Opis:: This paper presents a ternary (4:2) compressor, which is an important component in multiplication. However, the structure differs from the binary counterpart since the ternary model does not require carry signals. The method of capacitive threshold logic (CTL) is used to achieve the output signals directly. Unlike the previously presented similar structure, the entire capacitor network is divided into two parts. This segregation results in higher reliability and robustness against unwanted process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) variations. Simulations are performed by HSPICE and 32nm CNFET technology. Simulation results demonstrate about 94% higher performance in terms of power-delay product (PDP) for the new design over the previous one.

Opis:: Six interesting variants of the logics BN4 and E4—which can be considered as the 4-valued logics of the relevant conditional and (relevant) entailment, respectively—were previously developed in the literature. All these systems are related to the family of relevant logics and contain Routley and Meyer's basic logic B, which is well-known to be specifically associated with the ternary relational semantics. The aim of this paper is to develop reduced general Routley-Meyer semantics for them. Strong soundness and completeness theorems are proved for each one of the logics.

Opis:: Generalized Rademacher functions, constructed as a sequence of elements of Galois fields are intended to find the spectral representation of signals with levels. These functions form a complete basis on the interval corresponding to -1 discrete time intervals and for passing into the classical Rademacher functions. The advantage of such spectra obtained using Galois Fields Fourier Transform is that the range of variation of the spectrum amplitudes remains the same as the range of variation of the original signal, which is modeled on discrete time functions taking values in the Galois field.
