This paper presents the findings of Modified Waterfall Model for Le MaC Wireless Storage Management. The system store users files using offline connection to save all their activities inside the computer laboratories. As a result, the notion of user made it easy for end users v to save their files without a help of a flash drives. Information Technology thus plays a key role in the development of the autonomous learner extends to operators as well as to programmers, which are users of components such as software libraries. The standard provides a framework for organizations to define a quality model for a software product. In doing so, however, it leaves up to each organization the task of specifying precisely its own model. This may be done, for example, by specifying target values for quality metrics which evaluates the degree of presence of quality attributes.

It can be deduced that the sum total of an adviser’s personality which includes his social, moral-spiritual and economic functioning and efficacy is highly dependent upon his moral principle. In terms, therefore, of adviser’s performance in whatever field of achieving the goal, his moral principle is a potent factor that is to be reckoned with in order to explain his work attitudes and habits and the qualitative and quantitative aspects of his work performance. This study is focused on the identification of the moral principle and teaching performance of college advisers/professors, as well as the relationship of their moral principle to teaching performance. It is a correlational study that determines the significant relationship between the moral principle and the teaching performance of the engineering college advisers.

This study addresses the use of non-motorized transportation. The global benefits of the bike paths, bike lanes, and other types of bicycle-specific infrastructure consist of a reduction in traffic congestion and a decrease in emissions of greenhouse gasses and other pollutants that commuters face today. Additional indirect benefits, of no less value, demonstrate the benefits and viability of bicycles and non-motorized transport. These findings suggest that lack of pollutions and low cost of this form of transport for commuting will encourage the adoption and development of similar facilities elsewhere around the world.

Potable water is a commodity and basic necessity of life for which metropolitan areas and adjacent areas are to pay. Water from Manila Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) has also become a problem considering the low water supply coming from their sources. Because of El Nino phenomena and other problems of the water system, rationing Metro Manila was implemented. This descriptive study aimed to assess the performance and effectiveness of community water supply management in terms of the quality of water such taste, odor, color, sediments, service and cost and design water safety plan for the community. Purposive sampling was used to determine the participation of the knowledgeable homeowners of Karangalan Village in the province of Rizal. Some interesting insights of the study are: Potable water is the water delivered to the homeowners. However, there are sediments and brownish color observed in the water due to pipe corrosion. In terms of service, the performance of the water system delivered to the homeowners is acceptable based on the volume delivery, accessibility, availability, promptness, and reliability. Homeowners who use potable water are satisfied in terms of its efficiency, effectiveness, user-friendly, promptness and expandability. Water safety plan is an integral part of the whole planning process and helps improve the management of Karangalan village water supply and may be undertaken or updated at any time

This research aimed to use lahar sediments from the volcanic eruption in which people would be able to benefit from the construction technology in the form of sediment block was similar to the conventional concrete hollow block. The study focuses on the recognition and acceptance of indigenous material, specifically lahar, as an alternative solution in the reproduction of low-cost housing to lower construction cost and housing backlogs. The study attempts to discover the utilization and end-users acceptability of Compressed Lahar Sediment Blocks (CLSB). This research presented an analysis and determination of the use of compressed lahar sediment blocks as local building material for low-cost housing and its acceptability as an alternative to concrete base materials. It also contemplates a new idea in the development and production of low-cost housing and in support to the government National Shelter Program

The use of web-enhanced through accelerated to teach and reinforce project management concepts based on specific learning objectives has been a positive experience for engineering students of SY 2015-2016 in the Qassim University of Buraidah City. This study describes the rapid development of a web enhanced project management course (GE 402) as a teaching with technology alternative to the traditional approach. The main theme of the study is to give a basic introduction to the design, implementation, and usage of web enhanced in teaching undergraduate project management course with adequate hands on experience in Primavera Planning and MS Project. This study aims to (i) compare the effectiveness of the web enhanced learning from a traditional learning; (ii) identify the management skills used by the engineers in the construction industries; (iii) the evaluations on learning by the engineering students of SY 2014-2015 & SY 2015-2016 (iv) the mean responses of the engineering students of SY 2014-2015 on the level of confidence of project management skills gained from traditional format learning; (v) the mean responses of the engineering students of SY 2015-2016 on the level of confidence of project management skills gained from the web enhanced format learning.

