- The aim of this study was to implement ethical analysis to assess anti - examples of management and decisions made by managers. The main thesis of these considerations is as follows: in order to increase the effectiveness of action in a short period of time, some managers grant themselves the right to exceed ethical standards. Case studies, commonly used in the field of management, human resources management and business ethics, were used by the author.The work consists of three parts. The first describes manageralism and the risks associated with it. The second one focuses on several management cases that do not meet the criteria for professional management. The last part shows the genesis of unethical behavior of managers, their effects and possible ways to counteract them.
