    Because structural innovation projects are burdened with high risk, there is a need for prior planning for rational investment decisions making, which can ensure the sustainable development of the industry. Finding the most probable development vision is one of the reasons why more and more successful and appreciable are studies connected with prediction of the future (known as: future studies), among which a method of foresight is also classified. The paper presents the problems associated with strategic planning based on foresight methodology, applied to searching for rational visions and scenarios for the development of transport systems.

    The main goal of this paper is to provide an original model of selecting multimodal technologies for the transport of perishable goods. The model in particular refers to the transportability of cargoes. The features of cargoes that have the most impact on transportability were specified. Formal representations of the key elements of the model were presented and characterized, including: perishable cargoes, form of transported goods (solid, liquid, etc.), means of handling (including loading devices and transport means), transport routes, categories of human labor, multimodal technologies and transportation tasks. A formal representation of decision variables, as well as constrains and a criterion function were provided. The model bases on two main solution assessment criteria: cost criterion and cargo safety criterion. A cargo safety criterion in the model is composed of 18 partial criterion functions. Each of these functions directly affects one safety aspect of the transported cargo. The exemplary partial criteria of cargo safety included in the model are: acceptable transport time, minimum or maximum temperature in the cargo’s direct surroundings, resistance to mechanical damage. In order to present a practical application of the presented mathematical model the paper shows also an example of selecting one of the multimodal technologies for the transport of perishable goods from the set of pre-defined types of multimodal transport technologies. The developed method uses different elements of the mathematical model provided in the paper, depending on the considered problem (including characteristics of cargo and their transport forms). For a significant group of perishable cargoes, it is not required to consider all defined criteria associated with cargo safety. The developed model allows for the accurate selection of transport technology for perishable cargoes for most transportation tasks. It should help to increase the efficiency of selection of multimodal transport technology for perishable products. The selected technology will then be characterized by the lowest transport cost and will ensure the safety of transported cargoes, as well as will meet other requirements determined by the transport task. As part of further work, it is possible to develop proposed method by considering additional characteristics of perishable cargoes.

    W artykule opisano zagadnienie automatyzacji transportu, stanowiące jeden z aktualnych trendów rozwoju pojazdów i infrastruktury drogowej. Sposób wdrożenia pojazdów zautomatyzowanych, a następnie wykorzystania pojazdów w pełni autonomicznych, nie został jeszcze określony, jednak można przypuszczać, że będą one stanowiły rozwiązanie wspierające zrównoważoną mobilność — szczególnie w obrębie miast i aglomeracji miejskich. Będzie to możliwe dzięki osiągnięciu, charakterystycznego dla zrównoważonej mobilności, kompromisu między celami ekonomicznymi, społecznymi i środowiskowymi. Wdrożenie nowych koncepcji w zakresie mobilności na żądanie, współdzielenia i wypożyczania pojazdów, w połączeniu z automatyzacją transportu powinno przynieść efekt w postaci ograniczenia zatorów drogowych i obniżeniu emisji szkodliwych składników spalin. Zmianie mogą ulec również modele dostaw towarów, które będą się mogły odbywać w porze nocnej, co może poprawić wykorzystanie taboru pojazdów, infrastruktury drogowej i magazynowej. Wybrane właściwości pojazdów zautomatyzowanych i autonomicznych będzie można wykorzystać w celu wsparcia postulatów zrównoważonej mobilności. Opracowanie miało na celu scharakteryzowanie zagadnień związanych z autonomizacją transportu drogowego. Przedstawiono aspekty mobilności miejskiej, jak również przykładowe pojazdy, których testy są obecnie prowadzone w warunkach rzeczywistych.
    The article describes the issue of transport automation, which is one of the current trends in the development of vehicles and road infrastructure. The way to implement automated vehicles and then use fully autonomous vehicles has not yet been determined, but it can be assumed that they will provide a solution supporting sustainable mobility — especially within cities and urban agglomerations. It will be possible thanks to reaching a compromise between economic, social and environmental goals, characteristic for sustainable mobility. The implementation of new concepts in the field of mobility on demand, vehicle sharing and rental, combined with transport automation, should result in reducing traffic congestion and lowering the emission of harmful exhaust components. The models for the delivery of goods that can take place at night may also change, which may improve the use of the fleet of vehicles, road and warehouse infrastructure. Selected properties of automated and autonomous vehicles can be used to support the demands of sustainable mobility. The study was aimed at characterizing the issues related to the autonomy of road transport. Aspects of urban mobility were presented, as well as examples of vehicles that are currently being tested in real conditions.