Due to the environmental and economic crisis, this study focus on generating product using agricultural waste as well develop an alternative construction material that will lessen the social and environmental issues. It also paved the way to the recognition of using coconut shells and fiber as a substitute for aggregates in developing concrete hollow blocks. As a whole, the study' main concern is the environment and the construction and building technology to enhance natural world as well as building materials. This also aims to design a technical specification of concrete hollow block using coconut shell and fiber as aggregates that will meet the ASTM requirements in order to help contribute to the industry in saving the environment, to encourage the government to find solutions regarding the disposal to landfills of waste materials and save the environment, to provide new knowledge to the contractors and developers on how to improve the construction industry methods and services by using recycled coconut shells and fibers, and to sustain good product performance and meet recycling goals. A conventional concrete hollow block was compared to concrete hollow blocks with coconut shells and fibers of the same proportions. Observations from the tests performed were conducted in the laboratory where precise data were gathered and completely attained. Some of the interesting insights of the study are: (a) coconut shells and fibers are applicable as a partial substitute as coarse aggregates for concrete hollow blocks. (b) the good indicators of coconut shell and fiber quality as aggregate of concrete hollow blocks are particles, shape, and texture, resistance to crushing, absorption and surface moisture, grading, resistance to freezing and heating and light-weight.; (c) coconut shells and fibers are classified as miscellaneous material used for wall panels and partitions and (d) a non-load bearing type of hollow block because the compressive strength gained higher than the conventional concrete hollow blocks after 28th days

This paper discusses a list of information and issues that causes of structural failure in the foundations and footings of a building. When a load is gradually applied on a foundation, settlement occurs which is almost elastic to begin with. Nowadays, much of the crimes committed were unreported to the authorities. Given this fact, the study presents the development of a Crime Management and Reporting System through online and even offline and at the same time is the active participation of the citizens. The idea draws its motivation from the inconvenience of going to the police station and personal belief of the weak investigative capabilities of the authorities to resolve petty crimes and limited spreading of crime information to the community. The project specifically looks into the crime detection and prevention. This study aims to provide an overview of the investigative process and, in doing so, identify effective and efficient approaches to the investigation and detection of the volume of crimes. The review is particularly aimed to highlight the research evidence those investigative practices and actions that are likely to lead to a positive outcome. The development of software includes the process of brainstorming and planning, requirements analysis, system analysis and designs, implementation and testing, deployment, and maintenance. The criteria of evaluation of software quality were adapted in ISO/IEC 25010:20011. This also shows that distance is also a factor that influences greatly how crimes are being handled with many crimes going unreported as a result. Crime Management and Reporting System would really help the complainant and the authority to communicate privately and easily with regards to the reported issue. In addition, it would be easier for the complainant to report a witnessed crime without the fear of getting involved in the problems because of the security that the only authorized user can see the report. Based on the findings, the researchers recommend the following for further study: widening the limit of the system by considering other cities; a generic platform for keeping human records from birth till death, deploying this sort of platform will serve as a source of information on persons from various states within the country and even those outside. Verification using Biometric is highly recommended to enhance the security of data stored in the system. This increases the restriction on access to the system, thus unauthorized users have no access to the system. Face recognition technology can be added.

Time is everything and with people demanding everything to be faster with the little patient, working with old school conventional technology is losing out. The primary goals of this research are to understand the benefits of fast and easy access through the interactive touch screen way-finder. The Interactive Way-Finder and E-Notices on Display for University campus is a collaborative map locator using a touch screen monitor with kiosk, plotting schedule for the faculty and announcement display. the system is running smoothly, It is ready to be implemented and can be used by the beneficiary. A modified questionnaire was used to seek the needed data in evaluating the functionalities of the system. The criteria of evaluation of software quality were adapted in ISO/IEC 25010:2011.
