Pampa cytoplasm has served as the main source of male sterility in hybrid rye breeding programs in Europe for 30 years and there is a need of introducing new CMS sources to prevent cytoplasm uniformity. Several CMS sources were discovered and studied in the former Soviet Union. The CMS sources in rye can be classified into two major groups, the P (Pampa) type and the V (Vavilov) type. The main goal of this study was to widen the “sterile” cytoplasm as a tool for rye hybrid development. ‘Koerntner’ represent the same or similar source of male sterility like CMS ‘CM’ and CMS ‘V type’. This source is genetically different from the sources of male sterility ‘Pampa’ and ‘D. Zlote’-1. In F2 progenies develop by self-pollination F1 plants, of P.6.2-1 × line 113, segregation according to the ratio three male fertile plants to one male sterile, was observed. The segregation ratio in F2 indicate that one or two recessive gene(s) are being involved in the interaction with mutated (S) cytoplasm to cause male sterility.

Opis:
The formation of two different solar bursts, type III and V in one solar flare event is presented. Both bursts are found on 19th September 2011 associated with C-class flares on active region 1295. From the observation, we believed that the mechanism of evolution the bursts play an important role in the event. It is found that type V burst appeared in five minutes after type III. There are a few active regions on the solar disk but most are magnetically simple and have remained rather quiet. An interpretation of this new result depends critically on the number of sunspots and the role of active region 1295. Sunspot number is increased up to 144 with seven sunspots can be observed. During that event, the speed of solar wind exceeds 433.8 km/second with 2.0 g/cm3 density of protons in the solar corona. Currently, radio flux is also high up to 150 SFU. The solar flare type C6 is continuously being observed in the X-ray region for 24 hours since 1541 UT and a maximum C1 is detected on 1847 UT. Although the sources of both bursts are same, the direction and ejection explode differ.

Opis:
One of the main reasons to study more about the dynamics of solar radio bursts is because solar these bursts can interfere with the Global Positioning System (GPS) and communications systems. More importantly, these bursts are a key to understand the space weather condition. Recent work on the interpretation of the low frequency region of a main solar burst is discussed. Continuum radio bursts are often related to the solar activities such as an indication of the formation of sunspot, impulsive phase of solar flares and Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs) and their frequencies correspond to the densities supposed to exist in the primary energy release volume. Specifically, solar burst in low frequency play an important role in interpretation of Sun activities. In this work, we have selected few solar bursts that successfully detected by our station at the National Space Centre, Banting Selangor. Our objective is to correlate the solar burst with Sun activities by looking at the main sources that responsibility with the trigger of solar burst. It is found that type II burst is dominant with Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs), type III burst associated with solar flare, IV burst with the formation of active region and type U burst high solar flare. We believed that this work is a good start to monitor Sun’s activities in Malaysia as equatorial country.

Opis:
W poszukiwaniu optymalnych rozwiązań konstrukcji stalowych obudów odrzwiowych zwrócono uwagę na stosowane tworzywo (gatunek stali). W miejsce stosowanej stali 34GJ do badań wytypowano stal G480V o korzystniejszych parametrach mechanicznych (Re = 500 MPa i Rm = 700 MPa). Proste odcinki profilu V29 wykonane z tej stali poddano badaniom wytrzymałościowym na zginanie i skręcanie. Uzyskane pozytywne wyniki badań pozwoliły na dokonanie analizy oraz określenie na drodze teoretycznej, wskaźników nośności typoszeregu odrzwi. Równocześnie określono możliwości wykonywania (gięcia) profili ciężkich w Polskich Hutach Stali Oddział Huta "Katowice" oraz wykonano serię próbną obudowy ŁPZS V36/9 z nowego gatunku stali do badań dołowych. Przeprowadzone w 2003 roku porównawcze badania dołowe w kopalni "Bogdanka" S.A., wykazały znaczną przewagę nowej obudowy nad analogiczną obudową wykonaną ze stosowanej tradycyjnie stali 34GJ.
Searching an optimal solution of steel casing construction it paid attention on applicable material (kind of steel). For research has been used steel G480V with advantageous mechanical parameters (Re = = 500 MPa and Rm = 700 MPa) in place of steel 34GJ. Straight sections of V29 profile made by this steel have been a subject of research about flexing and twisting durability. Gotten positive results of research have allowed effecting of analysis and determination on theoretical way. Simultaneously it define possibilities of heavy profiles executing in Polish Steel Plants Division of Katowice Plant and it executed series of trial casing ŁPZS V36/9 made by new type of steel for underground research. Comparative underground researches carried out on Bogdanka S.A. mine in 2003, have shown considerable superiority of new casing over analogous made by steel 34GJ.

In this paper, we generalize the (V, p)-invexity denned for nonsmooth multiobjective fractional programming by Mishra, Rueda and Giorgi (2003) to variational programming problems by defining new classes of vector- valued functions called (V, p)-B-type I and generalized (V, p)-B-type I. Then we use these new classes to derive various sufficient optimality conditions and mixed type duality results.

Opis:
The paper substantiates the relevance of the study of universal creative personality in the typological aspect and the need to involve in such study of psychological resources. The author described the main provisions of Alexei Leontiev’s activity theory of personality, because it most meets the needs of this study. The purpose of the paper is to reveal the methodological basis for the study of the universal creative personality. The researcher relies on the statement of A. Leontiev that the real basis of personality forms the system of its activities. Thus, she argues that in the study of the universal creative personality it is necessary to appreciate the development of personality activity, its specific types and forms and connections between them. The researcher chose the leading subject activity as the main criterion for the typology of the universal creative personality. She attracted to study William Stern’s concept of the psychological type and Nina Herasymova-Persydska’s musical type to determine the shape and quality of the universal creative personality. The author described the essence of the proposed typological approach and the conceptual- terminological apparatus of the study. In particular, she identified six simple types of universal creative personality – universal-composer, universal-performer, universalmusicologist, universal-public figure, universal-pedagogue and classical universal. According to O. Komenda, the universal creative personality combines at least three types of activities. The leading activity of musician is marked of large scale, duration, value in the eyes of the artist and his environment, the emergence of new types of activities and the restructuring of creative processes. In conclusion, the researcher described the method of typological analysis of the universal creative personality.