    New technologies and innovations can significantly contribute to removing or reducing problems related to modern transport. Hyperloop is an innovative mode of transport whose task is to move people or loads at very high speed, based on the concept of sustainable transport. Due to the benefits it brings - environmentally friendly, fast, self-sufficient in terms of energy, ensuring a high level of mobility, it is an interesting option that in the future can replace the existing means of transport. The aim of this article is to present the theoretical and empirical aspect of the innovative mode of transport - Hyperloop, as an attractive alternative which in the future can replace the existing branches of transport. The work consists of a theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part of the work presents selected contemporary transport problems, the concept of innovations in transport and the mode of transport - Hyperloop. The empirical part of the work presents a proposal to connect selected European cities and estimate the time of traveling between them using Hyperloop.

    The essence of the operation of all ITS systems is to make decisions based on the information obtained and available. Under these assumptions, these systems are expected to utilize telecommunication, IT, automation and measurement technologies, which, in conjunction with advanced control methods, improve communication. Each ITS subsystem has specific requirements for communications channels that have to be tailored to the needs of the subsystem, its topology, and users, taking into account the costs of both the construction and operation of the system. The article presents issues related to information security analysis in ITS systems. Some selected aspects of risk prevention, which may be an important factor affecting the safety of the transport system, will be analysed. The analysis and evaluation of secure data transmission methods will also be conducted. This analysis and evaluation will select secure transmission methods using VPN virtual tunnelling technologies. In the article, the selected problems related to the security and confidentiality of information transmission between ITS elements and the provision of protecting access to the IT systems’ resources and their stored data, the aspects of problem affecting the communication system architecture is signalled. The methods for secure transmission in ITSs are secure transmission methods commonly used in systems, which require the confidentiality and security of information transmission between the data source and its recipient.

Innowacyjne aplikacje satelitarne stają się silnym motorem transformacji nowych metod komunikacji oraz kreatorem nowych systemów informowania i monitorowania. Dodatkowo, współcześnie mają to być rozwiązania umożliwiające realizowanie założeń zrównoważonego rozwoju. W artykule przedstawiono możliwości wykorzystania technologii satelitarnych na potrzeby kształtowania społecznej odpowiedzialności w obszarze transportu.
    Satellite technologies and business solutions in the development of corporate social responsibility in transport should be seen in a broader context-the European space policy, Polish membership in ESA and developed and implemented jointly by the EU and ESA. The purpose of this article is to present areas of satellite technologies in transport in the context of the realization by or in solutions in the field of transport, the concept of corporate social responsibility. Our country should develop a wide range of communication methods for product information of satellite technologies and the benefits of its use in the development of corporate social responsibility. Strategic document in this area - "a Vision of sustainable development for Polish business by 2050" confirms and strassed an awareness the representatives of Polish companies that in quest to achieve long-term and sustainable development, it is necessary to balance socio-economic environment. This report confirms that one of the most important listed in the vision of the challenges for the Polish business is a sustainable transport system.

    Objectives: The use of Unmanned Vehicles in air, land and water transport is constantly increasing due to their technical and operational capabilities, along with economic advantages. They are used for recreational and commercial purposes by individuals, companies, organisations and state institutions. Particular types of vehicles are at different stages of technical, legislative and implementation advancement. Unmanned vehicles are at different phases of the process of the launch on the market for common use by the public. Railway transport will be the first to undergo widespread and, consequently, full automation, due to the fact that it is already in use and there is a possibility of its safe implementation, which must progress along with the development of technology, science and experience of producers and users. Methods: Scientific methods used in the paper are: analysis and criticism of written sources, analysis and logical construction. Results: The article presents issues concerning the possibility of implementing the use of unmanned vehicles in the air, land and water transport system. The state of advancement of the legislative and technical work has been described, along with the difficulties that can be encountered before the complete implementation of unmanned vehicles into operation. Conclusions: The process of implementing unmanned vehicles into the transport system has begun and it is irreversible. It is a matter of time before unmanned systems are used to transport people and goods. Their use is safer, more economically beneficial and brings benefits to society.

