    W artykule przedstawiam jeden rodzaj przemocy – przemoc w rodzinie i jej konsekwencje. Proponuję spojrzenie na ten problem z dwóch różnych, wzajemnie uzupełniających się perspektyw. Z perspektywy teorii nauk społecznych, oraz z perspektywy towarzyszącego im dyskursu publicznego. Opisuję także doświadczenia ofiar przemocy. Zastosowane metody analizy to krytyczna analiza tekstów naukowych, krytyczna analiza publicystyki, wywiad skoncentrowany na problemie oraz krytyczna analiza wypowiedzi dorosłych, którzy na podstawie retrospekcji udostępnili swoje doświadczenia związane z przemocą w rodzinie. Kontekstem zaprezentowanych analiz jest krytycznie zrekonstruowany dyskurs dotyczący przeobrażeń współczesnej rodziny.
    In this article I present one type of violence – domestic violence and its consequences. I offer to look at this problem from two different, complementary perspectives. From the perspective of social science theories, and from the perspective of the accompanying public discourse. I also describe the experiences of victims of violence. The methods of analysis adopted include critical analysis of scientific texts, critical analysis of journalism, problem-focused research, and critical analysis of the statements of adults who shared their experiences related to domestic violence based on retrospection. The context of the presented analyses is a critically reconstructed discourse on the transformation of the contemporary family.

    Opis:
    Podstawą istnienia i rozwoju każdego państwa jest społeczeństwo. Aby mogło się rozwijać, państwo powinno stworzyć odpowiednie warunki ku temu – niezbędne minimum poziomu życia obywateli, uwzględniając podstawowe jego wyznaczniki, m.in. ochronę zdrowia, dostęp do edukacji czy wypoczynku itd. Państwo jest gwarantem bezpieczeństwa jednostki i grup społecznych. Dlatego też relacja państwo − obywatel powinna opierać się na współpracy i dialogu, które możliwe są dzięki aktywizacji życia społeczności lokalnych. Jest to ogromne wyzwanie współczesności – rozwijanie umiejętności identyfikacji potrzeb społecznych oraz umiejętności artykułowania ich przez jednostki, przy jednoczesnym aktywnym udziale i odpowiedzialności władz publicznych, zwłaszcza lokalnych. Uwzględniając powyższe, celem artykułu uczyniono wyjaśnienie zjawiska szerzącej się przemocy w rodzinie wraz z identyfikacją źródeł jej powstawania oraz konsekwencji w aspekcie bezpieczeństwa społeczności lokalnych. Podjęto również próbę określenia zależności między zjawiskiem przemocy w rodzinie a rolą autorytetu władz lokalnych w procesie kształtowania kultury bezpieczeństwa społeczności lokalnych. Zawarte w artykule treści są rezultatem przemyśleń, obserwacji, krytycznej analizy literatury oraz przeprowadzonych badań własnych.
    The basis for the existence and development of each state is the society. However, for the society to develop, the state should create appropriate conditions for this – an indispensable minimum standard of living for citizens, taking into account the basic determinants, including health protection, access to education or recreation e.t.c. The state guarantees the safety of the individual and social groups. Therefore, the state-citizen relationship should be based on cooperation and dialogue, which are possible thanks to the activation of the life of local communities. It is a huge challenge for the present – developing the ability to identify the social needs and the skills of articulating them by individuals, while actively participating and the responsibility of public authorities, especially local . Taking into account the above, the purpose of the article is to explain the phenomenon of the spreading of domestic violence along with the identification of its origins and consequences in terms of the safety of local communities. An attempt was made to determine the relationship between the phenomenon of domestic violence and the authority of local authorities in the process of shaping the safety culture of local communities. The content included in the article is the result of reflection, observation, critical analysis of literature and own research.

    This article aims at presenting the role of educating the students of pedagogical departments in recognizing the symptoms of violence towards children within the family. The author also stresses the significance of familiarising them with the procedures of adequate conduct in cases of obtaining information or having suspicions that a pupil is affected by violence. Early intervention on the side of the kindergarten or school staff is likely to reduce the scale of the phenomenon and its consequences.

    Opis:
    The purpose of this article is to tackle the problem of quality of life in people who have been victims of domestic violence, especially women and children, because the study focus on these groups. Of course, there is also domestic violence against men, which is equally dangerous. In the article domestic violence has been defined from a scientific point of view and discussed both the effects of domestic violence and mental health problems resulting from violence (especially PTSD, anxiety, and depressive disorders). The article discusses the quality of life in people who have suffered domestic violence and how to improve it. Finally, a schedule of corrective – educational program for perpetrators of violence was presented and its assessment and survey on the attitudes of participants finalized the program, the usefulness of acquired knowledge and its impact on behavior. The article shows that appropriate therapeutic intervention, combined with effective social support, as well as directing interventions in relation to people using violence is the chance to help victims of violence by improving their quality of life.

