    Opis:
    Investigation was carried out on the optimal conditions of the synthesis of NaVO3 and Cl2 from NaCl and V2O5 in the presence of the atmospheric oxygen. The influence of the excess of NaCl relative to V2O5 was investigated. Also the effect of the quartz sand introduced into the reaction mixture on the yield of the NaVO3 synthesis was determined. The obtained product of synthesis was isolated from the post-reaction mixture.

    Przebieg współczesnych konfrontacji militarnych wskazuje na to, że sformułowanie „linia kontaktu bojowego stron” zatraciło swój linearny charakter i stało się pojęciem przestrzennym. Aby sprostać wymogom współczesności, natarcie musi być prowadzone jednocześnie na całej głębokości ugrupowania przeciwnika i zmierzać do dezorganizowania jego obrony od wnętrza, a nie jak dotychczas – od zewnątrz. Stawia to przed nacierającym określone wymagania w aspekcie organizowania szeregu dodatkowych elementów ugrupowania bojowego i wkomponowania ich działania w koncepcję natarcia. Przestrzenny charakter współczesnych działań defensywnych sprzyja wprowadzaniu do walki oddziałów wydzielonych i grup rajdowych oraz taktycznych desantów powietrznych, które będą realizować szereg przedsięwzięć na rzecz nacierających sił głównych. Zaprezentowane powyżej przesłanki wskazują na to, że problematyka prowadzenia działań taktycznych w głębi ugrupowania przeciwnika jest nadal aktualnym obszarem penetracji naukowej.
    Experience from contemporary military conflicts shows that the term “line of contact” seems to have spatial character. Modern offensive operations have to be executed in the whole depth of enemy combat formation. Due to this fact, attacking forces have to organize additional combat elements, such as helicopter-borne combat assault, air assault task forces, detached units or raid units, which would perform specific tasks in the depth of enemy defence. As a result, tactical operations in enemy depth is still a topical issue in scientific penetration.

    The paper presents a concise and thorough insight into the problem of overcoming potential Russian anti-access/area denial (A2/AD) operations, which may pose a major threat to Poland’s security. The geopolitical situation in the region is seriously determined by the Kremlin’s Foreign policy, which is aimed at restoring Russian dominance over its neighbouring countries and disrupting political and military cohesion of NATO. Against this background it seems essential for Poland to develop its modern Armed Forces, which being based on the Land Forces and the Territorial Defence Forces, could be effectively employed against potential military threats.

    In short-term, the activities of local government units are significantly different from those of enterprises. The short-term goal of the activity of a local government unit is to meet collective needs of its residents, and the short-term goal of commercial enterprises is to maximize profits. However, in long-term, in the case of local government units and commercial enterprises, both goals are similar – an increase in the value of the territorial self-government / commercial enterprise assets). In both cases, the financial analysis tools can be considered as helpful in the decision-making process as well as the assessment of the broadly understood effectiveness. Therefore, based on the models developed for enterprises in the field of financial analysis, it is worth making an attempt to assess the financial effectiveness of local government units. The aim of the article was to show, on the example with specific indicators and their interpretation, that the financial analysis of local government units provides a lot of useful information both to the manager of the unit and entities cooperating with a given local government unit. The article stresses the legitimacy of financial analysis in local government units and presents the basic tools for such.

    W zaprezentowanym artykule zwrócono uwagę na konieczność utworzenia Narodowego Systemu Odzyskiwania Obywateli Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej oraz na problemy natury prawej, systemowej i logistycznej, które trzeba pokonać, aby taki system powstał. W tym celu zasugerowano utworzenie jednostki poszukiwawczo-ratowniczej przeznaczonej specjalnie do planowania i przeprowadzania operacji odzyskiwania obywateli naszego kraju oraz umiejscowienie jej w odpowiednich strukturach administracji państwowej. Zaakcentowano również potrzebę utworzenia bazy danych ISOPREP. Jednocześnie autor zaproponował definicję narodowego systemu odzyskiwania obywateli RP.
    In the article the author highlighted the need to establish a National Recovery System for the Citizens of the Republic of Poland together with apppropriate law, system or logistics that must be overcome in order to achieve the goal. In the same order he suggested the creation of a special search and rescue unit, its location in the appropriate structures of state administration and the creation of a database called ISOPREP. At the same time the author proposed a definition of the national recovery system for Polish citizens.

    The present paper provides an overview of the current state and future trends of the offshore sector worldwide, as well as the relationship between the oil and gas (O&G) and the wind power industry offshore. Study on the offshore energy transition basis on review of literature, reports, and outlooks of main energy agencies, classification societies, and main offshore companies - their pathways and ambitions. A comparative analysis of the oil prices to their extraction at sea. Analysis of new build and scrapped drilling units, and their utilization. This is followed by correlation analysis between the emergence of new projects in O&G and wind farms offshore. The new and cheaper technology, and ambitions to reduce greenhouse (GHG) emission to zero levels, favor renewable. The results disclose that the main O&G companies start investing in renewable technologies. The offshore energy transition has already begun and accelerating. Nevertheless, full transition will take a while, as the global power demand is still too high to be covered only by a renewable source of energy. The number of annual O&G assets decommissioning is double in size compared to the new projects, and Mobile Offshore Drilling Unit (MODU) utilization average of 60%. Offshore wind develops dynamically, and the forecasts show that this trend stands at the same high level to cross a number 100 GW produced from offshore wind globally in 2025, but there is a visible lack of Mobile Offshore Wind Power Service Operations Units (MOWU). If well planned there is room for mutual benefits between O&G and wind within the offshore sector due to re-orientation measures.
