    In this paper we address the problem of conducting negotiations via Web. We discuss the notion of negotiation support systems and electronic negotiation systems describing in details their functionalities. The discussion is framed by the three-phase negotiation process model, which distinguished different tasks and activities at each negotiation stage that requires different tools for their support or facilitation. We also show the examples of negotiation support systems considering both their advantages and disadvantages. We conclude with summary, in which we try to compare and evaluate the current software solutions.

    W artykule poruszono kwestię transformacji modelu ekonomicznego w kierunku gospodarki okrężnej. Transformacja ta staje się koniecznością ze względu na ograniczenia ze strony środowiska naturalnego. Rozpatrywana problematyka skupia się wokół potencjału technologii internetowych. Podjęto próbę wykazania, że technologie internetowe mają potencjał wspierający zachowania konsumenckie spójne z zasadami gospodarki okrężnej. Zawarto również analizę potencjalnych barier technicznych, społecznych i ekonomicznych, ważnych dla powszechnego wykorzystania technologii internetowych w tym celu. Jako metod badawczych użyto analizy literatury przedmiotu oraz analizy krytycznej. Artykuł wieńczy konkluzja, że mimo wielu występujących barier potencjał technologii internetowych dla wsparcia realizacji gospodarki okrężnej jest bardzo obiecujący.

    W artykule przedstawiono możliwości wykorzystania elementów technologii internetowych w rozproszonych systemach pomiarowo-sterujących (RSPS). Zaprezentowano dedykowane serwery WWW instalowane po stronie obiektowej oraz przedstawiono technologię ich konfigurowania i tworzenia stron WWW. Wskazano na mozliwość realizacji RSPS, spełniających wymogi czasu rzeczywistego w sieciach z Ethernetem przemysłowym i ze stosem protokołowym TCP/IP. Przedstawiono architekturę typu "producent-konsument" oraz protokół NDDS do realizacji RSPS czasu rzeczywistego.
    In the paper, current trends in development of distributed measurement - control (DMCS) systems are presented. Influence of Industrial Ethernet and Emmbedded Web Servers on creating new structure of DMCS is presented. Way of embedded Web Servers configuring and way of creating Web pages is outlined. Possible solutions of real-time issues in IP environment by means of PS architecture and NDDS protocol are described.

    The development of internet technologies promotes the popularization of remote teaching. In modern education, it is more and more often used in addition to teaching in a stationary way also teaching children, youth and adults using modern electronic technologies, in using the e-learning method. Each e-teacher conducting a remote job should be aware that the students learning in the e-learning mode are strongly motivated at the time of starting education, but after some time their involvement weakens. It is from the appropriate actions of e-teachers and their support that the motivation of e-learning participants is constant or at a higher level.

    This article touches upon the issue of the interaction between the specificity of the e-commerce industry and the principles of the circular economy. The circular economy is currently the preferred economic model in the European Union, which covers all market participants, i.e. producers, distributors and consumers. At the same time, a strong increase in the popularity of e-commerce platforms has been recorded among consumers. This situation warrants taking up an analysis of the contact points between the circular economy and e-commerce concepts. The purpose of the article was to analyse the opportunities and threats related to the functioning of e-commerce platforms in the conditions of transformation towards a green economic order and circular economy. A desk study was applied as research methods with the use of literature on the subject and SWOT analysis. The result of the analyses is a systematized form of opportunities and threats related to the functioning of e-commerce platforms in a circular economy.
    Artykuł porusza kwestię interakcji między specyfiką branży e-commerce a zasadami gospodarki okrężnej. Gospodarka okrężna jest obecnie preferowanym w Unii Europejskiej modelem ekonomicznym obejmującym wszystkich uczestników rynku: producentów, dystrybutorów i konsumentów. Jednocześnie odnotowywany jest silny wzrost popularności platform e-commerce wśród konsumentów. Sytuacja ta uzasadnia podjęcie analizy na temat punktów stycznych koncepcji gospodarki okrężnej i handlu elektronicznego. Celem artykułu jest analiza szans i zagrożeń związanych z funkcjonowaniem platform e-commerce w warunkach transformacji w kierunku „zielonego” ładu gospodarczego i gospodarki okrężnej. Jako metody badawcze zostały użyte desk study z wykorzystaniem literatury przedmiotu i analiza SWOT. Wynikiem analiz jest usystematyzowana postać szans i zagrożeń związanych z funkcjonowaniem platform e-commerce w warunkach gospodarki okrężnej.

