Opis:: People modify 56% of the Earth’s land. The world trend is changing from rapacious to considered influence such as green construction/production. Nevertheless, the terroristic war of the Russian federation against Ukraine causes the chaotic destruction and snowballing emissions from shell bursts and fires. Reclamation of land should attempt to repair the hugely dangerous influence of this, especially in the temporarily annexed lands of Ukraine. Donbas was one of the most stressed regions due to active mining and other industries, and contained more than 38% of Ukrainian damaged lands. The war deepens the situation. The most natural reconstructive measure is greening. The authors analysed the requirements for greening to gain the maximum benefits. Enduring and effective plant assortments were proposed for the region. For sanitizing the environment, experiments were performed with phytoncide activity using a photographic paper method. It was found and recommend that new phytoncide plants - Japanese quince (Chaenoméles japónica) and barberry (Bérberis) - were most effective.

Opis:: The organisation of the monument preservation in Austria reaches as far back as 1857 when the Imperial-Royal Commission for Research and Conservation of the Monuments was called into existence. After the war in 1945 the former monument conservation organisation, based on the resolution from 1923, was restored. The Monument Conservation Office is the supreme authority for some central institutes national conservators and Offices for the Restoration of the Movable Monuments. Immediately after the war the work of the Office was checked because of the lack of funds, of satisfactory staff, and of unsufficient legal principles. At present a greater number of scientific workers, the designat on of means and endeavours to adopt a new resolution guarantee more effective monument preservation in Austria. The Art Research Institute subordinated to the Monument Conservation Office, carries out an editorial activity and continues an inventory work. The problem of the monument preservation meets with the understandig and support of all the groups of the Austrian people. (The first part of the article written for the „Ochrona Zabytków”).
Организация охраны памятников прошлого в Австрии существует от 1857 года, именно тогда призвано Императорско-Королевскую Комиссию к целям Исследования и Консервации Памятников прошлого. После войны в 1945 году восстановлено прежнюю организацию для охраны памятников прошлого, опираюущуюся на уставе с 1923 года. Главным органом этой организации явлается Учреждение Памятников Прошлого, которому подчиняются инные центральные Учреждения, местные консерваторы а также Лаборатория по восстановлению движимых достопримечательностей. Непосредственно после войны задерживал работу Учреждения недостаток в деньгах, отсутствие соот- вественно подготовленной кадры и недостаточные юридические основы. В настоящее время число научных работников увеличилось, а также дотация и предпринятые старания по делу издания нового устава загарантируют более успешную охрану достопримечательностей в Австрии. Институт по Научному Исследованию Искуства в Австрии подчиняющийся Учреждению Охраны Достопримечательностей продолжает вести инвентаризационную и издательскую деятельность. Проблема охраны памятников прошлого встречается в Австрии с сознанием и помощью широкой общественной прослойки. (Первая часть статьи написанная для „ОХРОНЫ ЗАБЫТКУВ”)
