Opis:
The article reveals the main approaches to determining the place of innovative technologies in the process of forming the professional competence of future bachelors of professional (vocational) education. The author analyzes the possibilities of professional disciplines of the food profile and substantiates the feasibility of using innovative technologies in the process of studying them at different stages of practical training. A necessary condition for the preparation of competitive specialists, principled, proactive, capable of conscious professional activity is the use of active forms of educational and cognitive work of students. Despite the increase in the number of scientific publications on the problems of implementing innovative learning technologies, the algorithm for their use in the process of conducting professional disciplines is still insufficiently substantiated. The problem of the quality of training of future specialists remains relevant in the educational process, so scientists are in search of tools that will help to use the common activities of the teacher and students more effectively. The use of active forms and methods of teaching, innovative technologies optimize the educational process; contribute to the training of highly qualified specialists with developed practical thinking, creative imagination, and the ability to resolve non-standard situations. The introduction of innovative learning technologies in the process of teaching professional disciplines to future bachelors of vocational (vocational) education contributes to the formation of their conscious need for an independent pursuit of professionalism, the development of a mechanism for self-organization of mental activity, the creation of conditions for the independent acquisition of professional competencies, their application in practice is important in the context of modern trends in the development of European education. At the same time, the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature and the practice of organizing professional training of bachelors shows that the use of innovative technologies as a guarantee of high-quality training of future specialists in professional (vocational) education requires periodic revision and clarification of the features of using higher pedagogical educational institutions in the educational process establishments. Taking into account the results of the study and limiting itself to the conditions of a certain institution of higher pedagogical education, the author offers his own vision of the use of innovative technologies in the process of studying professional disciplines by future bachelors of professional (vocational) education. The essence of the methods and forms of training used in carrying out practical work on the discipline «Technology of products of the restaurant industry» is considered; the need for problem-based learning in the training of future specialists in professional (vocational) education is indicated. A fragment of practical work is presented, focused on the formation of knowledge and skills of students, in the context of which it is proposed to use certain forms and methods of training, which will contribute to the formation of readiness for professional activity of future specialists.
У статті розкриваються основні підходи до визначення місця інноваційних технологій у процесі формування професійної компетентності майбутніх бакалаврів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти. Автор аналізує можливості фахових дисциплін харчового профілю та обґрунтовує доцільність використання інноваційних технологій у процесі їх вивчення на різних етапах практичного заняття. Необхідною умовою підготовки конкурентоспроможних фахівців, принципових, ініціативних, здатних до свідомої професійної діяльності, є використання активних форм навчально-пізнавальної роботи студентів. Незважаючи на збільшення кількості наукових публікацій з проблем реалізації інноваційних технологій навчання, алгоритм їх використання у процесі проведення фахових дисциплін все ще недостатньо обґрунтований. Проблема якості підготовки майбутніх фахівців залишається актуальною в освітньо-виховному процесі, тому науковці перебувають у пошуку інструментарію, що допоможе більш ефективно використовувати спільну діяльність педагога та студентів. Використання активних форм та методів навчання, інноваційних технологій оптимізують освітній процес, сприяють підготовці висококваліфікованих фахівців із розвиненим практичним мисленням, творчою уявою, умінням вирішувати нестандартні ситуації. Впровадження інноваційних технологій навчання в процесі навчання фаховим дисциплінам майбутніх бакалаврів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти сприяє формуванню у них усвідомленої потреби в самостійному прагненні до професіоналізму, розвитку механізму самоорганізації розумової діяльності, створенню умов для самостійного набуття професійних компетентностей, їх застосування на практиці, що є важливим в умовах сучасних тенденцій розвитку європейської освіти. Водночас, аналіз психолого-педагогічної літератури і практики організації професійної підготовки бакалаврів свідчить, що використання інноваційних технологій, як запоруки якісної підготовки майбутніх фахівців професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти, потребує періодичного перегляду та уточнень особливостей використання в навчально-виховному процесі вищих педагогічних навчальних закладів. Зважаючи на результати дослідження та обмежуючись умовами визначеного закладу вищої педагогічної освіти, автор пропонує власне бачення використання інноваційних технологій у процесі вивчення фахових дисциплін майбутніми бакалаврами професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти. Розглядається сутність методів та форм навчання, які застосовуються при проведенні практичних робіт з дисципліни «Технологія продукції ресторанного господарства»; вказується на необхідність проблемного навчання у підготовці майбутніх фахівців професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти. Показано фрагмент проведення практичної роботи, орієнтованої на формування знань та вмінь студентів, в розрізі якого пропонується використання певних форм та методів навчання, що сприятиме формуванню готовності до професійної діяльності майбутніх фахівців.

