    The issue of the safety of the educational process is not new for society, but it becomes especially relevant when one or another region falls into a zone of conflict, military aggression, or occupation. That is, when the possibilities of providing basic human needs, even at the elementary level, are violated, in particular, due to external factors, such as the unpredictability of security factors, taking into account the aggressive policy of a neighboring state. On October 29, 2021, the UN Security Council adopted resolution 2601 (2021), which strongly condemns attacks on schools, children and teachers and, in fact, for the first time, focuses directly on the link between education and peace and security. Resolution 2601 (2021) emphasizes the invaluable role that education plays for individuals and society, particularly as a vital safe space. They noted that the provision, protection and promotion of continuing education during armed conflict must remain a key priority for the international community.

    Opis:
    Ecocriminology is one of the youngest research interests in the penal sciences. It is lectured in many renowned universities around the world, and since 2019, also in the Police Academy in Szczytno. The author presents the achievements in this fi eld, indicating its practical usefulness for law enforcement agencies, in particular in identifying organised forms of economic crime. These forms include smuggling and illegal trade in protected species of fl ora and fauna (so-called CITES crimes), smuggling and illegal trade in wastes, seizure of properties of particular value to the world’s natural heritage, land, water and air pollution, corruption, etc. The study has been enriched with a research part, in which the author presents the opinions of students—police offi cers of the Police Academy—on the educational activities in ecocriminology.

    Opis:
    The aim of this article is to recall the theory of the sociology of education created almost a century ago by the classic of Polish sociology, Florian Znaniecki, in order to show the topicality of his concept in the face of the symptoms of the crisis of the educational system. The article presents the biographical context and scientific achievements of the creator of the sociology of education. The relations between the disciplines of educational sociology, general sociology and pedagogy were explained. The goals and components of the upbringing process and the system of sociology of upbringing by Florian Znaniecki were outlined. Attention was also paid to the educational environment defined by Florian Znaniecki and the upbringing process was characterized as a preparation for fulfilling the social roles. The theses postulated by the creator of the sociology of education were related to the contemporary educational environment.

    K zásadným a veľmi výrazným problémom s ktorými sa humánne orientovaná spoločnosť musí zaoberať, patrí problém spolužitia s rómskym obyvateľstvom. Tento problém je zložitý, treba ho riešiť koncepčne a kom-plexne a to najmä v oblasti výchovy a vzdelávania. Skvalitnenie výchovy a vzdelávania rómskych detí a žiakov zo sociálne znevýhodneného prostredia je základným predpokladom úspešnej integrácie tejto minority.
    Personal and social development of Roma pupils with special educational needs inprimary schools should be linked to cross-cutting themes of teaching programs in all educationalareas involved in the development of key competencies of pupils. In doing so, communicationanalysis as an integral part of the socialization process of human beings shouldbe taken into account, together with the impact of socially disadvantaged Roma people onthe personality of the child, and together with other factors that adversely affect the personal,social and moral development of Roma pupils with special educational needs. One of thebasic and most efficient solution to the needs of Roma pupils is increasing use of didacticgames in their education, as means for achieving educational objectives. Games are consideredappropriate if they are interesting, motivating and undemanding for students. Theyconstitute an effective method of teaching. An unmotivated student is not interested inlearning new things. This is of course reflected in the poor results of his/her work and, consequently,in the inappropriate behaviour.

    Education today must adequately reflect the needs of the society and be available throughout life, with an equal access for all people at all levels. The real step in solving these problems consists of creating an information and educational e-environment, using open learning, and providing an open access to educational resources. Organisation and management of the educational process, proper development of IT infrastructure, learning management system, and preparing and creating educational content are still necessary to ensure the quality of the educational information environment. Therefore, there is a need for training that could resolve expressed tasks to organise the educational process to a modern level using an information and educational e-environment available 24*7*365.     Opis:
    Creation of an open e-environment is one of the main tasks of universities as its use for educational purposes enhances the quality of education of the modern university. A checking tool of the quality and transparency of e-environment in the world is the use of rating systems. The article describes the main global educational ratings and the impact of their indicators on the university work, the development of internal ratings of university structural divisions based on indicators of the Webometrics rating. An analysis was made of the publication activity of scientific and pedagogical staff using the Ukrainian information-analytical system “Bibliometric of Ukrainian Science” and a comparative study was performed to analyse the qualitative provision of masters by the teaching staff based on the newly-established and implemented in the BGKU rating system “E-portfolios.”

    The author carried out a philosophical analysis of the concept, nature and sources of formation of the new information and communication environment concerning the formation and development of personality, formed under the influence of the information revolution. Actualization of culture-created functions related to science and modern interpretation of hermeneutics determine the fundamental reorientation of the educational paradigm to the hermeneutic one, which implies that modern education should evolve towards humanization which is understood as building relationships involved in the educational process on the basis of mutual respect. Under such conditions, the main purpose of education is the development of the individual learner, and intensification of his (her) cognitive and spiritual activity. Instead of inductive and deductive inferences and generalizations, instead of typing and summarizing a multiplicity there is a need for a special type of generalizations - mereological generalizations and conclusions based on distinguishing the extraordinary and the original in the subject, its idealization and transferring the properties from a part to the whole.
    Autor w artykule przeprowadza filozoficzą analizę pojęcia, natury i źródeł powstawania nowego środowiska informacyjnego i komunikacyjnego związanego z tworzeniem i rozwojem osobowości, które powstaje pod wpływem rewolucji informacyjnej. Aktualizacja funkcji kulturotwórczych związanych z nauką i nowoczesna interpretacja hermeneutyki określa zasadniczą reorientację paradygmatu edukacyjnego, co oznacza, że nowoczesna edukacja powinna ewoluować w stronę humanizacji, która jest rozumiana jako budowanie relacji uczestniczących w procesie edukacyjnym na podstawie wzajemnego szacunku. W takich warunkach, głównym celem edukacji jest rozwój uczącego się, a także intensyfikacja jego (jej) aktywności poznawczej i duchowej. Zamiast indukcyjnych i dedukcyjnych wniosków i uogólnień, zamiast podsumowywania mnogości istnieje potrzeba specjalnego rodzaju uogólnień - kolektywnych uogólnień opartych na odróżnienianiu rzeczy niezwykłych i oryginalnych w temacie, idealizacja i przeniesienie własności z części do całości.

