    W artykule przedstawiono badania dotyczące kierowców zawodowych odnoszące się do sposobu pracy, systemów bezpieczeństwa, czasu prowadzenia i czasu odpoczynku kierowcy. Badania ankietowe przeprowadzono na grupie kierowców samochodów ciężarowych będących w innym wieku, mających zróżnicowany staż pracy w zawodzie kierowcy oraz wykonujących przewozy krajowe i międzynarodowe. Badania zostały przeprowadzone wśród kierowców aktywnych zawodowo, dotyczyły one głównie respektowania norm czasu pracy kierowcy i wykorzystania przerw w pracy w codziennej praktyce. Uzyskane wyniki obrazują w jakim stopniu nieprzestrzegane są przepisy odnoszące się do norm czasu pracy kierowców.
    This paper presents the study of occupational drivers in terms of their working style, safety systems, driving and rest periods. A questionnaire survey on a group of truck drivers in different age, with varied work experience in the profession of driver, performing domestic and international transport was carried out. The research was conducted among working professional drivers. They mainly concerned the driver's working time and the use of breaks at work in everyday practice. The results show degree of non-compliance of regulations relating to the drivers' working time.

Taking into account this fact and the fact that the concept of an standards in the last few years not only in Slovakia, but the whole world has become a phenomen that “deserves “ our attention, we decided to approach it from the perspective of social work. In this contribution, we will focus on what the standards are, how they arise and also how important they are. We will point out areas of social work in which standards most commonly occur.

    The article presents silhouettes of female terrorists, but also motives for their actions or ways of recruiting new fighters. The author highlights the reasons for women becoming women in the structure of terrorist groups and analyzes the motives of unlawful behavior of women. The fact is that in today’s world there are significant numbers of Islamic terrorists. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to the role played by women in society and other aspects of life as well as in terrorist organizations.

    The concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) since several dozen years has been recognized as one of the most important solutions used by companies that want to build competitive advantage through concern for economic effects, people and the environment. Important role in the management of CSR by these companies is the implementation of its standards and norm and their reporting. However, the question arises whether such activities are sufficient to actually talk about the company as a socially responsible organization. In the presented article, a broader analysis of this problem was undertaken, trying to answer what determines the company's recognition as socially responsible.

    W opracowaniu przedstawiono zasady opracowywania metod analitycznych oznaczania pestycydów w środowisku pracy oraz wytyczne dla opracowywania norm dotyczących oznaczania tych substancji. Zarówno zasady dotyczące metody analitycznej jaki wytyczne do opracowywania projektu Polskiej Normy, oparte są na badaniach autorki, która opracowała 10 Polskich Norm na oznaczanie tych substancji w powietrzu środowiska pracy podczas wykonywania czynności zawodowych przez pracowników. Zawarte w opracowaniu zasady dotyczące przygotowania metody analitycznej na oznaczanie tych substancji w powietrzu dotyczą metody chromatografii gazowej.
    The report presents the principles for the development of an analytical method in determining pesticides in the work environment, and guidelines for standards concerning the determination of these substances. Both the principles concerning the analytical method, and the guidelines for a Polish Standard, are based on own studies by the author who has already developed 10 Polish Standards for the determination of these substances in the air of the work environment while performing occupational activities by the employees. The principles contained in the report pertaining to the preparation of the analytical method for the determination of these substances in the air concern the method of gas chromatography.

    Bezpieczeństwo wyrobu to kluczowe zagadnienie mające swoje odzwierciedlenie w przepisach i zastowanych rozwiązaniach praktycznych. Istotnym narzędziem spełnienia wymagań technicznych w odniesieniu do bezpiecznych konstrukcji maszyn i urządzeń są normy. W przypadku braku norm europejskich, zasadnicze wymagania dla określonych grup wyrobów mogą być definiowane na poziomie norm krajowych. W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono czytelnikowi efekty prac normalizacyjnych KT 285 w zakresie zdefiniowania wymagań bezpieczeństwa oraz zakresu badań dla stojaków hydraulicznych centralnie zasilanych, stosowanych w obudowie indywidualnej, w podziemnych wyrobiskach zakładów górniczych.
    Safety of the product is a key issue and it is included in legal regulations and in practical operations. The standards are the important tool to meet technical requirements as regards safe design of machines and equipment. In the case of lack of European standards, the main requirements for the certain groups of products can be defined on the national level. In the present paper, the results of the KT 285 standardization project on testing centrally supplied hydraulic legs used inb an individual roof support installed in workings of underground mining plants, are presented.