    Technologia HyperLoop (HL) rozwijana jest intensywnie w USA od 2013 roku. Polska jest jednym z kilku krajów na świecie, które są również zainteresowane jej opracowywaniem i wdrożeniem. W związku z projektem budowy Centralnego Portu Komunikacyjnego zakłada się, że część podróżnych będzie w przyszłości dowożona w tym systemie. W artykule przeanalizowano podstawowe aspekty techniczne i organizacyjne związane z wdrożeniem HL do przewozu pasażerów. Dokonano również wstępnej oceny zdolności przewozowej takiego systemu oraz jego perspektywicznego udziału w rynku z wykorzystaniem doświadczeń autora w zakresie modelowania podróży i prognozowania ruchu.
    HyperLoop (HL) technology has been developed extensively in the US since 2013. Poland is one of several countries in the world that is also interested in development and implementation of this technology. In connection with the project of the construction of the Central Transportation Port, it is assumed that some of the visitors will be transported by this system in the future. The article analyses the basic technical and organizational aspects related to the implementation of HL for passenger transport. An initial assessment of the transport capacity for such a system and its prospective market share has been also made using the author’s experience in travel modelling and traffic forecasting.

    Morskie technologie informacyjne i komunikacyjne są zespołem wzajemnie powiązanych ze sobą dyscyplin nauk technologii, inżynierii oraz metod organizacji pracy kadry floty morskiej i rzecznej, zajmującej się zbieraniem, transformacją, przechowywaniem, transferem i wykorzystaniem informacji. Sieci komputerowe typu MANET powstają automatycznie oraz często bez systemu administracyjnego. Funkcje węzłów w tego typu sieciach mogą być realizowane zarówno przez routery, jak i hosty. Mogą one przesyłać pakiety danych do innych węzłów oraz wspomagać wykorzystanie aplikacji użytkownika. W artykule omówiono problemy, z jakimi sieci telekomunikacyjne muszą się zmierzyć w zakresie zwiększenia bezpieczeństwa w transporcie morskim oraz zaproponowano, w jaki sposób za pomocą konwergencji nauk matematycznych, informatycznych oraz technologii morskich można je rozwiązywać.

    W artykule przedstawiono najnowsze technologie i konstrukcje w zakresie szybkich kolei, wykorzystywanych w transporcie regionalnym w świecie. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na dwa rozwiązania kolei unoszonej magnetycznie: japoński MAGLEV i niemiecki TRANSRAPID. Przedstawiono ich zasadę działania, najważniejsze parametry techniczne i niezbędną infrastrukturę.
    The article presents the newest technologies and constructions in the field of high-speed trains used in regional transport all over the world. The two solutions of rail transport that works using magnetic levitation: Japanese MAGLEV and German TRANSRAPID were taken into special consideration. Principles of operation, the most important technical parameters and indispensable infrastructure were presented.

    Along with the evolution of our civilization is increasing demand for faster and cheaper transport, both from the point of view of trade and normal movement of people. In the case of trade most often we are dealing with the transport of the freight traffic, where the goods are not carrying by one type of transport. In this type of carriage time between transhipments on exchange stations plays an important role. The correct use of modern ICT (information and communication technologies), both wired and wireless for control loads, vehicles and carriers can significantly reduce total transport time and costs. Additional monitoring of the status of land units’ drivers allows increasing the security and the reliability to wirelessly check the content and status of the load increases the reliability of the correct transport. Therefore, this article presents the use of modern wireless technologies (LTE-A, 802.11ac) and backbones of public networks (1…100 GbE) on the exchange stations.