    Jednym z niezbywalnych zadań państwa i jego struktur jest zapewnienie nienaruszalności terytorium oraz bezpieczeństwa zamieszkujących je obywateli. W otaczającym nas środowisku, na różnych poziomach życia, spotykamy się z zagrożeniami, które próbują zakłócić oraz zakłócają nasze gwarantowane prawo do spokojnego życia. Jednym z zagrożeń obecnego świata jest niewątpliwie przemoc domowa, która przez wiele lat w Polsce nazywana była zwyczajowo „awanturą domową” lub „kłótnią”. O zjawisku tym mówi się nieczęsto, a dowiadujemy się o nim głównie wtedy, gdy dochodzi do tragedii. W zakresie, trybie i na zasadach określonych w przepisach zadania przewidziane dla Policji wykonują w Siłach Zbrojnych Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej oraz w stosunku do żołnierzy Żandarmeria Wojskowa i wojskowe organy porządkowe. Żandarmeria Wojskowa uczestniczy w programach prewencyjnych, realizując czynności profilaktyczne w Siłach Zbrojnych RP, z zakresu przeciwdziałania m.in.: alkoholizmowi, narkomanii oraz środków psychoaktywnych, przemocy w środowisku pracy, bezpieczeństwa w sieci oraz korupcji. Po blisko sześciu latach, z dniem 1 lipca 2015 r., zwiększają się uprawnienia procesowe Żandarmerii Wojskowej, a tym samym przestępstwa popełnione również poza terenem jednostki (bez związku ze służbą) podlegać będą ŻW. Policja nie może być jedyną instytucją, na której barkach spoczywa ciężar przeciwdziałania przemocy w rodzinie, a zjawisko rozpoznawania i przeciwdziałania tej patologii w środowisku wojska – w tym procedura Niebieskiej Karty – musi znajdować się w jurysdykcji Żandarmerii Wojskowej.
    Ensuring inviolabilities of territory and the safety inhabiting them is one of inalienable tasks of you and his structures of citizens. In the environment surrounding us, on the different standards of living, we are encountering threats which they are trying out as well as are disrupting our guaranteed right to the calm life. Undoubtedly a home violence which for many years in Poland was called the „home row” according to custom is one of threats of current world or with „quarrel”. In the scope, mode and under the terms of separate laws and regulations are performing predicted tasks for Police in military forces of the Republic of Poland and towards soldiers the Military Police and military ordinal organs. The Military Police is participating in preventive programs, carrying preventive activities out in military forces the Republic of Poland, from the scope of the counteraction among others: for alcoholism, drug addicts and psychedelic centers, violence in the workplace, of the network security and the corruption. After nearly 6 years, on the day of 01 July 2015 procedural entitlements of the Military Police, and hence offences committed also outside premises of the unit will increase (disconnected with the service) will be subject to a Military Police. Police cannot be an only institution, on which bars a weight of the counteraction of the violence is sitting down in the family, and the phenomenon of recognizing and counteractions of these pathological changes in the environment of the army – including the procedure of the „Blue Card” – must be located in a territory of jurisdiction of the Military Police. With one of basic means of adapting the potential of the military police to planned changes of the procedural property designing statutory processes should constitute Military Police so that she is effective, must have full fan of tools for the detection and preventing of all signs the corruption of living in the family. In the presented article were directed attention to the need to adapt statutory documents to action predicted for the military police for the prevention of violence in the family.

    W artykule podjęto problematykę psychologicznej i pedagogicznej prewencji przemocy w rodzinie. Zdefiniowano pojęcie przemocy w relacjach interpersonalnych oraz przemocy w rodzinie. Opisano źródła, przejawy i skutki przemocy tak w relacjach społecznych, jak i we wspólnotach rodzinnych. Określono też strategię działań terapeutycznych i profilaktycznych podejmowanych wobec ofiar przemocy wewnątrzrodzinnej, przemocy w firmach, instytucjach oświatowo-wychowawczych, zakładach resocjalizacyjnych, subkulturach młodzieżowych i w grupach rówieśniczych.
    This paper discusses select issues of psychological and pedagogical family violence prevention. Initially, violence in interpersonal relations as well as in the family is defined. The author describes sources, manifestations and effects of violence in social and family relations. Then she presents strategies of therapeutic and preventive actions for victims of violence within the family, firms, educational institutions, youth detention centers, youth subcultural groups and peer groups.

    Th e article presents the problem of child abuse in the family. Shows the causes of violence in the family, but also treats children’s rights under the Convention on the Rights of the child, such as the right to an identity, right to expression, the right to live without violence, the right to social assistance, right to education. Th is article presents the family as the basic environment in which the child is born and brought up, because it has strong infl uence on the shaping of his personality. Refers to the fact that the home should be a place where the child feels safe. Pointed out that oft en but this is different, because victims of domestic violence are mostly women and children, as being weak and defenseless against their persecutors. Th e defi nition of domestic violence was quoted. Pointed to factors that protection children from violence, as well as the factors which contribute to harming. Defi ned physical violence against the child, and refers to the normative acts in this area, established as the sexual exploitation of children, studies showing the extent of the problem, and also refers to the legislation, to protect the child from sexual abuse. Th e article refers to the mental abuse and neglect in the family. Distinguished category of emotional abuse, as well as identifi ed other forms of child abuse in the family, such as alcoholism, drug abuse or other negative attitudes of parents, stigmatized by the law.