    In the article there are presented results of classification researches of Polish voivodships according to the level of information and telecommunication technology use in enterprises in 2008. In researches there was used ELECTRE TRI method that is an example of multi-criteria method that supports decisions used in classification of decision variants and which is based on the exceeding relation. These results are compared with the grouping obtained using the classical k-means method. K-means is one of the simplest algorithms that solve the well known clustering problem. Grouping of package of object enables on assigned number of concentration (aggregation), which will be differed in possible biggest degree.

    As Supply Chain Transparency is a key success factor for effective Supply Chain Event Management (SCEM), many companies want to track & trace their individual orders. A new SCEM concept uses proven internet-based technologies and the Global Positioning System (GPS) on smartphones to overcome given media breaks of proprietory IT systems and addresses existing obstacles, especially in the fields of intermodal transports. With the integration of common smartphone technologies and transformation of social network principles into the professional field of logistics, a state-of-the-art toolkit is being developed for complex supply networks. Researched benefits result in a quick and interactive information flow with regards to the transparency of transports and shipped items. Gathered information can be published quickly to all relevant stakeholders in real time (like the sender, the shipper or the receiver of a load).

Badania własne przedstawiają wykorzystanie technologii informacyjnych w przedsiębiorstwach przemysłu spożywczego w porównaniu z ogółem przedsiębiorstw. Zakończenie w formie wniosków stanowi końcową część artykułu.
    In the article, the paper discusses the carried out analysis of the use of IT at enterprises of the food industry. Based on the results of the survey carried out by the CSO and Eurostat, it was stated that the information technologies are more or less used by enterprises from the food industry than enterprises as a whole. It seems that entrepreneurs operating in food industry do not see the advantages of applying up-to-date IT systems and automatic exchange of information.

