    Opis:
    In order to eliminate the environmental aftermaths of transport accidents with oil products the cycle of laboratory researches and field tests on the study of factors affecting the processes of migration of oil products in different types of soils was conducted. Comparison of convergence of the data on migration of oil products obtained in the laboratory conditions and field tests with the results of mathematical simulation of filtration processes in the same conditions is performed. In the process of development of recommendations on application of sorbents for cleaning up of soils from oil products a wide spectrum of industrial wastes and natural materials was investigated, the optimization of cleaning processes is conducted. The kinetics of cleaning up of soils from light oil products by means of thermoconvection is studied. The estimation of degree of renewal of the cleaned soils is executed by the biological testing.

    Opis:
    We have carried out scientific research defining the ways of toxic loads migration, which polluted the environment as a result of transport accidents. We have defined the most important factors influencing the character of migration in the most widely spread soils of Ukraine and assessed the risk of toxicants penetration into the air, surface water sources or underground water carrying horizons. On the basis of the research we have worked out a number of proposals concerning organizational measures and technical decisions aimed at overcoming negative ecological consequences caused by these accidents. Wastes of some productions or accessible natural materials as well as up-to-date adsorbents and composites are considered to be the most suitable and perspective for the solution of these problems.

    Opis:
    Communication between vehicles is very important element of accidents reduce. In this contribution is made accidents analysis in SR and is described all the available techniques for communication between various vehicles among themselves and with the infrastructure. The aim of this is to have a complete overview of all the possible communication techniques that the world of electronics and telecommunications has proposed in the last years that can be applied for accomplishing the task of enabling vehicles to communicate and interact with other vehicles as well as with the infrastructure.

    Traffic is a key-factor in modern economics. Despite of this, there is a continual conflict between mobility satisfaction and increased delay. Nowadays, many specialists are trying to find out the reasons why some traffic events occur. ITS are systems which help to make efficient use of road and urban communication network, using information, communication and directing technologies. They make basic conditions for high quality communication and information society that we are approaching also in our country. We have to remember that, according to current statistics 93% of traffic accidents are caused by human error. Assistance systems are the main challenge. They are based on communication (data exchange) not only among vehicles themselves but also vehicles and infrastructure. These so called Intelligent Assistance Systems promise great benefits in the sphere of efficiency of transport systems and road safety. These benefits include mainly increase in the capacity of the road network congestion and pollution reduction, shorter and more predictable driving time, improving traffic safety for all participants of road traffic, lower operational costs of vehicles, better organization and management of road network. In this paper, I first review all the available techniques for communication between various vehicles among themselves and with the infrastructure.     Opis:
    The concept of eCall automatically informing system of traffic accidents is one of the key-points of the European initiative eSafety and aims to create a Pan-European system of quick notification of traffic accidents. The system will use the telephone 112 or E112. The accident data will be transferred to emergency points. The estimation of costs and profits of the eCall system within the E-MERGE project and research SeiSS6 shows a possibility of avoiding even 2500 deaths a year and diminishing the results of accidents by about 15% on European scale. This paper presents rules of the eCall system operation and introduces some problems associated with the system implementation. The paper includes the eCall infrastructure, legal problems and the data transmission from a vehicle to a PSAP centre. The following technical issues are being discussed as well: accidents detection, ICT communication and data transmission in the voice channel.

    The task of increase of traffic safety has got a special acuteness for large cities of Russia in connection with expansion of service of passengers of route taxis. In the paper results of research of technical operation’s conditions of route taxis, qualifications and the experience of their drivers are resulted, and also some ways of increase of safety on city routing traffic are offered.
    Задачи повышения безопасности дорожного движения приобрели особую остроту для крупных городов Росси в связи с увеличением обслуживания пассажиров маршрутными такси. В данной работе проведён анализ условий технической эксплуатации маршрутных такси и стажа водителей и их квалификации, а также предложены некоторые пути увеличения безопасности на городских маршрутах.