    W pracy rozważono problem związany z poprawą bezpieczeństwa transportu poprzez zastosowanie dodatkowych elementów absorbujących energię uderzenia w układzie barier drogowych. Przedstawiono wyniki badań eksperymentalnych oraz symulacji numerycznych podstawowego elementu energochłonnego w postaci tulejki wykonanej ze stali i kompozytu szklano-epoksydowego. Wyniki tych badań posłużyły również do zbudowania wiarygodnego modelu numerycznego barierki drogowej i przeprowadzenia symulacji najazdu na barierkę. Otrzymane rezultaty pozwoliły ocenić przydatność proponowanego rozwiązania w praktyce.
    The paper presents the problems connected with improvement in transport security by using additional elements absorbing the crash energy. Experimental tests and numerical simulations of a basic energy-absorbing element, in a shape of a sleeve made of steel and glass-epoxy composite, were presented. The investigation results were used to develop a reliable numerical model of a road barrier and to carry out the simulation of an impact on the barrier. The simulation enabled us to assess applicability of the proposed solution.

    In the global economy, modern information and communication technologies are an important factor responsible for the transfer of information in the logistic chains. Particular emphasis should be placed on their role in transport processes that constitute the core of the European logistics system. In the article, the authors tackle the problem of applying modern and innovative solutions. Conducted analyzes and studies have indicate that the factors affecting the application of ICT in transport.

    Technologie informacyjno-komunikacyjne (TIK) są nieodłącznym elementem współczesnej gospodarki. Możliwości jakie oferuje odpowiednie wykorzystanie TIK w obszarze marketingu jest szczególnie widoczne w branżach o silnej wewnętrznej konkurencji. Niniejsze opracowanie ma za zadanie przybliżyć sposób wykorzystywania przez polskie przedsiębiorstwa działające w sektorze transportu wodnego (tj. dział 50 Polskiej Klasyfikacji Działalności) technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych wspomagających funkcję komunikacji marketingowej. Z uwagi na ograniczoną liczbę podmiotów tworzących ten dział, badanie obejmuje całość populacji, tj. ok. 1400 podmiotów gospodarczych. W szczególności badaniu poddane zostały rozwiązania wspierające komunikację i wymianę informacji przez przedsiębiorstwa, z wykorzystaniem technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych.
    Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are an essential element of today’s economy. The means that ICT provides in the area of marketing are especially visible in sectors with limited growth potential and strong internal competition. The paper discussed the scale of ICT use that empowers selected marketing functions by polish enterprises within the water transport sector (as described by the H50 section of the Polska Klasyfikacja Działalnosci). Due to the limited number of entities forming this economic sector the study covers the entire population - approximately 1400 entities. In particular the study concentrates on tools improving communication and data exchange with companies partners using ICT.

    Organisation and management of the public transport is one of the most important tasks of local authorities. Having regard to the dynamically changing conditions of transport policy of modern cities, activities in this area are the challenge of the standardisation of transport offers, match it to the transport needs and expectations of the inhabitants not only individual cities, but the entire metropolitan areas. One of the ways to transport the transport needs matching listings is the current coordinate based on diagnosis and analysis of the reported demands. In a much broader context of information policy and public operators of public transport is part of the modern management of urban areas and meets the demands of the smart city concept. In addition, the openness of the entities responsible for the management of urban transport is an example of deliberation methods to support local authorities in the management of the city. The author takes on the activity of the managing entities responsible for public transport for citizens participation in the functional areas: Berlin, Warsaw, Krakow, Gdansk, Leipzig and Stuttgart.
    Organizacja i zarządzanie publicznym transportem zbiorowym jest jednym z ważniejszych zadań władz samorządowych. Mając na względzie dynamicznie zmieniające się uwarunkowania polityki transportowej współczesnych miast, działania w tym obszarze stanowią wyzwanie polegające na standaryzacji oferty przewozowej, dopasowaniu jej do potrzeb przewozowych i oczekiwań mieszkańców nie tylko pojedynczych miast, ale całych obszarów metropolitalnych. Jednym ze sposobów na dopasowanie oferty przewozowej do potrzeb przewozowych jest jej bieżące koordynowanie w oparciu o diagnozę i analizę zgłaszanych postulatów przewozowych. W znacznie szerszym kontekście polityka informacyjna organizatorów i operatorów publicznego transportu publicznego wpisuje się w elementy nowoczesnego zarządzania obszarami miejskimi i spełnia postulaty koncepcji smart city. Ponadto otwartość podmiotów odpowiedzialnych za zarządzanie transportem miejskim stanowi przykład deliberacyjnych metod wspierania władz samorządowych w zarządzaniu miastem. Autor podejmuje temat aktywności zarządzających jednostkami odpowiedzialnymi za transport publiczny na rzecz partycypacji obywatelskiej na obszarach funkcjonalnych: Berlina, Warszawy, Krakowa, Trójmiasta, Lipska i Stuttgartu.

