    Opis:
    Produkcja piwa jest procesem wieloetapowym i kosztochłonnym. Mimo że w branży browarniczej panuje dosyć duża konkurencja, szczególnie cenowa, to postęp techniczny i technologiczny sprzyja zwiększaniu produkcji i maksymalizacji zysków producentów. Małe browary, w tym też rzemieślnicze, powstające w dużej ilości w ostatnich latach, muszą stale rozwijać i doskonalić swoje procesy wytwórcze, maksymalizować wykorzystanie zasobów oraz optymalizować czas i koszt wytworzenia. Celem pracy była prezentacja wyników badań dotyczących zastosowania oprogramowania BPMS (Bussiness Process Modelling Software) do analizy i usprawnienia procesu warzenia brzeczki piwnej. W tym celu w ramach procedury badawczej zbudowano model procesu, zweryfikowano jego działanie i go opomiarowano. Zgromadzone w wyniku przeprowadzonych symulacji dane dotyczące wydajności i kosztochłonności procesu poddano analizie oraz wskazano możliwości dalszego doskonalenia procesu warzenia.
    Beer manufacturing is a multi-step and expensive production process. Despite high branch competition, continuous technical and technological progress supports the increase of production volume and maximization of income. Small breweries, including craft breweries recently arising in a large amount, have to constantly develop their production processes, maximize the use of resources and optimize time and costs of production. The aim of the paper was to present the results of BPMS (Business Process Modelling Software) application for the analysis and improvement of the brewing process. The aim was realized with the brewing process model building, verification and measurement. Collected data of productivity and production costs were analysed and the possible ways of process development were indicated.

    The article contains considerations on the identification and verification of the impact of gender, and especially the feminine style of management on the success of an organization, with particular emphasis placed on technology startups. It presents examples confirming that women are better equipped to cope with problems in running this type of organization, as compared to men in the same positions. In the course of analysis, it was possible to identify the distinguishing features and characteristics of the female (modern) style of management in the context of startups.

    Opis:
    Nowadays Life Cycle Assessment is the most popular tool that can be used to see environmental load of a machine, a product or a process. LCA defines the impact throughout the life of a product, from the extraction or production of raw material from natural resources, through production, use and final disposal. This method focuses on the assessment of the impact of the tested object on the area of the ecosystem, human health and the resources use. LCA is a very helpful tool in the environmental assessment that is required and results from the current policy of the European Union, which requires the member states to minimize the harmful impact on the environment of every aspect of human life. The publication discusses the LCA life cycle assessment method as one of the methods allowing to estimate the environmental impact of a technological process or some product. The article shows also the history of LCA, the individual stages, advantages and disadvantage this method. This paper it is also an introduction to carry out LCA analysis on the example of a process with the use of the shrink film.

    Technological knowledge is a collection of information from each stage of the casting production preparation process along with production data and quality control data. Knowledge and experience are the most important factors for the dynamic development of each foundry. Efficient archiving and management of technological knowledge, including computer simulations, is a critical part of building competitive advantage. Analysis of historical data allows for drawing the right conclusions, and guarantees improved quality of the final product. Effective enterprise management system, and technological knowledge management system in particular, is an indispensable tool for any innovative foundry. Simulation Process & Data Management is a new, dynamically-developing scientific field. Also in the foundry industry it is a very important step towards the management of casting simulation results.
    Wiedza technologiczna jest to zbiór informacji pochodzących z każdego etapu przygotowania produkcji odlewniczej. Wiedza, doświadczenie są najważniejszym czynnikami dynamicznego rozwoju każdej odlewni. Umiejętne archiwizowanie i zarządzanie wiedza technologiczna, w tym symulacjami komputerowymi jest kluczowym elementem budowania przewagi konkurencyjnej. Analiza danych historycznych umożliwia wyciąganie właściwych wniosków oraz gwarantuje poprawe jakości wyrobu końcowego. Efektywny system zarządzania przedsiebiorstwem, w szczególności system zarządzania wiedzą technologiczną jest niezbędnym narzędziem każdej innowacyjnej odlewni. Simulation Process & Data Management jest nową, dynamicznie rozwijającą się dziedzina nauki. W branży odlewniczej jest to bardzo ważny krok w kierunku zarządzania wynikami symulacji dla odlewnictwa.

    Celem niniejszego opracowania było wskazanie istoty i znaczenia organizacji opartych na wiedzy oraz wskazanie wpływu otoczenia technologicznego na proces budowania organizacji opartych na wiedzy. Analizę empiryczną przeprowadzono w gminie Myślenice. Do badań został wykorzystany wywiad oraz kwestionariusz z pięciostopniową skalą Likerta. Badania wykazały, że gmina Myślenice nie jest organizacją opartą na wiedzy. Nie są wykorzystywane w wystarczającym stopniu nowoczesne systemy ICT. W związku z powyższym zostały sformułowane zalecenia i rekomendacje dla analizowanej gminy.
    The aim of this study is to identify the importance of organizations based on knowledge and influence of environment technology to the process of building knowledge-based organizations. The analysis has been carried out in Myślenice community. For conducting the study an interview and a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale has been used. In summary, the research shows that Myslenice community is not an organization of knowledge. Modern ICT systems are not used sufficiently. In the view of the above recommendations have been formulated recommendations for municipalities Myślenice.

    To increase the efficiency of transport nodes functioning taking into account the logistics management principles it is necessary to optimize the structure and capacity of transport nodes' production resources, and to develop such a method for calculating of joint schedules for vehicles and freight hubs of the transport node, which takes into account stochastic nature of the parameters of material and informational flows. For solving the problems of optimal management of transport nodes functioning processes it is proposed to use the specific efficiency indicator, which is determined as a ratio of total costs of clients servicing in transport node to the costs of production resources used while servicing. According to the used approach for formalization of the transport node internal processes, development of the simulation model was implemented on the base of object-oriented programming principles. TransportNode.dll class library has been used as basic tool for simulations. The model implemented on the base of the library allows to take into account stochastic nature of demand and probabilistic nature of technological processes in transport nodes. Some results of numeric simulations for the loading area “Amur-Gavan” of Dnipropetrovsk River Port have been described in the paper.
