We prove some results concerning the WORTH pro\-perty and the Garc\'{i}a-Falset coefficient of absolute sums of infinitely many Banach spaces. Also, the Opial property/uniform Opial property of infinite \(\ell^p\)-sums is studied, and some properties analogous to the Opial property/uniform Opial property are discussed for Lebesgue\polishendash Bochner spaces \(L^p(\mu,X)\).

The article is about the development of the legal regulation in the matter of the registration of law of estate on estate property beginning from the Kyiyv Rus times till nowadays. The registration of rights on estate property is a newish phenomenon for the majority of governance systems and whereas it was unmethodical and unsystematic before the early 20th century, in the beginning of the 20th century the state registration of rights, objects or transactions is complied as a fully functional institution. Besides the main historic periods of development of the systems of legal regulation in the matter of the state registration of the rights on the estate property is reviewed.

An alternative to the Dunford-Pettis Property, called the DP1-property, is introduced. Its relationship to the Dunford-Pettis Property and other related properties is examined. It is shown that $ℓ_p$-direct sums of spaces with DP1 have DP1 if 1 ≤ p < ∞. It is also shown that for preduals of von Neumann algebras, DP1 is strictly weaker than the Dunford-Pettis Property, while for von Neumann algebras, the two properties are equivalent.

Opis:
A property tax (or millage tax) is a levy on property that the owner is required to pay. The tax is levied by the governing authority of the jurisdiction in which the property is located; it may be paid to a national government, a federated state, a county or geographical region, or a municipality. Multiple jurisdictions may tax the same property. This is in contrast to a rent and mortgage tax, which is based on a percentage of the rent or mortgage value. There are four broad types of property: land, improvements to land (immovable man-made objects, such as buildings), personal property (movable man-made objects), and intangible prop-erty. Real property (also called real estate or realty) means the combination of land and improvements. Under a property tax system, the government requires and/or performs an appraisal of the monetary value of each property, and tax is assessed in proportion to that value. Forms of property tax used vary among countries and jurisdictions. Real property is often taxed based on its classification. Classification is the grouping of properties based on similar use. Properties in different classes are taxed at different rates. Examples of different classes of property are residen-tial, commercial, industrial and vacant real property. A special assessment tax is sometimes confused with property tax. These are two distinct forms of taxation: one (ad valorem tax) relies upon the fair market value of the property being taxed for justification, and the other (special assessment) relies upon a special enhance-ment called a “benefit” for its justification

Marriage constitutes a breakthrough, among others due to its effects on the spouses' property. As a rule, the joint property of marriage arises as its consequence. But spouses can also decide for themselves about the future status of their real estate

Opis:
Let (X,τ) be a topological space. Let Φ be a class of real-valued functions defined on X. A function ϕ ∈ Φ is called a local Φ-subgradient of a function f:X → ℝ at a point $x_0$ if there is a neighbourhood U of $x_0$ such that f(x) - f($x_0$) ≥ ϕ(x) - ϕ($x_0$) for all x ∈ U. A function ϕ ∈ Φ is called a global Φ-subgradient of f at $x_0$ if the inequality holds for all x ∈ X. The following properties of the class Φ are investigated: (a) when the existence of a local Φ-subgradient of a function f at each point implies the existence of a global Φ-subgradient of f at each point (globalization property), (b) when each local Φ-subgradient can be extended to a global Φ-subgradient (strong globalization property).

The distribution of property in society is a fundament of communist ideology, which in Czechoslovakia was regulated by two Civil Codes. In the process of reforming the entire legal system, the purpose of both codes was, besides property regulation, also to transform the perception of the importance of ownership in society and to change the way people think about the role of property. In order to achieve this, the communist legislation introduced brand new property-rights institutions, which were supposed to replace ownership – in particular, the so called ‘use’ (užívání) of property. The ultimate goal of the communist property reform, however, became so-called socialist ownership, which corresponded to the requirements of communist ideology and which existed in public and individual form. This article presents the various types of ownership regulated in the Czechoslovak Civil Codes in the years 1948–1989. It also draws attention to some of the pitfalls of applying different forms of property in legal practice, particularly as regards land. It also points out the difference between the political demands placed on property law legislation and the economic reality of the day, which, among other things, contributed to the gradual weakening of the confidence in the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia and eventually led to the fall of the whole regime.

In the pot experiment the effects of contamination of diesel oil of proper brown soil developed from light loamy sand on microorganisms abundance and activity of soil enzymes were studied. Diesel oil was applied at the following rates: 0, 2, 4 and 6 cm3 kg-1 of the soil. Trial was performed in two experimental series: amended or not amended with straw. It was found that soil pollution with oil stimulated development of Azotohcicer sp., oligotrophia copiotrophic and ammonitiers bacteria; whereas inhibited fungi proliferation, dehydrogenases and urease activities and did not affect actinomycetes number. Diesel oil addition to the soil reduced positive effects of straw on microbiological and biochemical soil properties. Oil pollution adversely affected growth and development of triticale. Straw amendment diminished level of oil toxicity to triticale.
