Opis:
Th e present study focuses on sexuality education as an integral part of the fundamental right to education. It analyses relevant provisions of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and highlights related ethical issues. Study also shows that sexuality education is ideologically saturated and morally charged topic in Slovakia. In this paper we analyse context between social constructions of intellectual disability and sexuality and their implication for sexuality education. We outline some aspects of the right to sexuality education for persons with intellectual disabilities and discuss cultural challenges and related ethical dilemmas from the liberal point of view.

Opis:
behavioral attributes sexuality of people with intellectual disabilities and their socio-cultural and ethical contexts. We analyze it in the selected item questionnaire us compiled sexuality and sex education, covering selected aspects of sexual behavioral attributes of people with intellectual disabilities, namely the frequency of occurrence of the sexual behavioral attributes of students with an intellectual disability by teachers of special primary schools. Selected incidence of sexual behavioral attributes analyzed in the light we have created a classification system. Research results show that with students awith intellectual disabilities are present sexual behavioral attributes not only at the level of tactile contacts, or non-coital sexual activities, but also sexual behavioral-level attributes coital sexual practices.

In the paper we present partial results of comprehensive research, which focused on attitudinal and behavioral attributes sexuality of people with intellectual disabilities and their socio-cultural and ethical contexts. We analyze include only those items of us compiled questionnaire sexuality and sex education, which concerned the assessment of selected sexual behavioral attributes of students with intellectual disabilities and assessing differences in sexual behavioral attributes of students with intellectual disabilities and students without intellectual disabilities by teachers of special primary schools. Conclusions tracing sexual behavioral attributes show that for students with intellectual disabilities in special schools present some sexual behavioral attributes at the level of premature sexuality, hypersexuality and coital sexual practices.

The authors in this paper describes and analyzes the various moral constructions of sexuality and then sexuality education in the context of persons with intellectual disabilities. Attention to the family / genus of the school and represent sex education as gender education. Draw attention to the gender separation – separation of girls and boys under the camaraderie and normal social intercourse, which, according to the authors, part of everyday life in primary / special schools. Emphasize that sex education in schools and in other institutions of socialization must take into account the different conditions in the socialization and the resulting advantages and disadvantages for both sexes and reach for targeted support measures for girls and for boys. At the end represent the different categorization approaches to sex education, which have different cultural backgrounds, and so these approaches more or less different.

This paper focuses on the assessment of the status and practical implementation of selected aspects of sexual education of students with intellectual disabilities in special schools in terms of teachers. The paper focuses on the analysis of certain aspects of sexual abuse of students with developmental disabilities from the perspective of teachers of special primary schools. We present therein partial results of comprehensive research, which focused on attitudinal and behavioral attributes sexuality of people with intellectual disabilities and their socio-cultural and ethical contexts, in particular, we analyzed the incidence, the perpetrators and sexual abuse of students with intellectual disabilities and reactions of teachers of special primary schools on notice of sexual abuse of a schoolgirl student with developmental disabilities other pupils, and pupil with developmental disabilities through selected items of us compiled questionnaire sexuality and sexual education of students with intellectual disabilities, covering risk sexual behavior.

In this article, we present a part of data from two researches that focused on attitudinal and behavioural attributes of sexuality of people with intellectual disabilities and their socio-cultural and ethical contexts. This article represents a comparative research probe into the moral preferences in area of parenthood and reproduction of people with intellectual disabilities, and of professional staff of social service homes and teachers of special primary schools in Slovakia. As a research tool, we used part of standardized Attitude Questionnaire ASQ - Attitudes to Sexuality Questionnaire (Individuals With An Intellectual Disability) from authors Cuskelly, Gilmore (2007). The results demonstrate that the moral preferences of reproduction and parenthood of persons with intellectual disabilities are mostly negative, even though teachers of special primary schools more morally accept rights of reproduction and parenthood, compared to professional staff of social service homes.

The paper deals with saturation sexual needs in people with intellectual disabilities through masturbation. The authors present a partial research findings about masturbation clients in terms of professional social service workers in Slovakia, which indicate their acceptance and tolerance. With these expressions of culture through sex education and enlightenment, however, encountered only rarely. In terms of moral assessment, the author further reflect on the appropriateness or inappropriateness of the behavior. Emphasize the necessity of advising persons with intellectual disabilities themselves and professionals working with these people.

The authors present in this paper psychosexual aspects of the development of people with intellectual disabilities, with an emphasis on sexual development problems and specifics of their puberty, they see the effects of gender and psychosocial factors amplifying the effect of the crisis on the development of young people with intellectual disabilities. Their arguments argue partial results of research sexuality clients with more severe intellectual disabilities in social care homes in Slovakia. The conclusion states that only quality and professional support helps people with intellectual disabilities to live their sex lives freely.

In this paper the authors present different perspectives and different re- search findings on what people with intellectual disabilities expect from the partnership. When assessing sexual activities with these individuals based on foreign empirical findings and present the results of Slovak research. The authors document the interest of persons with intellectual disabilities and for sexual activity sexual nature, but professional staff social service institutions in Slovakia endorse. Research findings also indicate negative feelings about parenthood and sexual rights of people with intel- lectual disabilities. Most equipment does not create conditions for the implementation of a peer sexual life and thus violated the right to freedom of sexual expression sexuality.

In this article we present analysis of partial research result which are connected to differences in attitudes toward sexuality education and men's and women's sexuality of special primary school teachers from the gender, age and religious beliefs point of view. We presents a part of data from research that focused on attitudinal and behavioural attributes of sexuality of people with intellectual disabilities and their socio-cultural and ethical contexts. As a research tool we used part of standardized Attitudes to sexuality questionnaire (Individuals from the general population: ASQ – GP) from authors Cuskelly, Gilmore (2007). We analyze those results, which were not related to preferences in the area of sexuality of people with intellectual disabilities, but were related to sexuality education and sexuality of men and women in general.
