    Opis:
    The aim of the research was to investigated the influence of cooling rate during welding on joint properties made of austenitic steel 1.4301. Three test panels were made: cooled in air, cooled by dipping the plate in water and cooled by spraying water from the side of the weld ridge. Non-destructive examinations (visual, penetrative and radiographic) and destructive tests (stretching, bending and impact tests) were made on the test panels. In addition, the ferrite content measurement was carried out. It has been shown that the cooling affects the ferrite content and the impact strength of the joint.
    W pracy zbadano wpływ szybkości chłodzenia podczas spawania na własności złącza wykonanego ze stali austenitycznej 1.4301. Wykonano trzy płyty próbne: chłodzoną w powietrzu, chłodzoną poprzez zanurzenie płyty w wodzie oraz chłodzoną poprzez natrysk wody od strony grani. Na płytach próbnych wykonano badania nieniszczące (wizualne, penetracyjne oraz radiograficzne) oraz niszczące (rozciągania, zginania oraz badania udarności). Dodatkowo wykonano pomiar zawartości ferrytu. Wykazano, że szybkość chłodzenia ma wpływ na poziom zawartości ferrytu oraz na udarność złącza.

Punktem wyjścia do prowadzonych analiz są Europejskie i Krajowe Ramy Kwalifikacji oraz Zalecenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady w sprawie kluczowych kompetencji w uczeniu się przez całe życie.
    The fundamental role in the social transformation play a role information means. Nowadays, it determine rate and directions of the civilization development. This transformations cause a consequences for life and function of everybody and all the community. One of the consequences is necessary of a lifelong learning. Whole of this article is about this problems and a role of information science in this process. A starting point for the analyses are European and National Qualifications Framework and a recommendation of the European Parliament and of the Council on key competences for lifelong learning.

    Opis:
    The questions of processing expert information provided by the group of experts are considered. In the treatment group of expert opinion there is a problem obtaining a generalized result. It is assumed that the information is a set of qualitative and quantitative features (alternatives), described by linguistic concepts. Statistical methods of expert’s data processing are quite complicated when the expert’s answers have form of ranking or separation, and quite simple, if the answers are the results of independent pairwise comparisons. In this article are proposed to carry out processing of expert information by methods of the fuzzy sets theory. Using this theory are developed a method for determining the qualifications of the expert based on his length of service and number of expertise conducted by him, the results of which are accurate. The developed method is based on the construction of a system on fuzzy logic with fuzzifikator and defuzzifikator. For processing expert’s estimates are suggested each alternative presented in the linguistic variable form and evaluate it by assigning a group of experts of membership functions each term by the direct method. Obtaining a generalized assessment based on all expert’s estimates going on with regard to their competence. In this paper a method of ranking fuzzy alternatives are propose. Based on the developed methods of data processing was designed an automated system that allows to determine the experts qualification, generalized result of expert group evaluation and of ranking alternatives. The developed technology is applicable to any subject area, where it is necessary to analyze alternatives for many of the criteria based on processing of expert estimations.
