    W artykule przedstawiono potrzeby oraz możliwości wykorzystania zaawansowanych systemów szkolno-treningowych do szkolenia załóg okrętów w zakresie realizowanych zadań ogniowych z użyciem broni strzeleckiej, w szczególności wielkokalibrowych karabinów maszynowych — WKM. Omówiono możliwe i potrzebne w systemie szkolenia morskiego dwa rodzaje scenariuszy symulacji, które stanowią odzwierciedlenie ćwiczeń realizowanych w zakresie działań przeciwminowych (Mine Countermeasure — MCM) i ochrony sił (Force Protection).
    This article presents the possibilities of employing advanced training systems in the training of ships’ crews in the use of small arms fire, especially with large caliber machine guns. It discusses two kinds of possible and necessary simulation scenarios in the naval training system, which are based on exercises carried out in the area of Mine Countermeasures (MCM) and Force Protection.

    In this paper, we analyse the awareness and self-awareness of future trainers of French as a foreign language in teaching intercultural competence. To do so, we study extracts of students’ books created by MA students, where intercultural competence is developed. We realise that future master’s students are generally aware of the need for intercultural mediation, however some of them focus on descriptive aspects of their culture rather than adopting a mediator’s posture. In fact, they tend to describe and explain a cultural phenomenon rather than encouraging its interpretation and understanding

    Club coaches, national team coaches, as well as Olympic or Paralympic team coaches are those trainers who use their knowledge, professionalism and experience to lead their trainees to achieve sports results that satisfy athletes as well as coaches and authorities of Polish associations of various sports disciplines practiced by the athletes. A good trainer is the most important person in the coaching team, as they supervise the whole participation of their Olympians or Paralympians. Among the graduates of the Szczecin University’s Physical Education, there are many trainers of various sports disciplines. They are club coaches, national team coaches and they also hold coaching functions at the Summer Olympic and Paralympic Games. The aim of this paper is to: present the university (student) characteristics of the analyzed coaches and a physiotherapist who stand among the potential candidates to be appointed for the coaching and medical staff of their trainees (including the football team) who will fight for qualification standards guaranteeing them participation in the 32nd Summer Olympics or 16th Paralympic Games Tokyo 2020; showing the current coaching activity of the trainers and a physiotherapist in question; presenting the criteria and eligibility rules which the athletes of the coaches and the physiotherapist need to obtain to take part in the Tokyo Olympic or Paralympic competition. The research material consists of six graduates of the University of Szczecin, who majored in Physical Education, and who currently work primarily in the coaching team (Tomasz Kaźmierczak, Jacek Kostrzeba, Tomasz Lewandowski, Grzegorz Musztafaga, Miłosz Stępiński) and the medical/therapeutic team (Beata Buryta). All of the analyzed graduates of the University of Szczecin are among the trainers and physiotherapists who are candidates for the Polish national team for the 32nd Olympic Games or the 16th Paralympics Games Tokyo 2020. Tomasz Kaźmierczak – he will definitely be present for the fourth time at the Summer Games Tokyo 2020 as a coach for disabled rowers (previous participations in 2008, 2012, and 2016). The trainees of the coaches in question (except for the football team) can be included into the Polish team participating in the Summer Games Tokyo 2020 and at least compete in finals during the Olympic or Paralympic competition.

    W artykule podjęto kwestię osoby z ASD oraz jej rodziny w procesie usamodzielniania się. Droga ku dorosłości jest wyzwaniem dla osoby z ASD, ale jest też wyzwaniem dla najbliższych. Usamodzielnianie jest możliwe poprzez tworzenie mieszkań wspomaganych. W sukcesie wdrożenia osoby z ASD do mieszkalnictwa wspomaganego powinna brać udział rodzina osoby z ASD. Najbliżsi budują gotowość w sobie i w swoich dorosłych dzieciach do podejmowania tego typu działań. Ich wiedza, troska, zaangażowanie jest podstawą optymalnej współpracy. Z drugiej zaś strony, rodziny wychodzące z izolacji społecznej dzięki uzyskaniu przestrzeni, czasu dla siebie, mają szansę na integrację społeczną, wytchnienie od dotychczasowej, stałej opieki nad osobą z ASD. We współpracy z trenerami samodzielności, psychologami, innymi specjalistami osoba z ASD ma szansę zaadaptować się do nowej sytuacji, a najbliżsi w sposób formalny czy mniej formalny zyskują czas dla siebie. Projekt „Azymut – Samodzielność” (2018–2022) modelowo pokazuje krok po kroku, jak tworzyć w teorii i praktyce mieszkalnictwo wspomagane, tu kierowane do osób ze spektrum autyzmu oraz ich rodzin.
    The article addresses the issue of a person with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their family in the process of becoming independent. The road to adulthood is a challenge for a person with ASD, but it is also a challenge for their loved ones. Independence is possible through the creation of assisted housing. The family of the person with ASD should contribute to the success of their implementation into assisted housing. The relatives create readiness in themselves and in their adult children to undertake such activities. Their knowledge, care and commitment are the basis for optimal cooperation. On the other hand, families coming out of social isolation, thanks to gaining space and time for themselves, have a chance for social integration, a break from the current, constant care for a person with ASD. In cooperation with self-reliance trainers, psychologists, and other specialists, a person with ASD has a chance to adapt to a new situation, and their relatives gain time for themselves in a formal or less formal way. The project “Azymut – Samodzielność” [en. “Azymut – Independence”] (2018–2022) perfectly shows, step by step, how to create assisted housing in theory and practice, here targeted at people with ASD and their families.