ObjectivesThe authors formulated a hypothesis that, on completion of the training program by cadets, their vestibular habituation would increase, measured by the time of the duration of the test on the unlocked looping, in contrast to the initial values and the control group.Material and MethodsThe research involved 35 male cadets, first-year students of the Polish Air Force Academy in Dęblin. The examined persons were on average 20 years of age. They were divided into 2 groups. Group A (N = 25, tested) continued training on Special Aviation Gymnastic Instruments (SAGI). The cadets were a homogeneous group of participants in the jet pilot course, selected by the Military Aeromedical Board. Group B (N = 10, control) conducted the standard physical military education program. Groups A and B were tested on the unlocked looping before and after the training process. In the training process, the groups had heart rate (HR) monitored.ResultsThe cadets in group A on the test in the unlocked looping, at the beginning of the training period, had an average score of 468.5±96.6 s, and on completion of the training period 575.6±47.9 s, which is a statistically significant difference at p < 0.000001. Similarly, the examined individuals in group B received an average score of 396.2±31.8 s, and at the end of the training period 473.4±72.0 s, which is a statistically significant difference at p < 0.01. In group A, a statistically significant decrease in the average HR value was observed. In group B, there was a statistically significant increase in the average HR value.ConclusionsThe exercises on SAGI have a beneficial impact on improving the habituation of the vestibular organ in training cadets in examination II, as opposed to examination I and the control group.

We developed, justified and verified methodological foundations for the professional training of specialists in public management of quality and security of socio-cultural forms of education, science and innovation systems of diploma-training of future representatives of the academic sphere, successors of scientific heritage of the trans-boundary level to consolidate the efforts of quality and safety cohesion of acquired and prolonged trajectories of employment and professional development , pleasure insurance according to the needs and requirements of interested and academically worthy and capable categories of applicants for educational and scientific services and consulting and advisory services to build intellectual and emotional capacity of perspective development of transcultural interaction of communicative perception of understanding and consent of diverse categories of society without breaking the biosocial stability equilibrium. We achieved the goals of axiological analysis of conceptual and categorical apparatus with regard to the problem of professional training of future public management specialists on the basis of scientific schools of managerialism in philosophical, psychological and pedagogical and managerial literature; we established the semantics of organization of professional training of future public management specialists for teaching activity ; we justified the structure of professional competence of future public management specialists. We applied a set of methods – axiological analysis, systemic and institutional for semantics of the training management system in higher education institutions and the development of methods for organizing professional training of future public management specialists for teaching activity; method of analogy and probabilistic modeling.

This article deals with the problem of academic education of students of Social Work, future social workers, in the field of legal issues. The profession of a social worker requires a broad interdisciplinary knowledge. Problems faced by a social worker when applying the law are connected with a large volume of legal acts, their interpretive unanimity and constant variability (disrupting the sense of stability). The correct application of the law by social workers in the assistance and activation process, requires the appropriate methodical influence in the process of their education, the appropriate selection of issues to be addressed, including problems with which a social worker will have contact in their work. Equally noteworthy is the method of transferring knowledge in the field of legal issues and taking into account the practical aspect of the presented issues. The study analyzed the curricula of selected universities in Poland, in the field of social work, in terms of students’ legal education.

Conducting a speech and language assessment with the mediation of an interpreter is one of the greater challenges facing speech-language pathologists (SLPs)1 both in the United States and worldwide when needing to assess linguistically and culturally different clients (McLeod & Verdon, 2017; Santhanam & Parveen, 2018). The process requires the collaboration of three parties: the service provider, in this case, the speech-language pathologist, the consumer (the client and/or parent, relative or spouse) and the interpreter. This paper provides an overview of the literature on perspectives of educational and medical speech-language pathologists and process and presents an outline of a program to train both the interpreter and the speech-pathologist simultaneously to reach a successful collaborative outcome.
Przeprowadzenie diagnozy logopedycznej za pośrednictwem tłumacza jest jednym z większych wyzwań stojących przed logopedami zarówno w Stanach Zjednoczonych, jak i na całym świecie. Dotyczy to zwłaszcza sytuacji, gdy zachodzi potrzeba diagnozowania osób odmiennych pod względem językowym i kulturowym (McLeod & Verdon, 2017; Santhanam & Parveen, 2018). Proces ten wymaga współpracy trzech stron: usługodawcy, w tym przypadku logopedy, konsumenta (klienta i/lub rodzica, krewnego lub małżonka) oraz tłumacza. Niniejszy artykuł zawiera przegląd piśmiennictwa na temat opinii logopedów zatrudnionych w instytucjach medycznych i edukacyjnych na temat tego procesu. W artykule przedstawiono też zarys programu szkolenia zarówno tłumaczy, jak i logopedów w celu osiągnięcia pomyślnego wyniku takiej współpracy.

