Opis:
The paper concerns of the analysis of traction characteristics of the linear synchronous motor (LSM) fed from frequency inverter. The conducted examinations served for the quality assessment of the new type of drive. During attempts and tests of LSM drive was being encumbered with different types of burdens. Received courses were of help for analysis of the drive in terms of his accuracy and the precision. Analysis consisted on comparing with oneself individual stages of the move, for the maximum and minimum load. For every type of the burden a relative error corresponding to the entire sequence of the move was appointed. The conducted examinations confirmed the superiority of the drive, and agreeable parameters with declared by the producer. With evidence of it there is a relative error get in the process of calculations, for the maximum load of the motor, of which the value is on the level 1.5 %.

Opis:
Implementation of the AC drive control takes into account the wider frequency control voltage, which is the best solution in terms of power and control the economics of modern propulsion systems. Projected for this purpose frequency inverters, which are an integral part of the line converter, the circuit current and voltage of the inverter current and voltage. Widely applied to power systems voltage with a frequency pulse width modulated PWM. Use a switching frequency range of 5-50Hz, which is obtained current waveforms similar to the sine wave shape, and what makes it such propulsion systems are characterized by high efficiency and power density. Opportunities of this type power supply, determined the prevalence of high-power circuits for IGBT inverter. At power up to 150 kW are used IPM modules containing current and temperature sensors, controllers and insulated against short circuit protection systems so that the entire power system is secure and complete.

Opis:
The purpose of the paper is to propose a new method for classification. Our MSPLS method was deduced from the classic Partial Least Squares (PLS) algorithm. In this method we applied the Maximum Separation Criterion. On the basis of the approach we are able to find such weight vectors that the dispersion between the classes is maximal and the dispersion within the classes is minimal. In order to compare the performance of classifier we used the following types of dataset - biological and simulated. Error rates and confidence intervals were estimated by the jackknife method.

Opis:
The article presents ways to avoid the higher harmonics with voltage signal of the low-speed generator for use in wind turbines. Showing the results of calculation of individual harmonic components in the model field permanent magnet generator induced the combined three-layer windings in star and delta. It also presents how to use slots skew also affects the ratio of harmonic content in the voltage signal generator.
W artykule przedstawiono sposoby eliminacji wyższych harmonicznych z sygnału napięciowego generatora wolnoobrotowego przeznaczonego do stosowania w elektrowniach wiatrowych. Pokazano wyniki obliczeń poszczególnych składowych harmonicznych w modelu polowym generatora wzbudzanego magnesami trwałymi przy połączeniu uzwojenia trójwarstwowego w gwiazdę i w trójkąt. Zaprezentowano także, w jaki sposób stosowanie skosu żłobkowego wpływa na ograniczenie współczynnika zawartości harmonicznych w sygnale napięciowym prądnicy.

Opis:
SOP 2P is an automatic train protection system, ATP, designed to assist the driver in driving the train in the safest way. It provides relevant signal information in the cab, continuous monitoring of the actions of the driver and the motion of the train. SOP 2P is designed to be transparent to the driver, as long as the traffic regulations are followed. If the traffic situation is regarded dangerous, SOP 2P will intervene and brake the train down to a safe speed, or stop the vehicle before an obstacle. Information on traffic situation obtained from interlocking equipment (track section), supplemented by additional information (section number, loop modification etc.) are formed into 47 bit telegram. The information signal after modulation and amplification supplies the transmission loops placed at the track. Antennas placed on the train, receive the telegram from the transmission loops and transmit it to the receiver, where a demodulation and reproduction of information contained in the telegram is performed. Information about speed are continuously compared with actual speed indicated by speed indicator. When the actual speed exceeds the speed limit the vehicle drive is automatically switched off and service braking is applied if necessary. If the speed is still not going to be lower an emergency braking is applied.

Opis:
Analyzing the parameters of the strengthening of control of stator current components, we can notice a large irregularity of the impact of various parameters on the characteristics of the drive system. Finding the optimal position is a task that requires a stochastic method of searching the space adjustments. The use of typical of methods of stochastic search space is increasingly rare for the evolutionary methods, much faster, and enable the integration of discrete and continuous. Optimization of control parameters selecting settings drive system for starting and stopping is two separate issues. Lack of reproducibility of individual runs, and especially data derived from comparative analysis of regulation of parameters shows the need to optimize the settings of the drive. The positive is that with a large number of measurements for specific settings of the motor, just occasionally there was a slight difference in the various stages of the drive system.

Analysed object is an induction micromotor with a short-circuited auxiliary phase (shaded-pole micromotor - SPM). The motor rating data are: output power 3 W, two poles, one short-circuited coil per pole. Due to flat – parallel distribution of the field and radial direction of flux in SPM, the computational analysis was limited to the cross section plane. Field calculations were done with OPERA 2d software, using finite element method. Basing of numerical simulations several models of the SPM motor have been defined. They were different in: topology of the magnetic shunt, the number of short-circuited coils per pole, also the number and shape of rotor’s rods. Taking into account the manufacture conditions of the SPM motor, the shunt set up and geometry were proposed. The optimal solution of motor’s magnetic circuit with the largest value of flux density in air gap and also the largest starting torque has been achieved basing on fixed overall dimensions.