    The process of decarbonization and the pursuit of zero-emissions growth are a challenge for maritime transport, while strict environmental regulations regarding greenhouse gas emissions call for changes in both organizational and technological processes. The aim of the article is to present the problem of carbon footprint in relation to the maritime transport industry . The article discusses the negative impact of sea transport on the environment. The main research objective was to shed light on carbon footprint in the context of maritime transport as well as to identify the possibilities of its reduction, including through regulatory measures. Various research methods were used in the study, including a literature review, a review of the documentation of IMO regulations, reports and an analysis of technologies implemented to reduce pollutant emissions in maritime transport.

    The trend of the sharing economy brings together an increasing number of supporters as well as interest over the past several years. This phenomenon and the pace at which it is growing and gaining popularity are not without impact on previously functioning successfully business models. The article presents the key principles of the sharing economy and presents the possibilities of using them according with the appropriate tools in the area of transporting goods in the city. Collaborative economy creates New opportunities for more efficient management of this sphere of the city’s activity.

    Od zarania ludzkości górnictwo odkrywkowe obok podstawowych czynności koniecznych do przetrwania w pewnym stopniu stanowiło podstawę codziennego życia człowieka. Postępujący rozwój przyczyniał się do konieczności tworzenia nowych narzędzi oraz ich usprawniania. Sukcesywne zwiększanie wydobycia podstawowych i strategicznych surowców wymagało również modyfikacji techniki i technologii górniczej, czyli narzędzi i sposobów ich wykorzystania. Wydobycie z rozwojem wzajemnie się napędzały aż do czasów nam współczesnych, kiedy to w skali globalnej górnictwo odkrywkowe stanowi ogromne źródło surowców różnego zastosowania, w dobie „myślących” maszyn, które bez ingerencji człowieka wykonują zaplanowane zadanie.
    Since the dawn of humanity the surface mining, besides the basic activities necessary for its survival, in some way formed the basis of everyday of man life. The ongoing development necessitates the creation of new tools and their improvement. Successive increase in the extraction of basic and strategic raw materials requires also the modification of methods and mining technology, namely the tools and ways of using them. Extraction with the development mutually affected each other until the present day, when surface mining on a global scale is a huge source of raw materials for various uses, in the era of "thinking" machines which, without human intervention, are performing a scheduled task.

    W artykule przedstawiono możliwości realizacji przewozów kolejowo- drogowych na dystansach 150 - 500 km, rozumianych jako transport zunifi kowanych jednostek ładunkowych na małe i średnie odległości. Zdefiniowano czynniki determinujące wysokie koszty przewozów kolejowo-drogowych, a tym samym wpływające na efektywność tych przewozów przede wszystkim na duże odległości - powyżej 500 km. Zaproponowano kryteria, które należy uwzględnić aby transportem kombinowanym przewozić ładunki na mniejsze odległości. Zaproponowano do transportu, odpadów komunalnych, złomu, gruzu komunalnego, kruszywa budowlanego system ACTS - poziomego przeładunku standardowych pojemników wymiennych.
    The article presents the possibilities for rail and road transport over the distance of 150-500 km, understood as transport of standardized loading units over short and medium distances. It identifi es factors determining high costs of rail and road transport, which have an infl uence on the effectiveness of this transport, in particular over long distances, exceeding 500 km. It puts forward criteria to be taken into consideration when carrying goods by combined transport over shorter distances. It suggests the use of ACTS (Abroll Container Transport System) - horizontal transshipment of standard exchangeable containers - for transport of municipal waste, scrap, municipal rubble, and construction aggregate.