The article is a continuation of the considerations on the factors affectingthe effectiveness of vocational education and training from the perspectiveof formal and legal changes. The article presents the results of the analysisof internal factors contributing to the increase in the effectiveness of vocationaleducation and training and to preparing future graduates of vocational schoolsfor entering the labour market. The analysis was made in the context of changesobserved in vocational education and training in the years 2012‒2016, withtaking into account the reform of the education system introduced on 1 September2017.Headteachers of vocational schools have a very important role to play, as theyhave been entrusted with encouraging employers to cooperate and actively participatein the education process. The headteachers’ resourcefulness, creativity,and innovative style of pedagogical supervision determine to a large extentthe success of preparing students for employment in the labour market. Therefore,the method of exercising pedagogical supervision by headmasters formsa key factor affecting changes introduced to the school practice. The dynamicsof successive reforms poses a challenge to each headteacher, and in particularto headteachers of vocational schools. Shaping the system of vocational education and training by adopting legal regulations gives raise to the following questions: How do vocational schools take care of preparing their graduates for entering the labour market? To what extent are vocational schools involved in the process of change?
Artykuł jest kontynuacją rozważań na temat uwarunkowań efektywności procesu kształcenia zawodowego z perspektywy zmian formalnoprawnych. W artykule przedstawiono analizę wyników badań dotyczących czynników wewnętrznych, mających wpływ na zwiększenie efektywności kształcenia w zawodach oraz przygotowania absolwentów szkół zawodowych do rynku pracy. Analizę wykonano w kontekście przemian w edukacji zawodowej w latach 2012–2016 z uwzględnieniem wdrażanej od 1 września 2017 roku reformy systemu oświaty.W szczególnej sytuacji są dyrektorzy szkół zawodowych, którzy mają dodatkowe zadania wynikające z pozyskiwania do procesu kształcenia i współpracy pracodawców. Od przedsiębiorczości, kreatywności, innowacyjności i stylu sprawowania nadzoru pedagogicznego przez dyrektora szkoły zależy w dużej mierze powodzenie, efektywność i skuteczność przygotowania ucznia do zatrudnienia na rynku pracy. Sposób sprawowania nadzoru pedagogicznego przez dyrektora szkoły jest kluczowym elementem wprowadzanych zmian do praktyki szkolnej. Dynamika pojawiania się kolejnych reform jest wyzwaniem dla każdego dyrektora, a w szczególności dyrektora szkoły zawodowej. Modelowanie systemu kształcenia zawodowego przez regulacje prawne skłania do kolejnego pytania: Jak szkoły zawodowe troszczą się o losy absolwentów w przygotowaniu ich do rynku pracy? Do jakiego stopnia szkoły zawodowe angażują się w proces zmian?

This article deals with development of tasks, content, forms and methods of students physical education in Ukrainian vocational schools as the pedagogical process of mastering the values of physical culture. The historical and pedagogical experience of formation of the concept of the skilled workers physical training in 50-90s of XX century and its development as the modern pedagogical system was analyzed, systematized and generalized. The little-known facts and important archival legal documents and regulations on organization and development of the system of the vocational schools students physical education in Ukraine during the investigated period were introduces in to scientific literature. Purpose. The use of historical and pedagogical experience to create a modern model of compulsory physical education of future skilled workers requires the study of the main tendencies of the development of physical education as a pedagogical process in educational institutions for the training of skilled workers in Ukraine in 1950-1990 and the search for ways of revival in the educational field of today sports and recreational innovations that were realized in the process of mastering the values of physical culture of that time. Methods. General scientific: analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, systematization that contributed to study of historical and educational phenomena, facts, creative works of scientists in the sphere of theory and practice of the vocational schools student’s’ physical education during the investigated period. Special historical and pedagogical: search-bibliographic (for studying, analysis, systematization of archival documents, library materials, printed sources concerning the research problem), historical and structural (for study of historical and educational phenomena chronology), historical-comparative (to identify tendencies in development of Ukrainian vocational schools students’ physical education during the investigated period) and the methods of theoretical generalization (for formulation and justification of conclusions of carried out research, identification of the ways of scientific work usage in modern conditions). Results. It was proved that educational system of physical education in 50-90s of the XX century included directions of general, professional-oriented and sport-oriented physical education, which were united only purpose, objectives and principles. The practical significance of the obtained results is that analyzed and generalized experience of physical education development as the pedagogical process in Ukrainian vocational schools during the investigated period may be used for future historical and pedagogical research; introduction it into the modern concept of the vocational students physical training, which will facilitate formation of their physical qualities necessary for successful mastering the future profession and achievement of high professional experience; increase of professional competence of teachers of physical education.

This study determined the level of assessment of subjects with CBT (Computer-Based-Training) application among marine engineering students of John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University-Molo, Iloilo City. The participants in this study were the randomly selected one hundred and thirty-three (133) marine engineering students of JBLFMU-Molo, Iloilo City who had taken subjects with CBTs. The present study employed quantitative-qualitative research design by Creswell (2013). Results reveal the following: (1) review with CBT or CBTR review is the mostly utilized subject because this is needed in the marine engineering licensure examinations; (2) level of assessment of CBTs is excellent; (3) no significant differences in the assessment of CBTs were found out among marine engineering students as classified according to different variables such as academic performance, students’ classification, type of students, and section.