    Abstract: The objectives and tasks of information-educational environment for higher education are presented. These include: monitoring and information support of teaching processes, scientific research; career counselling for students. The implementation of tasks for information and education environment at the examples of the universities of the Russian Federation is presented. The training rules for specialists in the field of information technology as well as the responsibility for creating their own information environment are described at the example of Herzen National State University. The factors of the effectiveness of information environment are analyzed.     The contemporary of an institutional – educational instytucions function in reality a dynamically developing civilization. It generates a processual changeswhich in turn implies the need to adapt to the designated (or rather imposed) contemporary standards. This means that in terms of institutional education, didactic and educational workalready at preschool level, there has been a need for proactive change. In the area of substantive content, they relate, inter alia, reform of the existing and implementation of the new core curriculum. Therefore, the question arises about the nature of the criterion of introduced transformation. For it seems that the modern times, and the requirements of both institutions and individuals, have led to the need to assess educational institutions in terms of the quality of their structural and substantive work. Hence, the aim of this paper is to draw attention to the quality of work of the nursery. The tangible for effect of its proper functioning is to provide quality education so that every child is developing on the best of their abilities. Therefore, as a result of concern, the authors of this article, raised their problem of planned and thought out raising process the quality of work in preschool educational establishments.

    The family is one of the important areas of research in the sciences of theology. Researchers consider various aspects of life in the family. They pay attention to the family as the primary educational environment. Increasingly, these issues are taken by catecheticsteachers. Analyses undertaken in this study are intended to show the family as an educational environment in terms of Polish catechetics teachers. undertaken analyses do not pretendto fully describe the research in contemporary catechetics. They are more in the nature of a sketch. This paper highlights the key thematic areas of the family as an educational environment. First the terms „family” and „educational environment” were clarified. Then the issues were described in detail. Much attention was paid to the issues related to the integral recognition of education in the family and with those responsible for education. Efforts were made at the same time see the similarities and differences in opinions of Polish catechetics teachers. The relationship between socialization and upbringing in the family, how to implement educational functions and co-operation with other family educational environments (eg. school, church) were considered significant. In this context there were given offers of further study. These included, among others, the need for dialogue of catechetics teachers with representatives of the social sciences. This will not only allow to develop a sound theory but also to conduct quantitative and qualitative research. The acquired data will enrich the catechetical study area and may contribute to the improvement of family catechesis and pastoral care.

    W artykule poruszono kwestię konieczności zmiany modelu uczenia się. W odwołaniu do współczesnych modeli edukacji wskazano czynniki sprzyjające i hamujące proces uczenia się. W opracowaniu skupiono się na poszukiwaniu obszarów sensytywnych oraz wskazano kierunki i sposoby działania umożliwiające nowe, adekwatne funkcjonowanie organizacji skoncentrowanych na uczeniu się. Rozwiązanie przedstawiono w systemowym przejęciu przez ponowoczesne instytucje odpowiedzialności za powszechny, skoncentrowany na rozwoju system edukacji. Wnioski przeprowadzonego wywodu koncentrują się wokół samego ujęcia uczenia się, treści tego, co ma być uczone, a także czynników hamujących oraz wspierających wdrażanie zmian.
    The article concerns the necessity of changing the model of learning. It indicates sensitive issues in the teacher – student relationship and refers to modern educational models (e.g. Brunner, Cultural Relevant Pedagogy). The article focuses on finding sensitive issues and proposes courses of action which could enable new and adequate functioning of teaching organizations. The proposed solution is systemic taking responsibility by post-modern institutions for developmentally oriented system of education. The conclusions based on the analysis concentrate on the concept of learning, the content of what ought to be taught and factors impeding and supporting implementation of changes.

    This article applies to the issue of co-creation as a key factor in the success of the school, and thus the object of evaluation of educational processes. The thesis was that in responsible thinking about school, the most important are not institutional but process aspects. Traditionally it was assumed that organizations create value (in the form of products and services) and exchange it with consumers. That product-centric approach to creating value is being replaced by an individual experience and co-creating value with customers. The school cannot be limited to the place, where the strictly planned process of education occur. Responsible school should be an innovative experiment environment in which all stakeholders share responsibility and are committed to creating value
    Artykuł dotyczy problematyki współtworzenia wartości jako kluczowego czynnika powodzenia pracy szkoły, a tym samym przedmiotu ewaluacji procesów edukacyjnych. Postawiono tezę, że w odpowiedzialnym myśleniu o szkole najważniejsze są jej aspekty procesowe, a nie instytucjonalne. Ten produkto-centryczny sposób podejścia do tworzenia wartości, także w przypadku edukacji, zostaje zastępowany przez nacisk na indywidualne doświadczenie i współtworzenie wartości. Szkoła nie może być ograniczona do miejsca, gdzie zachodzą ściśle zaplanowane procesy kształcenia. Odpowiedzialna szkoła powinna być innowacyjnym środowiskiem doświadczeń, w którym wszyscy są współodpowiedzialni i zaangażowani w tworzenie wartości.
