    Opis:
    The article presents the results of research carried out in the 2016/2017 school year in selected primary schools in an urban environment (Łódź). The aim of the study was to diagnose the ways of understanding the abstract concept of the horizon, in groups of 8- to 9-year-olds and 9- to 10-year-old children. The research was carried out in a venue that provided a natural learning environment (in two second grade classes and two third grade classes). The research adopted the strategy of didactic intervention. The researcher acted as an observer and a participant, and the research material came from participatory observation. The observation covered both the activities of pupils as well as the effects of these activities. The research material obtained in the course of conversations with children and their artistic activity was analyzed. The research results reconstructed the children’s process of understanding the concept of the horizon and revealed possibilities of enriching educational discourse.

    Opis:
    The paper presents the Humanistic Model of Assisting the Development. Understanding the dynamic and changing relationship between the human and the world, as perceived from the time perspective by the aided person, constitutes the basis of the aided development. In this process the feedback is focused on the concept of life – the system of opinions and beliefs concerning life – which includes the following subsystems: knowledge about life, values – directions of the life path, life goals, goal realization schemes, attitude to the self, attitude to the others, moral control of actions, heuristics of the global assessment of life and time perspective. The concept of life is created as a result of understanding and experiencing the relationality of the world available thanks to consciousness. In order to make actions and their effects (events) available to consciousness, one has to ascribe meaning to them. Obtaining access to the ‘world’ of meanings of a person in a problematic situation is a key element in understanding such people, and one of the cognitive methods is dialogue with the aided person, which helps those who want to understand. The aim is to change the concept of life in order to solve the problem. This method can be supplemented with selected techniques focused on the development of skill and ability if the aided person thinks that their effects will help to fulfi ll the concept of life.

    Opis:
    The family is one of the most basic, yet important gifts that God has given us. The Christian family constitutes a specific revelation on the interior life of God in the Divine Trinity and realization of ecclesial communion, and for this reason it can and should be called the domestic Church, agent and object of the work of evangelization in service to the Kingdom of God. This article presents an evolution of the concept of domestic Church and tries to indicate its future perspectives. It highlights the many deep ties that bind the Church and the Christian family and establish the family as a domestic Church - “Church in miniature”, so that in its own way the family is a living image/icon and historical representation of the mystery of Church.The little domestic Church, like the greater Church, needs to be constantly and intensely evangelized, which becomes the shared responsibility of all God’s people, each according to his ministry and charism. Without the joyous testimony of married people and families, domestic churches, proclamation, even if done in its proper way, risks being misunderstood or lost in a flurry of words that is characteristic of society today. Catholic families today can build up their own domestic churches and strive to be “islands of Christian life in an unbelieving world” (Catechismo della Chiesa Cattolica 1992, 1655).It should be emphasized that the Church's pastoral intervention in support of the family is an urgent matter. Every effort should be made to strengthen and develop pastoral care for the family, which should be treated as a real matter of priority, in the certainty that future evangelization depends largely on the domestic Church (Giovanni Paolo II. 1981, 65).
    Rodzina jest jednym z najbardziej podstawowych, ale ważnych darów, które dał nam Bóg. Rodzina chrześcijańska stanowi szczególne objawienie wewnętrznego życia Boga w Trójcy i urzeczywistnianie eklezjalnej komunii, i dlatego może i powinna być nazywana Kościołem domowym, pośrednikiem i przedmiotem dzieła ewangelizacji w służbie królestwa Bożego. Artykuł przedstawia ewolucję koncepcji Kościoła domowego i próbuje wskazać jej przyszłe perspektywy. Podkreśla wiele głębokich więzi, które łączą Kościół i rodzinę chrześcijańską i ustanawiają rodzinę Kościołem domowym – „Kościołem w miniaturze”, tak aby rodzina na swój sposób była żywym obrazem / ikoną i historycznym przedstawieniem tajemnicy Kościoła.Mały Kościół domowy, podobnie jak większy Kościół, potrzebuje nieustannej i intensywnej ewangelizacji, co staje się wspólnym obowiązkiem całego Ludu Bożego, każdego według jego posługi i charyzmatu. Bez radosnego świadectwa małżonków i rodzin, Kościołów domowych, głoszenie, nawet jeśli zostanie przeprowadzone we właściwy sposób, grozi niezrozumieniem lub zagubieniem się w lawinie słów, która jest charakterystyczna dla dzisiejszego społeczeństwa. Dzisiejsze rodziny katolickie mogą budować własne Kościoły domowe i starać się być „wyspami życia chrześcijańskiego w niewierzącym świecie” (Catechismo della Chiesa Cattolica 1992, 1655).Należy podkreślić, że duszpasterska interwencja Kościoła na rzecz rodziny jest sprawą pilną. Trzeba dołożyć wszelkich starań, aby wzmocnić i rozwinąć duszpasterstwo rodzin, które należy traktować jako rzeczywisty priorytet, mając pewność, że przyszła ewangelizacja w dużej mierze zależy od Kościoła domowego (Giovanni Paolo II. 1981, 65).

    In my paper I analyse the art of selected Polish conceptual artists, whose art and creative strategies clearly attempt to analyse the essence of time. I consider exceptional in this context the work of Roman Opalka (Opałka 1965 /1 - ∞), Natalia LL's recordings (Permanent recordings of time), Zdzislaw Jurkiewicz's Saturn and Jupiter Ways, and the projects by Stanisław Dróżdż (FROM TO) that touch upon various levels of time. In my view, conceptual art is the genre whose characteristics lie in the conscious cognition and deep intellectual analysis of the reality surrounding the artist.