    The authors study the principle of solidarity in the sense of exercising the right to social dialogue in the context of globalization. The authors are convinced that without civic association there can be no direct influence of citizens on social processes in the state and certain spheres of public life. Solidarity in this sense is the social unity of individuals united by a certain property in the awareness of the need for such a combination to achieve a specific positive goal. In this way, solidarity is different from any other combination that exists for its own sake, and not to achieve a certain result. This understanding is especially important in the labor sphere in the exercise of the right to social dialogue. In today’s globalized world, the problem of the ineffectiveness of social dialogue must be considered not only in the institutional, legal or cultural aspect, but in terms of the possibility of social solidarity. The authors point out that the modern state can’t always meet the challenges of modernity, in particular, with the strong influence of transnational corporations as the main actors in globalization. That’s why the state needs the solidarity of citizens around this problem when solving the tasks of ensuring social justice in the labor sphere. The authors believe that the result of such solidarity should be the active implementation in the practice of social dialogue of international framework agreements between transnational corporations, the state and citizens, represented by specialized trade unions, including international ones.

    Opis:
    In my work I wanted to present the concept and types of collective agreements in the Polish labor law. I took into account all known kinds of collective agreements in the Polish legal system (collective agreement, multi-employer collective agreement) and so called International Framework Agreements. At the same time, I have presented the agreements as an integral part of the market economy within the meaning of Art. 20 of the Polish Constitution. I‘ve showed the Agreement as an element that allows employers to react to changing market conditions, including the crisis situation – Art. 2117 of Labor Code and as an element of making the Community law more flexible.
    W niniejszym opracowaniu przedstawiono pojęcie i rodzaje układów zbiorowych pracy w świetle polskiego prawa pracy. Uwzględniono wszystkie rodzaje układów zbiorowych znane w polskim systemie prawnym (zbiorowy układ pracy, ponadzakładowy układ pracy) oraz tzw. międzynarodowe układy ramowe. Zaprezentowano jednocześnie układy jako integralną część gospodarki rynkowej w rozumieniu art. 20 Konstytucji. Przedstawiono ponadto układ jako element pozwalający pracodawcy reagować na zmieniającą się sytuację rynkową, w tym także na sytuację kryzysową – art. 2117 Kodeksu pracy oraz jako element uelastyczniający prawo UE.

    Opis:
    For a dozen years social work in Poland has been standardized. The process is developed mostly in the framework of EU projects and it results in the increasing number of proposals and recommendations. Unfortunately, critical analyses on this phenomena are almost absent. In this contribution the critical view on the standardization process is taken from three theoretical perspectives: discursive neoinstitutionalism, the concept of disciplinary power, and interactional concept of professional action. This theoretical triangulation enabled the analysis of the standardization as external framing of social work, the application of the micro-power system and deprofessionalisation. At the end some prognosis (theoretical anticipations) of the future of standardized social work is constructed.
    Od kilkunastu lat praca socjalna w Polsce jest standaryzowana. Efektem tego procesu, realizowanego przeważnie w ramach unijnych projektów, jest rosnąca liczba propozycji i rekomendacji. Niestety, praktycznie nieobecne są analizy krytyczne. W artykule podejmuję krytykę procesu standaryzowania pracy socjalnej z trzech perspektyw teoretycznych: dyskursywnego neoinstytucjonalizmu, koncepcji władzy dyscyplinarnej oraz interakcyjnej koncepcji działania profesjonalnego. Taka teoretyczna triangulacja umożliwiła ujęcie zjawiska standaryzacji jako zewnętrznego ramowania pracy socjalnej, aplikację systemu mikro-władzy oraz deprofesjonalizacji. Artykuł kończy prognoza (teoretyczna antycypacja) przyszłości standaryzowanej pracy socjalnej.

