the oldest Polish literary texts - Opis:
- The main aim of the article is to present selected works from the corpus of the oldest Polish texts showing the figure of St. Anne. In the article the characteristics in the lyrical genres (such as little hours, song of Saint Anne) are compared with those present in the prose (such as apocrypha, hagiographic works). The booklets for the members of the Society St. Anne, which are collections of different types of song, are also mentioned. In the article there is the answer if and in what way the genealogical character of the work describing the Saint Grandmother of Christ and the time in which the work was created influenced the content and ideologies present in the selected texts. The majority of the argument is based on the chronology of the creation of works.
