- The paper presents assessment results of the accuracy of uniform height curves developed for mountain spruce stands of Poland [Bruchwald, Wróblewski 1994]. The empirical material was collected in 171 spruce stands in Beskid Zachodni. Moreover, the relationship between the errors of uniform height curves and dendrometric characteristics of stands was also analysed. The research results demonstrated that the accuracy of uniform height curves is close to the accuracy obtained by applying the height curve developed for a given stand.
