of Gdansk, APIS-NB; and network system for provision of databases on CD-ROM InfoWare, CD/HD. The basic system functions, as well as the prospects of their development are presented. The problem of using the Internet as an information source and supply tool is discussed. Common tasks of libraries at technical universities in Poland which would facilitate scientific information transfer between them, are stressed.
