Opis:
In this paper, we propose a multi-operator differentia evolution variant that incorporates three diverse mutation strategies in MOEA/D. Instead of exploiting the local region, the proposed approach continues to search for optimal solutions in the entire objective space. It explicitly maintains diversity of the population by relying on the benefit of clustering. To promowe convergence, the solutions close to the ideal position, in the objective space are given preference in the evolutionary process. The core idea is to ensure diversity of the population by applying multiple mutation schemes and a faster convergence rate, giving preference to solutions based on their proximity to the ideal position in the MOEA/D paradigm. The performance of the proposed algorithm is evaluated by two popular test suites. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach outperforms other MOEA/D algorithms.

Opis:
We introduce a new aggregation operator that unifies the weighted average (WA) and the ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator in a single formulation. We call it the ordered weighted averaging - weighted average (OWAWA) operator. This aggregation operator provides a more complete representation of the weighted average and the OWA operator because it considers the degree of importance that each concept has in the aggregation and includes them as particular cases of a more general context. We study different properties and families of the OWAWA operator. The applicability of this method is very broad because any study that uses the weighted average or the OWA can be revised and extender with our approach. We focus on a multi-person decision-making application in the selection of financial strategies.

Opis:
The purpose of this article is to develop a multicriteria group decision making (MCGDM) method in dual hesitant fuzzy (DHF) environment by evaluating the weights of the decision makers from the decision matrices using two newly defined prioritized aggregation operators based on score function to remove the inconsistencies in choosing the best alternative. Prioritized weighted averaging operator and prioritized weighted geometric operator based on Einstein operations are described first for aggregating DHF information. Some of their desirable properties are also investigated in details. A method for finding the rank of alternatives in MCGDM problems with DHF information based on priority levels of decision makers is developed. An illustrative example concerning MCGDM problem is considered to establish the application potentiality of the proposed approach. The method is efficient enough to solve different real life MCGDM problems having DHF information.