    Na wielu stanowiskach pracy usytuowanych na wysokości w takich gałęziach przemysłu jak budownictwo, energetyka, transport, górnictwo ip., od pracownika wymaga się przemieszczania w poziomie. Specyfika wykonywania pracy w takich warunkach wymaga zastosowania specjalnego sprzętu chroniącego przed upadkiem z wysokości. W przypadku zastosowania sprzętu indywidualnego najlepszym rozwiązaniem są systemy ochronne składające się z: podzespołu łącząco-amortyzującego (np. linki. bezpieczeństwa z amortyzatorem) i szelek bezpieczeństwa. Złożoność konstrukcji podzespołów kotwiczących, ich dobór do stanowisk pracy, instalacja oraz użytkowanie wymagają szerszego omówienia. zarówno z punktu widzenia użytkowników, jak i producentów. Z tego powodu w artykule przedstawiono podstawowe konstrukcje urządzeń kotwiczących sprzętu chroniącego przed upadkiem z wysokości oraz zasady jego działania. Omówiono podstawowe wymagania stawiane urządzeniom oraz metody badań które są zgodne z normą PN –EN 795:2012. Zwrócono uwagę na możliwość równoczesnego stosowania urządzeń kotwiczących przez więcej niż jednego pracownika. Wskazano problemy techniczne związane z wymaganiami i metodami badań tych urządzeń na podstawie dokumentu CEN/TS16415:2013 oraz dokumentów Proposal for Enquiry Recommendation for Use Grupy Pionowej VG-11. Sformułowano podstawowe zasady doboru urządzeń kotwiczących do stanowisk pracy na wysokości.

Because of the complexity of such anchoring systems, the need to match them with specific workstations, their: installation and use, both users: and manufactures require a broad explanation. Therefore this article presents basic construction types of anchoring gear used with the personal equipment protecting from the fall and the rules for its proper use. It presents basic requirements for such gear and methods of testing compliant with Standard No PN-EN 795-2012. It explains that anchoring gear can by used by more than one person at the same time and discusses technical problems related to the requirements and tests methods according to CEN/TS 16415:2013 and the Vertical Group VG-11’s Proposal for Enquiry and Recommendation for Use. Last but net least this article presents basic matching anchoring gear with conditions at workstations located at height.

    Opis:
    1. Thesis. It is difficult to discover the pupil’s mathematical skills. It is even more difficult to foster his/her mathematical talent. The teacher needs knowledge, experience and readiness to solve various problems, including pedagogic ones. The Polish educational system has worked out quite efficient mechanisms of pupils’ mathematical skills management. 2. Discussed conceptions. The article describes the structure and features of pupils’ mathematical skills and the methods of their identification. The significant role of maths teacher in the development of mathematical skills is also indicated. One describes the standards of education of mathematically gifted pupils proposed by Jerzy Janowicz. In conclusion the variety of school and out-of-school forms of educational activities, also with reference to specific non-governmental organizations, is shown. 3. Results and conclusions.In Poland many positive activities for the benefit of discovering and development of mathematically gifted pupils are undertaken. A significant role is played by schools as well as by non-governmental organizations that operate in the area of mathematical education. However, research is still needed to be carried out and the results of the already existing research should be publicized among the teachers. 4. The originality/cognitive value of the attitude. The author made a review of the most significant issues connected with discovering and development of mathematically gifted pupils. He enumerated specific Polish non-governmental organizations and indicated their actions that give rational educational results. He discussed pedagogic issues connected with the work of a maths teacher in the area of mathematical skills.
    Teza. Trudno jest odkryć zdolności matematyczne ucznia. Jeszcze trudniejsze jest pielęgnowanie jego talentu matematycznego. Potrzebna jest wiedza, doświadczenie i gotowość do rozwiązywania przez nauczyciela matematyki różnorodnych problemów, w tym wychowawczych. Polski system edukacyjny wypracował dość skuteczne mechanizmy zarządzania uzdolnieniami matematycznymi uczniów. Omówione koncepcje. Poruszył kwestie wychowawcze związane z pracą nauczycieli matematyki w obszarze zdolności matematycznych.
