    W artykule przedstawiano wyniki badań zagadnień charakteryzujących tworzenie i funkcjonowanie sieci tymczasowych, tj. sieci, które są organizowane w celu realizacji dużych, złożonych przedsięwzięć gospodarczych, najczęściej kosztownych i przekraczających możliwości realizacyjne jednego przedsiębiorstwa i które są powołane na określony okres czasu. Skupiono się nad strategicznymi zagadnieniami tworzenia i funkcjonowania tych sieci, które mają wpływ na wyniki funkcjonowania sieci, a w konsekwencji na sukces lub porażkę przedsięwzięcia. W opracowaniu przedstawiono charakterystykę sieci tymczasowej jako pewnej kategorii organizacji sieciowych. Celem artykułu jest dokonanie diagnozy w oparciu o analizę literatury i wywiady strategicznych zagadnień tworzenia sieci tymczasowej od strony organizacyjnej i formalnej oraz zasad współpracy w ramach sieci.
    The article presents the results of research on issues that characterize the creation and functioning of temporary networks, ie networks, which are organized to carry out large, complex projects, mostly costly and beyond the capacity of one enterprise and which are set up for a specified period of time. Focused on the strategic issues of creating and operating these networks that affect the performance of the network, and consequently the success or failure of the project. The description of the temporary network as a certain category of organization network is presented. The aim of the article is to make a diagnosis based on literature analysis and interviews on strategic issues of creating a temporary network from the organizational and formal side as well as principles of cooperation within the network.

    Opis:
    The purpose of the article was to determine the success factors of the project and the company in the temporary network implementing the project. The temporary network is established for a specified period of time, for the implementation of the project with a particular technical and organizational complexity. The performance of the that project exceeds the executive capacity and competence of one company. In this paper based on the research literature, focused interviews and participating observations, factors that are the key to achieving the project’s goal were sought. The article attempted to extend this type of approach in relation to the enterprise involved in the implementation of the project within the network. Authors of this article, in order to measure success factors, identified the basic criteria and measures for assessing the success of a complex project and measures of the success of a company that is involved in the project on the network, as well as the entire temporary network.
    Celem artykułu było określenie czynników sukcesu projektu oraz sukcesu przedsiębiorstwa w sieci tymczasowej realizującej projekt. Sieć tymczasowa powołana jest na określony czas do realizacji projektu o szczególnej złożoności techniczno-organizacyjnej, którego wykonanie przewyższa zdolności wykonawcze i kompetencje jednego przedsiębiorstwa. W niniejszym artykule na podstawie badań literatury, wywiadów ukierunkowanych z realizatorami wybranych złożonych projektów oraz obserwacji uczestniczących poszukiwano czynników, które mają kluczowe znaczenie dla osiągnięcia celu projektu. W artykule starano się rozszerzyć tego typu podejście w odniesieniu do przedsiębiorstwa zaangażowanego w realizację projektu w ramach sieci. Autorzy artykułu, aby móc mierzyć czynniki sukcesu, zidentyfikowali podstawowe kryteria i mierniki oceny sukcesu złożonego projektu oraz mierniki sukcesu przedsiębiorstwa współrealizującego projekt w sieci, a także całej sieci tymczasowej.

    Opis:
    Mass wasting processes are very dangerous phenomena, mainly due to their unpredictability. Moreover, their tumultuous and rapid character has led to attempts of predicting the places of occurrence of such phenomena and to assess the possible threat. Unfortunately, it is not possible to monitor all potentially unstable areas, however, temporary monitoring of such areas, that are already activated, is legally required. Monitoring the area prone to mass movements is essential to assure the safety of its inhabitants and their possessions. The article presents the example of a surveying solution which was applied to monitor the landslide areas as well as their surroundings. The subject of the research was the landslide that occurred within the area of the Carpatians flysch in the village of Kłodne. Its activation, disastrous in its effects, occurred in 2010 and was caused by an intense rainfall. The first described stage of the research was the design and stabilisation of a control network. This resulted in the stabilisation of 68 points creating an observational network. The next stage, described in the article, was conducting two observational series using both satellite and classic measurement techniques. In the following part of the article, the results of the field measurements were discussed. The analysis of the results started with the calculation of coordinates of all points stabilised on the researched area in reference to the national spatial reference system. The calculations were made for each measurement series separately. After the conduction of works aimed at detecting fixed points in the creat ed surveying network, a slight horizontal displacement of several points located in the landslide area has been noticed. The determined displacements slightly exceed the values of measurement errors. In order to verify the obtained results, it is necessary to conduct more measurement series

    W artykule opisano realizację kilku projektów na terenie Poznańskiego Obszaru Metropolitalnego ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem użycia obudów do wykopów tymczasowych, zasad ich doboru i stosowania. Podano przykłady doboru trzech różnych obudów, obliczenia parcia czynnego gruntu oraz wyboru z katalogu producenta: obudowy skrzynkowej typu boks STANDARDBOX 3,50x2,40 m + nadstawka 3,50x1,40 m, obudowy liniowej OWS 5AN oraz obudowy punktowej 5,50x4,20x4,80 m.
    The article describes realization of several projects in the „Poznan Metropolitan Area” with particular emphasis on the use of trench shorings for temporary excavation and the principles of their selection and use. It presents three examples of the selection of three different trench shoring systems. It also presents calculations of active soil pressure and the selection of trench shoring systems from the manufacturer’s catalog: box shoring system STANDARDBOX 3,50x2,40 m + top box 3,50x1,40 m, linear shoring system OWS 5AN and point shoring system 5,50x4,20x4,80 m.
