Who is man actually and in essence? To this question differently answer the various personality dominants and world outlooks, expressing themselves, in truth, in different life styles and thus revealing the complex multifariousness of human existence, and yet, on the whole, taking into account the autotelic, non-instrumental, unlosable and common to all individuals value — identical since non-produced — perhaps best describable as a personal (supraparticular) human dignity. On this how far that value, within various thinking and acting systems, will be appreciated and affirmated, namely in such or other type of internal and environmental culture, will depend the future of the humanism idea, and even its full and adequate understanding, leading towards mutual respect, tolerance, and common assent to the right of differing in opinions and actions based on this exactly unlosable and immovable fundament, which is human dignity. Neither under the sign-board “homo faber” nor „homo ludens” there is a rescue for mankind: the productivistic and psychodelic mentalities are both infected with the same phisicalism, cutting off man from others’ subjectivity and from his own. The very humanization of man’s world is its re-personalization : instead to reificate the human world one ought to restore to things — even those inanimate — a full spiritual, interpersonal sense.

Since the turn of the seventies and the eighties there has been observed an ever-growing significance of views called "supply-side economics" in the Western theory of economy. In the opinion of its propagators, application of these views in practice was to contribute to liquidation of inflationary phenomena without simultaneous slow-down in economic activity and without growth of unemployment. In the reality, these views appear to be quite remote from circumstances prevailing in the state-monopolistic capitalism. Both numerous empirical investigations and the experienceｩof developed capitalist countries, where they were applied in practice, point at a limited usefulness of the these of "supply-side economics".

Ľ hommeest est enfin cet etre qui se reconnait proche du divin et i1 ne découvre la grandeur de l'humain en lui qu'en découvrant dans l’eclat de la beaute et de la pensée comme une trace ď'une realite d’un autre ordre, ce qu’ il пошше le divin. The output of an industrial enterprise mi*3t correspond with regard to its assortment and quality to requirements of buyers. In the areas characterized with rapidly changing demand, the planning and organization of production process take place at the time when demand is not yet fully known. In this situation, organization must ensure capability of production process to respond promptly to changes in demand. Among the most important factors determining this response capability is the system of procurement allowing to adapt industrial supplies to the existing level of their consumption in production process. For this to be possible, the following conditions must be fulfilled: - the available inventories and possibilities of obtaining new ones should not be smaller than total needs resulting from consumption and replenishing of inventories; - the utility characteristics (assortment and quality) of possessed and obtainable inventories should not be smaller than those demanded by the present production; and - the time during which the procurement process responds to new demand for materials should not exceed the admissible time of awaiting material supplies by production.