    Artykuł przedstawia zwięźle cztery osie priorytetowe TEN-T (Transeuropejskich Sieci Transportowych), które ze względu na swoją charakterystykę mają wpływ na rozwiązania komunikacyjne w aglomeracji miejskiej. Opisano w jaki sposób, inwestycje poczynione w ramach 8-ej, 10-tej, 11-tej i 15-tej osi TEN-T wpływają lub wpłyną na wybraną aglomerację miejską. Pierwsza zaprezentowana oś opisuję projekt budowy nowego lotniska w Lizbonie, które ma być jednym z ważniejszych nad atlantyckich portów lotniczych znajdujących się w tej części Europy. Kolejna oś priorytetowa dotyczy działającego już portu lotniczego Mediolan-Malpensa, który stał się bardzo ważnym portem lotniczym na południu Europy. Trzecim opisanym projektem jest most nad Sundem, którego budowa została ukończona już w 2001 roku i wpłynęła znacząco na rozwój dwóch Skandynawskich aglomeracji miejskich, Kopenhagi oraz Malmo. Inwestycja mocno została zintegrowana z istniejącą już infrastrukturą komunikacyjną wspomnianych aglomeracji miejskich. Ostatnim z opisanych projektów jest europejski system nawigacji satelitarnej Galileo, który po uzyskaniu stanu operacyjnego będzie mógł bezpośrednio wpływać na rozwiązania komunikacyjne w wielu aglomeracjach miejskich Unii Europejskiej m.in. poprzez wykorzystanie go w ramach technologii ITS (Inteligentnych Systemów Transportowych).
    Paper presents briefly four priority axes of the TEN-T (Trans-European Transport Network), which, due to its characteristics have an impact on communication solutions for an urban areas. Paper describes how , investments made under the 8th , 10th , 11th and 15th axis of the TEN-T affect or will affect the selected urban agglomeration. First presented axis describes the project of building a new airport in Lisbon , which will be one of the major airports of the Atlantic shore and in this part of Europe. Another described priority axis refers to airport Milan Malpensa, which has become a very important airport in southern Europe. Third described project is Oresund fixed link, whose construction was completed in 2001 and contributed significantly to the development of two Scandinavian cities, Copenhagen and Malmo. This project has been strongly integrated with the existing communication infrastructure of these urban agglomerations. Last described project is the European satellite navigation system Galileo, which after obtaining operational status will be able to directly affect the communication solutions in many urban areas of the European Union, among others by using it in ITS technology (Intelligent Transport Systems).

    One of the priorities of the EU economy is to create the best possible conditions for the design and implementation of innovative solutions within the scope of energy efficiency. In recent years, there has been quick technological progress in the field of devices having controlled motor drive used for air purification, and from heating plates, which are applied in the eating places, including restaurants and zones for preparing meals in various means of transport. The research conducted by the EU on EcoDesign requirements showed that range hoods at the stage of their use have a considerable potential of saving energy. The introduction of energy efficiency labels to the market has improved the energy efficiency of these devices and accelerated the transformation of the market to implement energy-saving technologies, which according to the experts, may lead to an annual primary energy saving of 27 PJ/year in 2021, which may increase in 2030 to 60 PJ/year. The authors of this publication researched the fluid dynamic efficiency of a selected range hood, showing the necessity of investments in new technologies. Patented original solutions of the range hoods that can be applied, among others, in such means of transport as passenger ships, cargo ships, and submarines having a zone for preparing meals were presented in this article. An environmental aspect in the context of energy consumption was shown during the phase of using the device for air purification, providing many premises and arguments for future constructional solutions for energy management in various branches of transport and more.