    The presence of Polish museums on the internet is increasing, and not only in the form of websites. Thanks to external funds, among others the Culture+ Programme, electronic versions of catalogues of Polish collections have appeared online; however, they are still limited when it comes to access to information on museum exhibits. In this field, Polish museums are far behind museums from Western Europe; they tend to mainly focus on sharing basic descriptions with virtual documentation. Realisations such as presenting objects in the form of 3D visualisations or 360° degree photographs are still rare. Ironically, such delays are an advantage for our museums, as they allow them to learn from the mistakes of others, and implement the policy of creating and sharing digital collections in a more thoughtful way. Nevertheless, there are the questions: why and for whom? Apart from museum professionals and scientists who use collections for professional purposes, there is also a new group of recipients/users: educators, commercial companies, social media users. Each of these groups has distinct needs, and museums should decide how to respond to them. Examples of attitudes towards sharing should be drawn from experienced and recognised museums. The vision of the Rijksmuseum’s digital collections can be briefly defined: popularisation and interaction with contemporary culture. The catalogues of the Louvre, the Victoria & Albert Museum and the Germanisches Nationalmuseum are serious elaborations of collections, very often extended with knowledge on the state of the objects’ preservation and the state of research, or a deeper virtual trip through the exhibits. There are also extraordinary realisations which entirely revalue the way of thinking about sharing collections, such as Closer to Van Eyck, a comprehensive research and preservation project in the form of an interactive presentation accessible to a broad audience, but also realising the art historian’s dream of full access to knowledge of an object and access to tools for comparative studies. The article, written from the perspective of an art historian, is an overview of selected internet realisations of ways to share museum collections and their information. It also tries to answer the question: What should the aim of digitising museums be, and what forms should this take in the immediate future? How should the methodology of work in the humanities change in the context of the internet, and hence, how should the educational system be adapted? Those are questions which Polish museums ought to answer right now, so that the activities planned for the near future yield satisfactory results for future users in the next few years.
    Polskie muzea coraz liczniej obecne są w internecie i nie tylko w formie stron internetowych. Dzięki funduszom zewnętrznym, m.in. programowi Kultura+, w sieci pojawiły się elektroniczne katalogi polskich zbiorów, które jednak tylko w ograniczonym stopniu dają dostęp do informacji o muzealiach. W tej sferze polskie muzea są opóźnione względem muzeów zachodniej Europy, i ich działania skupiają się głównie na udostępnianiu podstawowych danych opisowych i dokumentacji wizualnej. Realizacje takie, jak prezentacje obiektów w formie wizualizacji 3D czy fotografii obrotowej 360° należą do wyjątków. Paradoksalnie te opóźnienie daje pewną przewagę naszym muzeom – pozwalają uczyć się na błędach sąsiadów i realizować bardziej przemyślaną politykę tworzenia i udostępniania cyfrowej dokumentacji zbiorów. Powstaje jednak pytanie: Po co i dla jakich odbiorców? Oprócz samych muzealników i naukowców, wykorzystujących katalogi do celów zawodowych, mamy też nowy typ odbiorców/ użytkowników: edukatorów, firmy komercyjne, użytkowników mediów społecznościowych. Każda z tych grup ma odmienne potrzeby i muzea powinny zdecydować, w jaki sposób na nie odpowiedzieć. Wzorów podejścia do udostępnienia najlepiej szukać wśród doświadczonych i uznanych muzeów. Wizja cyfrowych zbiorów Rijksmuseum mogłaby być określona krótko: popularyzacja i interakcja ze współczesną kulturą. Katalogi Musee du Louvre, Victoria&Albert Museum czy Germanisches Nationalmuseum to poważne naukowe opracowania zbiorów, często poszerzone o wiedzę nt. stanu zachowania dzieł i stanu badań, pogłębioną wirtualną wycieczką po ekspozycjach. Pojawiają się też wyjątkowe realizacje przewartościowujące o 180° myślenie o udostępnieniu zbiorów, jak Closer to Van Eyck – potężny projekt badawczo-konserwatorski opakowany w interaktywną formę prezentacji przystępną dla szerokiego grona odbiorców, ale też urzeczywistniający marzenie historyka sztuki o pełnym dostępie do wiedzy o obiekcie i posiadaniu narzędzia do badań porównawczych. Artykuł, pisany z pozycji historyka sztuki i muzealnika, wychodzi od przeglądu wybranych realizacji internetowych form udostępnienia zbiorów muzealnych i informacji o nich, stara się też odpowiedzieć na pytanie: Do czego powinna służyć digitalizacja muzealiów i jakie formy przybrać w nadchodzącej przyszłości. Jak powinna zmienić się metodologia pracy nauk humanistycznych w kontekście internetu, a co za tym idzie, jak dostosować do zmian system kształcenia. Są to pytania, na które polskie muzea powinny odpowiedzieć już teraz, tak aby planowane na najbliższy czas działania dały zadowalające efekty dla przyszłych użytkowników za kilka lat.

    The article is an overview of information and communication technologies characterized as Web 2.0, which can be used in remote education. The publication presents applications offered by Google, including their most important functional features and educational opportunities. A common feature of the presented services is their universality, manifested by the possibility of using them at every level of education.

    Remote Education in the Foreign Language Preschool Education — Practical Approach Even though the children’ motivation to learn and cooperate with others is undeniably high, this tendency can still be disturbed by numerous aspects depended on the teacher, such as the classroom management, the selection of teaching aids or methods. This task become even more demanding with the necessity of remote education of preschool children. The aim of this article is to present the practical approach of the remote education in the foreign language preschool teaching process. First, the role of language teaching among the preschool children will be described. The aspects such as special needs and abilities will be emphasized. Secondly, the methods and difficulties of remote language teaching in kindergarten will be presented. Finally, the description of the practical approach will be divided into synchronous and asynchronous solutions, containing some examples of exercises.