    Usamodzielnianie osób ze spektrum autyzmem jest procesem wymagającym szeregu oddziaływań, począwszy od wczesnych lat życia. Pierwszymi trenerami są dla nich najczęściej rodzice i najbliższa rodzina, z czasem wspierani różnymi profesjonalistami. Trenerzy w mieszkaniach wspomaganych zajmują w tej grupie szczególne miejsce, prowadząc swoją pracę z wykorzystaniem osiągnięć wcześniejszych terapii i wprowadzając swoich podopiecznych w dorosłe, bardziej samodzielne życie. Dla każdego z uczestników tego rodzaju oddziaływań samodzielność będzie oznaczała co innego. Możliwość skorzystania ze wsparcia trenerów może znacząco podnieść jakość życia osób z cechami autystycznymi. Artykuł stanowi próbę przyjrzenia się specyfice pracy kadry mieszkań wspomaganych i kompetencjom, jakie są od nich oczekiwane.
    Empowering people on the autism spectrum is a process that requires a number of interactions, starting from the early years of life. Their first teachers are usually parents and close family, supported by various professionals over time. Coaches s in assisted housings have special place in this group, conducting their work based on the achievements of previous therapies and introducing their pupils to the adult, more independent life. For all participants of this type of interactions, independence will mean something else. Using coaches’ support can significantly improve life quality of people with autism. The following article is an attempt to examine the work specifics of the assisted houses trainers and their expected competences.

    W trakcie badania problemów pojawiających się w przedsiębiorstwach przemysłowych Krzywego Rogu, został znaleziony jeden z głównych problemów - formalne podejście do kwestii bezpieczeństwa, zwłaszcza na poziomie wytwarzania produkcii. Taki formalny stosunek wyraża się w transformacji systemu uprzedzenia przerastania niebezpiecznych sytuacji do niebezpiecznych wydarzeń. Aby tego uniknąć, należy zidentyfikować i szkolić liderów zarządzania (wyższego, średniego i niższego poziomu), które byśwdrożali rozwój kultury bezpieczeństwa w zakresie bezpieczeństwa pracy do ogólnego zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem wymagając przyjęcia i dotrzymania reguł przez pracowników w codziennie.
    One of the main problems arising at the industrial enterprises of Kryvyi Rih region is formal attitude to the questions of safety, especially at production level. Such formal attitude is evinced in forming of the system which just excludes the outgrowth of dangerous situations into hazardous events. To avoid this it is necessary to expose and teach leaders choosing them from top, middle and low-level managers. Such leaders would introduce the development of occupational health safety culture into the general control system of an enterprise requiring the acceptance and implementation of rules by the staff in daily practice.
    Изучая проблемы возникающие на промышленных предприятиях Криворожья, выявлено, что одна из главных – это формальное отношение к вопросам безопасности, особенно на производственном уровне. Подобное формальное отношение выражается в формировании системы предупреждения перерастания опасных ситуаций в опасные события. Для этого необходимо выявлять и обучать лидеров со стороны менеджеров (высшего, среднего и низшего уровней), которые бы внедряли развитие культуры безопасности охраны труда в общую систему управления предприятием, требуя принятия и выполнения правил со стороны персонала ежедневно.

