    Opis:
    It is not easy to choose a car depending on the type of engine used in it. This is due to the diversity of properties characterising certain types of cars and doubts concerning the costs incurred during their operation (especially for new types as electric cars). Thus, this article presents a comparative analysis of cars provided with different energy sources. The analysis will allow finding the answer, which of the analysed car types best meet expectations, since both electric motor-driven vehicles and combustion engine-driven vehicles have a number of disadvantages and advantages. All compared vehicles are of the same model of a single make, with different drive sources and drive systems, classified in the same market segment. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to demonstrate, which vehicle type (that is, a car with spark-ignition engine, compression-ignition engine, electric motor, or Plug-In type hybrid drive) is currently the most optimal regarding technology, economy, and environment. For this purpose, the MAJA multi-criteria assessment method which has never before been used in comparisons of this sort was chosen.

    Główną przyczyną znacznego skrócenia okresu użytkowania nawierzchni jest przekraczanie dopuszczalnych nacisków osi przez pojazdy ciężarowe, dlatego też Inspekcja Transportu Drogowego i Generalna Dyrekcja Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad podejmują działania, w tym ważenie preselekcyjne, które w znacznym stopniu poprawią efektywność rozpoznawania pojazdów przeciążonych poruszających się po polskich drogach i zapobiegną ich dewastacji.
    The main reason for the significant shortening of the useful life of the pavement is exceeded exceeding axle load limits of heavy goods vehicles, and therefore Road Transport Inspection and General Directorate of Roads and Motorways undertake activities, including pre-selection weighing, that will significantly improve the efficiency of detection of overloaded vehicles traveling on Polish roads and protect their destruction.

    W pracy opisano problemy związane z dostosowaniem samochodu osobowego do możliwości kierowcy z niepełnosprawnościami motorycznymi.     The paper discusses issues related to the adaptation of passenger vehicles and the capabilities of drivers with a motor disability. The paper proposes a team of experts, consulting specialists, who participate in the decision-making process. Guidelines are created that will aid a person with a disability to select a passenger vehicle. Finally, subsidies for the purchase of a vehicle and the required equipment are discussed.

    Heavy goods vehicles moving on public roads are driven by people belonging to all walks of society, including those, who for the price paid by others are ready to multiply their own profits. This problem is discussed in the article, in particular in terms of overloading car's. There is pointed out on the technical implications of such actions. Later in the paper are presented the basic assumptions of lorries pre-selection weighting, which could be treated as a potential reason to the implementation of time-consuming exact weighting procedure. The discussion of hardware-software solution of pre-selection weighing systems was related to practical applications in national conditions. The article highlighted the problem of dynamic effects, significantly influencing the process of weighting in motion.
    Pojazdy ciężarowe poruszające się po drogach publicznych kierowane są przez ludzi należących do pełnego przekroju społecznego, w tym także takich, którzy za cenę płaconą przez innych są gotowi do pomnażania własnych zysków. Problem ten poruszono w artykule, w szczególności w aspekcie przeciążenia samochodu. Wskazano na skutki techniczne takiego działania. W dalszej części opracowania przedstawiono podstawowe założenia preselekcyjnego ważenia samochodów ciężarowych, stanowiącego przyczynek do wykonania czasochłonnej procedury ważenia dokładnego. Dyskusję rozwiązania sprzętowo-programowego systemów ważenia preselekcyjnego odniesiono do praktycznych aplikacji w warunkach krajowych. W artykule zwrócono uwagę na problematykę dynamicznych efektów, istotnie wpływających na proces ważenia w czasie ruchu pojazdu.

    The article presents a method of selecting a fleet of vehicles with a homogeneous structure for tasks based on the statistical characteristics of their operational parameters. The selection of a vehicle fleet for tasks is one of the stages of vehicle fleet management in transport companies. The selection of a vehicle fleet for tasks has been defined as the allocation of a vehicle model to a given company, which is associated with the unification of the vehicle fleet to one specific type. The problem of selecting a fleet of vehicles has been presented in a multi-criteria approach. The operational parameters assessing the selection of vehicles for the tasks are mileage and the number of days to the first and subsequent failure, and vehicle maintenance costs. The developed method of selecting a fleet of vehicles for the tasks consists of two stages. In the first stage, the average operating parameter values are determined using statistical inference. In the second stage, using the MAJA method, a unified model of the fleet of vehicles operating in the enterprise is established.