    Długookresowy cel osiągnięcia neutralności klimatycznej należy do kluczowych elementów globalnej i europejskiej polityki klimatycznej. Jednym z dostępnych rozwiązań w tym zakresie jest wychwyt dwutlenku węgla u źródła emisji lub bezpośrednie usuwanie go z atmosfery, a następnie jego transport i wykorzystanie w gospodarce lub też trwałe składowanie geologiczne. Technologie wychwytu, wykorzystania lub składowania dwutlenku węgla - CCUS (z ang. Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage) są cennym uzupełnieniem innych niskoemisyjnych rozwiązań, pozwalającym zarówno wykorzystać paliwa kopalne w okresie przejściowym – co ułatwić może wykorzystanie istniejących aktywów (np. wysokotemperaturowych sieci cieplnych w miastach), poprawiając efektywność transformacji zarówno z perspektywy ekonomicznej, jak i środowiskowej.

    W roku 1994 zainicjowano w Instytucie Lotnictwa realizację Programu Samolotów Lekkich i Bezpieczeństwa z myślą o wykreowaniu polskiej specjalności w warunkach nowych realiów ekonomicznych. W pracy przedstawiono konstrukcje, technologie, patenty i publikacje powstałe w ramach programu w ostatnich 20 latach. Podkreślono, że spełnieniem dla twórców programu jest decyzja Komisji Europejskiej o włączeniu lotnictwa lekkiego do Europejskiego Systemu Transportu Lotniczego.
    In 1994 in the Institute of Aviation was initiated the realisation of the Program of Light Aircraft and Safety with the aim of creating a Polish specialty in the conditions of the new economic reality. In the paper were presented constructions, technologies, patents and publications created within the program in the last 20 years. It was empasised that a fulfillment for the creators of the program is the decision of the European Commission about including light aircraft into the European Air Transport System.

Zawarto krótki opis regulacji prawnych wydanych przez Unię Europejską oraz zawartych w przepisach krajowych, które standaryzują wymagania i sposoby kontroli nad przewozem żywności. Omówiono jakie parametry muszą być monitorowane dla zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa i jakości towarów oraz przedstawiono wybrane urządzenia pomiarowe i rejestrujące. Przedstawiono narzędzia i technologie teleinformatyczne, które w tym celu są obecnie wykorzystywane, wymieniono ich wady i zalety oraz dokonano ich porównania i oceny.
    The paper describes and evaluates the various tools and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) solutions that are used to monitor environmental parameters during transportation of food by land. Contains a brief description of the legal regulations issued by the European Union and the Polish legislation that are related to standardization of monitoring of environmental parameters. ICT technologies, which are used to achieve mentioned goals, are analyzed and compared in this paper. Their most common use cases, advantages and disadvantages of ICT are also described.

    Intelligent information and analytical basis of a modern transport system is a prerequisite for efficient functioning of the digital economy. Modern transport systems are based on new intelligent technologies and new organizational principles, which is why the functions and competences of specialists in transportation are changing very rapidly. This paper substantiates the need and reveals the content of new competencies of specialists for modern transport systems, which should be ready to take into account many different factors, process large amounts of information and solve multi-criteria tasks in transport companies for all management functions. Creation of digital analytical competency for transportation systems represents a new direction of the educational and training programs that must include courses in modern assessment and forecasting methods, big data operation, machine learning, neuron networks and other approaches in artificial intelligence area. This article describes a new approach to the teaching of transportation system analysts that is able to solve various types of tasks to implement Industry 4.0 elements in transportation as examples.

    Opis:
    Dedicated to the development of resource-saving polluted washing water treating technologies for transport companies. The article suggests methods of water purification with regard to scientifically grounded requirements to the quality of the water used and the required degree of purification and The article also considers the method of selecting efficient methods of sewage water treating, when a selective removal of individual polluting ingredients should be done. For this purpose we have conducted a simulation process of treating polluted washing water in the circulating water systems, and provided solutions for refining the process parameters.
    Посвящено разработке ресурсосберегающих технологий очистки загрязненных моечных вод на предприятиях транспорта. В статье рассмотрены методы очистки воды с учетом научно-обоснованных требований к качеству используемой воды и необходимой степени очистки и методики подбора селективных рациональных методов очистки сточных вод, когда удаление отдельных ингредиентов общего загрязнения происходит избирательно. Проведено моделирование процесса очистки загрязненных моечных вод в оборотных системах водопользования и даны решения задач оптимизации параметров процесса.