    Głównym powodem stosowania symulatorów i trenażerów w procesie szkolenia wojsk jest potrzeba obniżenia kosztów samego szkolenia i zmniejszenia zużycia sprzętu bojowego. Należy jednak pamiętać, że sam proces szkolenia, jak również urządzenia szkolno-treningowe, stosowane obecnie na szeroką skalę praktycznie w każdym rodzaju i na każdym poziomie szkolenia, powinny ukazywać dynamikę i charakter symulowanych zjawisk oraz stwarzać warunki do spełnienia wymagań współczesnych działań na morzu. W artykule przedstawiono demonstrator technologii trenażera zestawu artyleryjsko-rakietowego ZU-23-2MR Wróbel II. Uzyskana zdatność trenażera do odtworzenia warunków bojowych oraz jego cechy funkcjonalne stwarzają możliwości do prowadzenia badań w zakresie projektowania i budowy trenażerów, jak również organizacji procesu szkolenia celowniczych i operatorów morskich zestawów rakietowych i artyleryjskich.
    The main reason for using trainers and simulators in the process of training troops is the necessity to decrease training expenditures and wear out of combat equipment. However, it is important to remember that the process of training as well as training facilities, currently used on a large scale and at every level of training, should reflect the dynamics and nature of the simulated phenomena and should create conditions necessary to meet the requirements in the modern theatre of naval operations. The article presents a set of missile-gun ZU-23-2MR Wróbel II trainer. The capability of the trainer to recreate combat conditions as well as its functional properties makes it possible to carry out research on developing trainers and on organizing training processes of crews of the gun-missile sets.

    The aim of this study was to examine the level of creativity among trainers of soft skills. Creativity is one of the key competence in the profession of trainers. 80 participants response on the Polish adaptation of Test for Creative Thinking - Drawing Production, (TCT-DP) by Klaus K. Urban & Hans G. Jellen. This study shows that psychological education and graduation of professional school for trainers coexist with high score in creativity. Gender is not related with the score in the creativity test. They also confirm results of few prior metanalisys which reveal the lack of differences in creativity between genders. These studies are an important factor in the discussion about the relevance of creating the qualification framework in the profession of trainers.

    The advent of minimally invasive techniques has resulted in the need for specific training tools. Important differences between open surgery and endoscopic approaches have made it clear that new training models are required to train a proficient surgeon. Over the last four decades several training approaches have been proposed and analyzed in this setting. The main training tools are box trainers, animal models and cadaveric models. In this article the authors summarize tools that are currently available, describe the development of minimally invasive techniques and possible future directions.
    Wprowadzenie do użytku technik chirurgii minimalnie inwazyjnej stworzyło potrzebę opracowania nowych narzędzi. Istotne różnice między chirurgią klasyczną a zabiegami endoskopowymi jasno pokazały, że istnieje również konieczność wypracowania nowych schematów szkolenia w celu wykształcenia dobrze przeszkolonego chirurga. W ciągu ostatnich czterech dekad opracowano i przeanalizowano szereg takich schematów. Głównymi technikami są: trenażery laparoskopowe typu box trainer, modele zwierzęce oraz model ludzkich zwłok. W artykule zebrano dostępne obecnie metody szkolenia, opisując historię ich rozwoju i możliwe kierunki przyszłych badań.

    In the last three decades there has been an increasing interest in the study of the interaction between the author and the reader in written texts. In this paper, we propose to focus on the analysis of the authorial presence in the internship reports. To this end, we analysed a corpus of L1 French students’ internship reports. The occurrences of JE, NOUS and ON allowed us to establish a list of different functions of these pronouns by observing how trainee-writers are using these three pronouns. These observations enabled us to put forward certain hypotheses concerning training of the future language teachers.

    The material presents issues related to using virtual simulator technology to design and implement various types of vehicle training stimulator-simulators. The needs were discussed for computer-assisted training using virtual simulation. Benefits of using virtual simulation technology were pointed out. The properties of a selected virtual simulation environment, as VBS3 [8] [13] is, were presented. Examples of three different vehicle-training simulators were presented: a medium-sized State Fire Service combat vehicle, and a railed as well as a wheeled LAV Rosomak armoured vehicle. Each of the trainers was built in order to carry out the training. The State Fire Service vehicle is used to study decision-making by the driver while driving to the place of action. The LAV Rosomak is used to train the use of weapons systems fitted in the vehicle by the commander as well as actions taken. The rail vehicle simulator is designed to train operators of these types of vehicles and to train for proper response to signals and situations within the area of the track. Examples of dedicated virtual objects were presented. At the end, exemplary training stimulator-simulators are presented using the technology of virtual simulators.

    W artykule zostały przedstawione wyniki badania empirycznego przeprowadzonego wśród członków Polish Society for Training and Development (PSTD), dotyczącego sprawiedliwego wynagradzania osób prowadzących szkolenia. Na podstawie dostępnych raportów płacowych (Sedlak&Sedlak, Hays) przeanalizowano także wynagrodzenia specjalistów ds. szkoleń w latach 2013–2018.
    The article presents the results of an empirical study conducted among members of the Polish Society for Training and Development (PSTD) regarding fair remuneration of trainers. Based on the available salary reports (Sedlak & Sedlak, Hays), salaries of training specialists in 2013–2018 were also analyzed.
