    Opis:
    Ocena efektywności funkcjonowania regionalnego dialogu społecznego nie była dotychczas możliwa, ponieważ najważniejsze istniejące w Polsce instytucje na tym poziomie (wojewódzkie komisje dialogu społecznego) pracowały w sposób zróżnicowany. Aktualny stan prawny umożliwia efektywne funkcjonowanie komisji zarówno w przypadku rozwiązywania problemów egzystencjalnych, jak i o charakterze długofalowym. Skuteczność działania tych instytucji głównie zależy od woli współpracy ich członków, zdolności dochodzenia przez nich do kompromisu oraz wysokiej częstotliwości spotkań komisji.
    It was impossible to assess effectiveness of the functioning of social dialogue on the regional level due to the fact that the most important regional social dialogue institutions (Voivodship Social Dialogue Commissions), which exist in Poland, are operated in a very uneven way. These commissions can effectively solve existential and long-term problems in the current legal status. Their efficiency mainly depends on the will of their members to cooperate and their ability to reach consensus as well as on the high frequency of meetings of the commissions.

    Opis:
    This article examines the issue of personal experience with regard to creative development. Humanistic-existential psychology emphasizes the individual’s ability to cross the boundaries of experience. The question remains, however, whether transgressive action is conducive to self-realization. This study considers results of research on the determinants of creative competence with regard to creative behaviors and transgressive actions. According to Kozielecki, transgression as a determinant of creative competencies means the ability to think and act innovatively, creatively, deliberately, and in a manner oriented toward a particular goal that lies beyond what seems possible (Kozielecki, 2007). From a transgressive perspective, creative competencies entail not only the ability to take transgressive action in both task-oriented situations and in different areas of life, but also the ability to expand one’s personal developmental resources.
    Prezentowany artykuł dotyczy problematyki doświadczenia osobistego w aspekcie twórczego rozwoju. Psychologia humanistyczna i egzystencjalna podkreślają zdolność jednostki do przekraczania granic doświadczenia. Podjęto pytanie czy podejmowanie działań transgresyjnych sprzyja samorealizacji? Przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczących wyznaczników kompetencji twórczych w aspekcie twórczych zachowań, twórczej postawy i działań transgresyjnych. Zdolność transgresji jako wyznacznik twórczych kompetencji – to innowacyjny, twórczy, zorientowany na cel sposób myślenia i działania, którego cechą jest wychodzenie poza możliwości (Kozielecki, 2007). Kompetencje twórcze w perspektywie transgresyjnej zawierają zdolności do transgresyjnych działań w sytuacjach zadaniowych i różnych dziedzinach życia, ale także zdolności do poszerzania osobistych zasobów rozwojowych.

    According to J. Kozielecki’s personality network theory chosen or constructed tools operationalizing five psychons: cognitive, instrumental, motivational, emotional and personal. 100 couples were examined, from which isolated groups of 30 spouses of high level of transgression (transgressive) and 30 spouses of low level transgression (protective). Transgressive spouses are characterized wide knowledge about each in the sphere of the task force, their motivation for action is based primarily on cognitive needs and they have a higher awareness of personal beliefs. Transgressive husbands have a positive affective shift. Potential bring to the interpersonal relations by the transgressive spouses creates a favorable climate, which increases the likelihood of building a stable relationships satisfying both spouses.

    Opis:
    The aim of this publication is to determine the correlates of creative and transgressive behavior in the context of the model of the determinants of creative management. The aim of this study was to verify empirically the relationship between the symptoms of creative features (cognitively and characterlogically) and indicators of transgressive behavior. The determinants of subjective qualities of creative and transgressive behavior are analyzed in this article. The author has adopted the assumption about a role of transgressive behaviors in dynamics of creative behaviors (creative resources). The following set of methods has been applied in the research: 1) Questionnaire of Creative Behavior KANH (Popek, 2001; Popek, 2010); 2) Scale to Measure Transgression (STr), (Studenski, 2006). Activity, predominance, courage and high selfesteem – main indicators of functioning a man with a high level of subject creative features – have proved to be significantly correlated with transgressive indicators of behavior. Subject of creative features expressed in a creative attitude coexists with transgressive behaviors: pro-creative motivation in searching for changes, nonconformism, focus on activity and overcoming problems, openness and courage to take up new tasks, innovation and acceptance of novelty. The resulting configurations of features in a range of variables (characteristics of creative and transgressive behavior) correspond to factors conditioning the success in business and management. To a little extent the previous studies took into account the subjective features recognized as creative (in the cognitive and characterological sphere) and their relationship with predisposition for transgressive behavior. The obtained results of research could contribute to the existing scientific achievements in the field of management of important determinants and correlates with subjective features ensuring success. It is defined by a transgressive action – as a kind of activity type to be changed. Subjective characteristics of the creative (creative assets) increases the efficiency of the action.

Tematy zajęć dydaktycznych związane z profesjonalnym pomaganiem i rozmowy poradnicze na temat kierunków i sposobów dokonywania zmian w życiu stają się źródłem doświadczeń transgresyjnych niektórych studentów i prawie wszystkich radzących się dorosłych. Prezentuję rodzaje transgresji osobistych i procesy związane z ich doświadczaniem.
    In the following article I would like to present personal transgressions of adults that may happen in educational and counselling situation. Subject areas of classes connected with professional helping and counselling, concerning directions and methods of making changes in life, are becoming a source of transgressive experience for some students and almost all counselled adults. I am presenting present different kinds of personal transgression and processes connected with experiencing them.
