    Komunikacja interpersonalna stanowi ważny fundament w normalnym funkcjonowaniu człowieka w jego środowisku życia zarówno w rodzinie, jak i w pracy zawodowej. W literaturze przedmiotu występuje mnogość różnych czynników, od których zależy prawidłowy proces komunikowania. W artykule scharakteryzowano ogólnie komunikację interpersonalną, a także skoncentrowano się na zakłóceniach i barierach w przebiegu przekazywania komunikatów.
    Interpersonal communication is an important foundation in the normal functioning of a person in his or her family environment as well as in the workplace. There is a multitude of factors in the literature on which the correct communication process depends. The article has generally characterized interpersonal communication as well as focusing on interference and barriers in the transmission and reception of messages.

    Although in a majority of cases, autistic children face difficulties communicating verbally, the valid diagnostic classifications do not identify them as the main symptoms of the disorder. The adoption of such a position has been supported by results of (mainly behavioural) research, which imply that language and speech development in the autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is extremely variable and individually diversifi ed and the observed delay of its development is not unique to autism. On the other hand, the research conducted by means of neuroimaging methods shows that an atypical structure and activity of Broca’s and Wernicke’s areas, which are important for language processes, exist in the ASD. A weak structural and functional connectivity in the arcuate fasciculus, which connects these structures, has also been discovered. It is assumed that the changes arise from neurodevelopmental irregularities occurring at an early stage of foetal life and their causes are probably genetic. This study characterises speech development disorders and atypical brain development in autism referring to results of both behavioural and neuroimaging research.

    Inspired by the results from the qualitative study about Polish female converts to Islam, I decided to write this article. The material I collected during the empirical study encouraged me to question a number of assumptions from the symbolic interactionism, which was the theoretical framework for the project. In this article, I focused on the development of identity of Muslim women from the perspective of verbal and non-verbal communication.
    Inspiracją do napisania niniejszego artykułu były wyniki badań jakościowych, które przeprowadziłam wśród polskich konwertytek na islam. Zebrany materiał zachęcił mnie do zakwestionowania kilku założeń z zakresu interakcjonizmu symbolicznego, który stanowił ramę teoretyczną projektu badawczego. Jedno z nich mówi o roli komunikacji werbalnej i niewerbalnej w procesie kształtowania tożsamości.

    Opis:
    The integration of all spheres of public life into the educational process requires from a modern educator the ability to rationally choose the means of verbal and non-verbal communication, which leads to understanding, contact, a stable informative position during classes. The article considers the problematic issues of verbal communication, namely: knowledge and use of language norms, the ability to get out of different conversational settings, in accordance with the changes in the Ukrainian spelling in 2019. Modern psychologists have proven the influence of non-verbal communication on the learning process, and therefore, regardless of fashion trends, a teacher must remain a professional in any way, and his (or her) every gesture should add incentives to learn but not distract a learner. The inability to find common ground in the teacher-student-parent triangle is increasingly leading to conflict situations and therefore, having experienced some social constraints during quarantine, pandemic, distance education, we must return to social interaction in all possible ways including the use of non-verbal means of communication which regardless of our wishes, give all aspects of the behavioral norm, character, psychological characteristics of a speaker. The inability to speak, express thoughts and ideas leads not only to misunderstandings but also to conflicts between the parties. There are many factors that affect the understanding process. The use of non-verbal forms of communication is perceived at a different but no less effective level of understanding information which is an indispensable method of work in the educational process, when you need to attract maximum effort for quality transferperception-assimilation of knowledge by students.
    Інтеграція всіх сфер суспільного життя в освітній процес вимагає від сучасного педагогічного працівника вміння раціонального добору засобів вербального та невербального спілкування, що зумовлює порозуміння, контакт, стійку інформативну позицію під час навчальних занять. У статті розглянуто проблемні питання вербального спілкування, а саме: знання й використання мовних норм, можливості виходу з різних мовленнєвих ситуацій, відповідно до змін Українського правопису 2019 року. Сучасними психологами доведений вплив невербальних засобів спілкування на процес засвоєння навчального матеріалу, а тому, незалежно від модних тенденцій, викладач має залишатись викладачем у всьому, і кожний його жест має додавати стимулу для навчання, але аж ніяк не відволікати здобувача освіти. Невміння знайти порозуміння у трикутнику педагог-учень-батьки усе частіше призводить до конфліктних ситуацій, а тому, переживши певне соціальне обмеження під час умов карантину, панування пандемії, дистанційної освіти, маємо повертатись до соціальної взаємодії усіма можливими способами, у тому числі враховуючи використання невербальних засобів комунікації, які, незалежно від наших побажань, видаюсь усі аспекти поведінкової норми, характеру, психологічних особливостей мовця. Невміння говорити, виражати думки та ідеї призводить не лише до непорозуміння, але й до конфліктів між сторонами спілкування. Існує багато чинників, які впливають на процес порозуміння. Використання невербальних форм спілкування, сприймається на іншому, але не менш дієвому рівні розуміння інформації, що є незамінним методом роботи в освітньому процесі, коли потрібно залучити максимум зусиль для якісної передачі-сприйняття-засвоєння знань здобувачами освіти.

    The article discusses problems arising in communication between a health care professional (doctor, nurse, medical rescuer, dentist, physiotherapist, pharmacist) and the patient. The author indicates the asymmetry of these relations, shows the difference between the two ways of communication – authoritarian and partner, and tries to study and describe the obstacles that hinder the patient–doctor relationship. Based on individual examples, she tries to show how contemporary media, especially the press, undertake and implement this topic.
    Artykuł omawia problemy pojawiające się w komunikacji pomiędzy pracownikiem służby zdrowia (lekarzem, pielęgniarką/pielęgniarzem, ratownikiem medycznym, stomatologiem, rehabilitantem, farmaceutą) a pacjentem. Wskazuje na asymetrię owych relacji, pokazuje różnicę pomiędzy dwoma sposobami komunikacji – autorytarnym i partnerskim. Próbuje zdiagnozować i opisać przeszkody, które utrudniają relację pacjent–lekarz. Na pojedynczych przykładach starano się pokazać, w jaki sposób współczesne media, przede wszystkim prasa, podejmują i realizują niniejszą tematykę.

    The article presents selected mechanisms of communication between the Polish participants of the Napoleonic campaign in 1808-1812 and the local population behind the Pyrenees. The sources of information were the memoirs of Polish soldiers fighting on the Iberian Peninsula in the Grande Armée. Even though a significant part of the memoirs focuses on the military aspects of the participation of Poles in the Peninsular War, several do provide a whole spectrum of information about the daily lives of soldiers on foreign ground and many observations regarding the customs of their brothers in arms - mainly the French - as well as the local population. Among the fragments devoted to the non-military aspects of their stay on the Iberian Peninsula, the remarks on the attempts at communication - both verbal and non-verbal - between Poles and Spaniards seem to be particularly interesting. The purpose of this article is to explain why, in many situations, efficient communication could not take place in an intermediary language (French) and how the Polish soldiers dealt with lexical and grammatical structures in the previously unknown Spanish language. It is worth pointing out that language transfer is clearly noticeable - both from the native language of the soldiers (Polish) and from French, which most of Napoleonic soldiers learnt as their first Romance language.
