    Opis:
    Pocztówki stanowią ważną część ikonografii teatralnej. Szczególnie w odniesieniu do budynków, które już nie istnieją lub zostały znacznie przebudowane, takie dokumenty mają nieocenioną wartość. Podobnie jest z uwiecznionymi na pocztówkach scenami przedstawień czy spektakli: o wielu z nich nie wiedzielibyśmy nic, gdyż nie zostały utrwalone w żaden inny sposób. Prezentowane tu pocztówki zostały wyselekcjonowane z kolekcji dotyczącej  budynków teatralnych na Kresach Wschodnich. Wybór obejmuje zarówno stałe siedziby zespołów teatralnych, jak i sale teatralne, w których występowały zespoły objazdowe i amatorskie.
    Old postcards constitute an important part of the iconography of theater buildings. Especially in reference to buildings that no longer exist or have been substantially rebuilt, such records are of inestimable value. The same is true about performance or spectacle scenes captured in the postcard pictures: we would have known nothing about many of them, as they have not been recorded in any other way. The items presented here have been selected from a collection of postcards showing Eastern Borderlands of Poland that cover theater-related themes as well. The selection encompasses both permanent venues of theater companies as well as theater halls where touring and amateur companies performed.

    Artykuł dotyczy historii pierwszego wolnostojącego i specjalnie wzniesionego budynku teatralnego w Warszawie, w którym w latach 1725–1772 występowały zespoły dell’arte i opery drezdeńskiej, a także pierwszy stały zespół polskich aktorów. Autorka nawiązuje do nielicznych ustaleń badaczy zajmujących się tym budynkiem (zwanym Królewskim Opernhauzem, Operalnią lub Teatrem Saskim) – zwłaszcza Martina Hammitzscha, Mieczysława Rulikowskiego i Kazimierza Konarskiego. Dzięki analizie dziesięciu reprodukowanych w artykule rysunków i planów budynku, przechowywanych w archiwum Institut für Denkmalpflege oraz w Landeshauptarchiv w Dreźnie, podważa tezę Hammitzscha datującego gmach na 1748 i sugeruje, że budowa została ukończona już w 1725 roku. Podważa również tezy o udziale Giuseppe’go Galli Bibieny, Matthäusa Daniela Pöppelmanna czy Joachima Daniela Jaucha w projektowaniu Operalni. Nazwisko projektanta pozostaje nieznane, wiadomo jednak, że był on pod silnym wpływem drezdeńskiej sceny artystycznej, gdyż zauważalne jest podobieństwo między warszawskim teatrem a tzw. Kleiner Komedienhaus w Dreźnie. W artykule omówione zostały także dostępne materiały dotyczące przebudowy gmachu w 1748 roku. Prace ograniczyły się wtedy prawdopodobnie do renowacji wnętrza, a być może i fasady, do zmiany wystroju sali widowiskowej oraz ulepszeń technicznych sceny. Rozwiązania architektoniczne zastosowane w Operalni miały istotny wpływ na rozwój scen teatralnych w Polsce.
    The article discusses the history of the first free-standing purpose-built theater edifice in Warsaw, which, from 1725 to 1772, hosted performances by dell’arte troupes and the Dresden Opera, as well as the first permanent ensemble of Polish actors. The author refers to the scant research on this building (known as the Royal Opernhauz, Operalnia, or Saxon Theater), focusing on the findings of Martin Hammitzsch, Mieczysław Rulikowski, and Kazimierz Konarski. Based on an analysis of ten drawings and plans of the building from Dresden archives (Institut für Denkmalpflege and Landeshauptarchiv), which are reproduced in the article, she challenges Hammitzsch’s dating of the edifice in 1748 and suggests that its construction was completed as early as 1725. She also disagrees with the claim that Giuseppe Galli Bibiena, Matthäus Daniel Pöppelmann or Joachim Daniel Jauch were involved in designing the Saxon Opera House. The name of the architect remains unknown; however, it is clear that he must have been strongly influenced by the Dresden art scene, as there is a noticeable similarity between the Warsaw theater and the Kleiner Komedienhaus in Dresden. The article also discusses the available material concerning the reconstruction of the edifice in 1748, which was probably limited to the renovation of the interior and perhaps also the façade, the redecoration of the auditorium, and technical improvements to the stage. The architectural solutions used in the Opera House had a significant impact on the development of theater stages in Poland.

    The analysis of the literature sources dealing with the problems of formation of conceptual solutions of the open-type theatrical and entertainment facilities construction was done in the article.     This publication reviews the research projects conducted by students and lecturers of the Institute of Architecture of Lviv Polytechnic National University. These projects offer various ways of building “landscape” theaters with infrastructure, that would be located in green zones of the largest Ukrainian cities and provide the population with modern cultural and spectacular complexes.

    Artykuł jest próbą włączenia refleksji na temat mobilności kulturowej dramatu i teatru ukraińskiego w Polsce po 24 lutego 2022 w obręb badań nad wielojęzycznością i wieloetnicznością teatru w kontekście współczesnych ruchów migracyjnych. W centrum zainteresowania znajdują się strategie przedstawieniowe ukraińskich dramatów prezentowanych w Polsce w szczególnych okolicznościach wywołanych pełnowymiarową napaścią Rosji na Ukrainę. Autorka analizuje wybrane czytania performatywne dramatów tłumaczonych na język polski oraz projekty teatralne ukraińskich artystów realizowane w Polsce, by zbadać różne architektury międzykulturowego spotkania w ramach działań artystycznych i wzmacniania podmiotowości przybyszów z Ukrainy, między innymi poprzez równouprawnienie ich języka. Za najistotniejszy element architektury międzykulturowego spotkania uznaje różne strategie rozszczelniania pola językowej uznawalności, które sytuuje omawiane na polskim gruncie zjawiska w obrębie szerszych badań nad performatywnością języka i jego cielesną materialnością oraz performowania uchodźctwa.
    This article undertakes to inscribe considerations on the cultural mobility of Ukrainian drama and theater in Poland after 24th February 2022 into research on theater multilingualism and multiethnicity in the context of contemporary migration. It focuses on the peformative strategies of Ukrainian dramatic texts presented in Poland under the extraordinary circumstances resulting from Russia’s full-scale attack on Ukraine. The author analyzes selected performative readings of dramas translated into Polish, as well as theater projects carried out in Poland by Ukrainian artists, in order to explore the various architectures of intercultural encounter involved in artistic activities and enhancement of the agency of Ukrainian incomers, also through the empowerment of their language. As the most important element of the architecture of intercultural encounter she identifies various strategies of cracking the field of linguistic recognition, which situates phenomena discussed in the Polish context within the broader framework of research on the performativity of language and its corporeal materiality, as well as the performance of refugeeism.
