    Opis:
    The paper deals with the genre typology of the publicistic functional style. The speech genres are interpreted as a three-part system reflecting the interaction of the semantic positions both of the writer and the addressee. For the first time there has been characterized the system of the reader's genre needs which are nom1ally taken into consideration by a reporter when creating the text ofthis or that particular genre. As a result of the study into the problem it has been stated that various informational needs of the audience determine the compositional andthematic genres'peculiarities, as well as the communicative requirements and set the stylistic parametres of the pattems. In the paper there is proposed thesolution of the disputable issued in linguistics concerning the primary and secondary genres and are revealed the regularities in the different genres' interractions.

    The generalization of the typological, functional, and architectural organization of entertaining establishments will contribute to the further improvement of their development in modern conditions. The purpose of the article is to identify the system-structural principles of the architectural environment typology of entertaining establishments and to consider the features of the architectural and spatial structure of leisure objects in accordance with the hierarchical levels of their environment’s formation and development. The research was based on A systematic approach that allows us to consider the architectural environment of entertaining institutions as hierarchically subordinate to the integrity. Methods of historical, comparative and typological analysis were also used. The article summarizes the features of the entertaining institutions’ typology. The specifics of their location in the architectural environment are considered. Features and examples of their functional and spatial solutions, including existing buildings and structures, are considered, taking into account the transformation and adaptation of them for entertaining establishments. The hierarchical levels of formation and development of the architectural environment of leisure objects are revealed.

    The article discusses the methodological principles of typology and design of architectural environment’s objects with the analysis of its system-structural foundations. According to them, hierarchical levels of formation and stages of environmental systems and objects’ design are revealed with some examples of author’s designs. The research is based on systemic and environmental approaches that make it possible to view the architectural environment’s objects as hierarchically subordinate.
    W artykule omówiono metodyczne zasady typologii i projektowania obiektów środowiska architektonicznego z analizą jego systemowo-strukturalnych podstaw. Zgodnie z nimi hierarchiczne poziomy formowania i etapy projektowania systemów i obiektów środowiskowych ujawniają się z niektórymi przykładami projektów autora. Badania opierają się na podejściach systemowych i środowiskowych, które umożliwiają oglądanie obiektów środowiska architektonicznego jako hierarchicznie podporządkowanych.

    Instrumentalizacja prawa jest jednym z ważniejszych zagadnień badawczych, które przynależą do dorobku myśli Profesora Piotra Winczorka. Łącząc problem granic dopuszczalnej instrumentalizacji prawa z zagadnieniem aksjologii prawa, Autor ten przyjął stanowisko nieredukcjonistyczne i wskazał autoteliczne wartości prawa oraz realizowane przez system prawny wartości pozaprawne jako kryteria oceny aktów instrumentalizacji prawa. W oparciu o wnikliwą obserwację praktyki prawa, przede wszystkim działań prawodawcy, zaproponował typologię różnych przypadków patologicznej instrumentalizacji prawa. Zestawienie poszczególnych aktów tworzenia i stosowania prawa, które można odnaleźć w trwającym w Polsce kryzysie konstytucyjnym, z typami wskazanymi przez Prof. P. Winczorka prowadzi do wniosku, że jego typologia jest nie tylko aktualna, ale stanowi trafne narzędzie pogłębionej deskrypcji trwającego kryzysu. Ponadto, pozwala na wskazanie innego zagrożenia dla porządku prawnego, tj. próby instrumentalizacji wartości konstytucyjnych. W obliczu tego niebezpieczeństwa zasadnym wydaje się sformułowanie postulatu przeprowadzania wykładni aksjologicznej konstytucji, której celem byłoby odczytanie danej zasady prawnej w hermeneutycznym kontekście systemu aksjologicznego, z którego genealogicznie wywodzi się dana zasada prawna.
    The instrumentalization of law is one of the most important research issues that belong to the achievements of Professor Piotr Winczorek. Combining the problem of the limits of permissible instrumentalization of law with the issue of the axiology of law, he adopted a non-reductionist position and indicated the autotelic values of law, as well as non-legal values implemented by the legal system as the criteria for assessing acts of instrumentalization of law. Based on careful observation of the legal practice, primarily the actions of the legislature, he proposed a typology of various cases of pathological instrumentalization of law. A list of individual acts of enacting and applying the law that can be distinguished in the ongoing constitutional crisis in Poland, broken down by the types indicated by Prof. Winczorek, leads to the conclusion that not only is his typology still valid, but it also can be used as an adequate tool for an in-depth description of the ongoing crisis. Moreover, it enables the indication of yet another threat to the legal order, i.e. attempts to instrumentalize constitutional values. In the face of this danger, it is justified to formulate the postulate of giving the constitution an axiological interpretation, the aim of which would be to read a given legal principle in the hermeneutic context of the axiological system from which said legal principle derives genealogically.