    Wraz z rewolucją technologiczną, stosowanie technologii informatycznej jest wszechobecne i stanowi integralną część naszego życia. W dzisiejszych czasach uczniowie języków obcych mają dostęp do szerokiej gamy narzędzi i zasobów internetowych oraz korzystają w coraz szerszym zakresie z technologii cyfrowych (nauka języka wspomagana komputerowo – CALL). Nowoczesne urządzenia IT i aplikacje mobilne znacznie ułatwiły naukę języków obcych dzięki opcjom wyszukiwania informacji w źródłach internetowych i słownikach elektronicznych, sprawdzania pisowni, śledzenia wiadomości, itp. Cyfryzacja w edukacji ułatwia dostęp do materiałów i innych zasobów, jednocześnie nauczyciele podejmują coraz częściej nowe wyzwania, takie jak identyfikacja i wybór zasobów cyfrowych odpowiednich do ich własnych kontekstów dydaktycznych, a także projektowanie i wdrażanie działań z zastosowaniem techniczno-pedagogicznym w nowoczesnych klasach podczas nauki języków obcych. Nie ma potrzeby dodawać, że zarówno nauczyciele, jak i uczniowie muszą zapoznać się z nową technologią, żeby w pełni korzystać z aplikacji i nowoczesnych rozwiązań. Technologie mobilne (MALL – nauka języka wspomagana technologiami mobilnymi) na zasadzie powszechnej/ogólnej dostępności «anytime, anywhere» (Kukulska-Hulme & Shield, 2008) są obecnie szybko rozwijającym się obszarem zainteresowania badaczy, a branża technologiczna dostarcza elektroniczne rozwiązania do nauki języków obcych w coraz większym zakresie. Chociaż «autonomia ucznia» (Benson, 2007) jest promowana przez MALL, a uczniowie mają w większości pozytywny stosunek do korzystania z urządzeń mobilnych, mogą one napotkać na pewne trudności, szczególnie podczas dokonywania wyboru odpowiedniego narzędzia lub programu. W artykule zostaną przedstawione trzy platformy zaprojektowane do nauki języków. Platformy do nauki języka islandzkiego, polskiego i estońskiego jako języka obcego dostępne na stronie https://icelandiconline.com/, www.popolskupopolsce.edu.pl/, https://www.keeleklikk.ee/ zostaną omówione w kontekście CALL i MALL.
    With the revolution of technology in the last century, technology is now available everywhere and is incorporated in many aspects of our life. Nowadays learners of foreign languages have access to a wide range of versatile tools and online resources and benefit from the proliferated use of digital technologies (computer assisted language learning – CALL). Modern IT devices and various applications have considerably facilitated language teaching and learning for different purposes, e.g. finding information, interaction, spell check, etc. Digitalization in education facilitates access to materials and other resources, but at the same time teachers face new challenges, such as identification of digital resources appropriate to their own teaching contexts, as well as designing and implementing activities appropriate to the techno-pedagogical affordances of the modern foreign language classroom. Needless to say that both teachers and students have to acquaint themselves with the new technology. Mobile technologies (mobile assisted language learning – MALL) due to its “anytime, anywhere” principle (Kukulska-Hulme & Shield, 2008) is currently a rapidly developing area of interest for researchers and the amount of (freely) available technology for language learning is abundant and still growing. Although “learner autonomy” (Benson, 2007) is promoted by MALL and learners have mostly a positive attitude towards using mobile devices, they may face certain difficulties, especially when making the choice of the suitable tool(s). The paper will consider three platforms that were designed for language learning. Platforms for learning Icelandic, Polish and Estonian as a foreign language accessible at https://icelandiconline.com/, www.popolskupopolsce.edu.pl/, https://www.keeleklikk.ee/ will be discussed in the context of CALL and MALL.