Following the principle of searching the simplest solution, proposed research methodology begins implementing the design of linear motors of the squirrel-cage asynchronous motor and synchronous motor with permanent magnet. The first models include the construction of the stator magnetic sheet, in chich grooves are placed with the winding power, as the rotor is made of high permeability and then applied the method of casting an aluminum frame. Study was carried out for the asynchronous and synchronous motors, for example, some computational models. Then the models with the best operational parameters have been transformed into models of linear motors, which were further simulations. A comparative analysis of rotary engine models that each model can be applied individually depending on the needs and expectations of him posed.

The analysis of magnetic circuit of shaded pole induction motor (SPM), for basic micro - motor type 925 powered 3W, was conducted. The magnetic shunt as well as number and location of the compact laps are the influencing on electromagnetic parameters SPM elements, making up the auxiliary starting winding of motor. It the row of field calculations was executed from utilization the software OPERA 2d for different constructions of magnetic circuit of motor, and the different number of laps (thirteen the computational models). The simplest construction, and the simultaneously cheapest solution are then magnetic shunt is executed as prolongation of stator poles from one compact lap on pole. The realization of shunt made from the same electrotechnical sheet, what the whole core of motor is profitable technologically, however to reach hard near this the satisfactory electromagnetic parameters. The base of comparison of parameters row studied models establish the optimum solution of magnetic circuit of motor, the largest value of flux density in air gap and also the largest starting moment of motor was obtained.

The paper concerns of the analysis of traction characteristics of the asynchronous motor fed from frequency inverter. The Simovert powertrain diagnostics use DriveMonitor software, which is also used for precise control of propulsion systems. DriveMonitor software allows to handle and record the measurement results obtained as a percentage of reference values for the memory controller. Work measurement concern starting and braking vector controlled asynchronous motor with frequency. The calculations take into account the idle state and condition of the powertrain load Simovert with frequency. The study was conducted for three speeds of 500, 1000, 1500 rpm. The results obtained, were used to diagnose the drive and reach conclusions on the effect of selected parameters on the mechanical characteristics of motor.

SOP systems are designed to be transparent to the driver, as long as the traffic regulations are followed. In this paper the interfaces between SOP electronic central unit and train were described. Logic of the presented solutions for this interface, due to safety functions they perform, is mainly based on relays, however an indisputable advantage of this system is its advanced concept, allowing in future using a higher level of automation and establishing the preconditions for a possible co-operation with other systems and also the next generation of technology.

An optimization module was built on the basis of MATLAB and FEMM packages where the above-described objective function, searching the maximum starting torque in a shaded-pole induction motor, was implemented. In the process of optimization functions of genetic algorithms introduced in MATLAB [4], were implemented. Thus, an initial population in the form of six chromosomes was defined. The genetic algorithm enables to keep an equilibrium between wide research of the solution space and using the solutions found due to the previous generations of chromosomes. The objective function was defined so that good solutions meeting the pre-set limitations were reproduced and other solutions were rejected by means of a selection method in every subsequent generation. On completing calculations, the final population was the next initial population until the pre-set convergence of consecutive results was achieved.

This paper presents an asynchronous motor simulation calculations PSIM in the environment, which is a simulation program designed specifically for power electronics and drive systems. It provides a wide range of high-speed simulation analyzes these systems and their analog or digital control, the analysis of magnetic phenomena, electrical machines and their dynamics. Applied SIMVIEW program used in the final processing of the PSIM and struck on the basis of timing simulation. The application allows the user to directly analyze the results and compare them with the results of other analyzes motors.
W pracy przedstawiono obliczenia symulacyjne pracy silnika asynchronicznego korzystając z środowiska obliczeniowego PSIM. Programem ten dedykowany jest dla analizy stanów przejściowych układów energoelektronicznych oraz układów napędowych. Przedstawiono w pracy analizę symulacyjną układu napędowego ze zmiennym obciążeniem, przy sterowaniu analogowym oraz cyfrowym IFOC. Pokazano krótką analizę zjawisk magnetycznych silnika asynchronicznego oraz jego dynamikę. Zastosowany program SIMVIEW wykorzystano do końcowego przetwarzania danych z programu PSIM oraz wykreślenia na podstawie symulacji przebiegów czasowych.

The underground line in Warsaw from the beginning was equipped with automatic train protection system type SOP-2. After several years of operation system SOP-2 was modernized and expanded by automatic braking at the platform, called target braking. This function is realized by automatic starting of kraking in calculated point and proper regulation of its run to obtain the established precision of train stopping. The target braking function was developed and applied in Russian trains 81 type with DC traction motors and ALSTOM Metropolis trains with inverter fed AC motor drive.
Na I linii metra w Warszawie, działającej od 1995 r. jest eksploatowany system automatycznego ograniczania prędkości typu SOP-2. Po kilku latach funkcjonalność systemu została rozszerzona o automatyczne zatrzymywanie pociągu metra na przystanku. Realizując funkcje hamowania docelowego urządzenia wyliczają odległość do punktu zatrzymania i samoczynnie regulują siłę hamowania tak, aby zatrzymać się w wyznaczonym punkcie peronu z odpowiednią precyzją. Hamowanie docelowe jest uruchomione na dwóch typach pociągów eksploatowanych w Warszawie - rosyjskich pociągach typu 81 wyposażonych w silniki szeregowe prądu stałego i pociągach typu Metropolis z napędem asynchronicznym.
