    Globalny trend w kierunku rozwoju nowoczesnych technologii w powiązaniu z rosnącymi oczekiwaniami turystów przyczynił się do powstania presji technologicznej. Jednocześnie nowoczesne technologie zostały uznane za megatrend mający istotny wpływ na funkcjonowanie biznesu. Celem artykułu było przybliżenie istoty i znaczenia presji technologicznej jako stymulanty wykorzystania nowoczesnych technologii oraz jej egzemplifikacja w sektorze turystycznym.
    The global trend towards the development of new technologies in connection with the growing expectations of tourists has contributed to the emergence of technological pressure. At the same time, new technologies have been recognized as a megatrend, having a significant impact on the running of business. The aim of the article was to present the essence and the importance of technological pressure considered as a stimulant of usage of new technologies and its exemplification in the tourism sector.

    Opis:
    Współpraca międzyorganizacyjna stanowi jeden z dynamicznie rozwijających się obszarów badawczych w zarządzaniu strategicznym. Natomiast antecedencje współpracy międzyorganizacyjnej – realizowanej zarówno w diadach, jak i sieciach – pomimo wciąż rosnącej liczby publikacji oraz zainteresowania ze strony badaczy, nie były – jak dotąd – szerzej analizowane. Jednocześnie światowy trend w kierunku rozwoju nowoczesnych technologii przyczynił się do powstania tzw. presji technologicznej, prowadzącej z kolei do digitalizacji sektora turystycznego. Natomiast znaczen ie presji technologicznej dla współpracy w tym sektorze stanowi lukę poznawczą, wciąż wymagającą wypełnienia. Celem artykułu jest przybliżenie istoty i znaczenia presji technologicznej jako antecedencji współpracy międzyorganizacyjnej oraz jej egzemplifikacja w sektorze turystycznym. Wnioski sformułowano na podstawie indywidualnych wywiadów pogłębionych, przeprowadzonych wśród przedsiębiorców turystycznych w różnych regionach Polski.
    The inter-organizational cooperation is one of the dynamically developing areas of research in strategic management. The antecedents of inter-organizational cooperation realized in both dyads and networks, despite the increasing number of publications and interest of researchers, have not yet been widely analyzed. At the same time, the global trend towards the development of new technologies has contributed to the creation of the so-called technological pressure, leading in turn to the digitization of the tourism sector. However, the importance of technological pressure for cooperation in that sector is a cognitive gap, still requiring fulfillment. The aim of the article is to present the essence and the importance of technological pressure as an antecedent of inter-organizational cooperation and its exemplification in the tourism sector. The findings were formulated on the basis of individual in-depth interviews conducted among tourist entrepreneurs in various regions of Poland.

    In this paper the technological process of movable and immovable pressure casting die insert of water pump executed in one of motor industrial plant was presented. Machining processes of casting die elements were described in detail. Individual operations and the process of machining parameters selection were characterized. Machine applications were generated for the virtual 3D model of movable and immovable die insert in Mastercam application operating in Windows environment. An attempt at modification of technological process for selected HSM-applied milling operations (high-speed machining) in Mastercam was made. As the result of modifications it turned out that machining time of rough milling operation has been reduced by almost 49% for movable die insert and by 29% for immovable die insert, which means achieving considerable savings.

    The paper focuses on the research of holding pressure inside the mould cavity and pressing speed as technological parameters of die casting. The experiments conducted within the frame of the practical part examined the plunger and the pressure or the holding pressure in the mould cavity influencing the mechanical properties of a casting which were represented by ultimate tensile strength and percentage share of porosity of Al-Si castings. The results of experiments and analysis of the measured values proved the relation between pressure, or holding pressure, in the mould cavity and the ultimate tensile strength and porosity of castings. Plunger pressing speed is closely related to mould cavity filling mode which affected the final porosity of casting. It can be assumed that die casting is positively influenced by the increase of ultimate tensile strength and reduction of porosity during the increase of pressure or of holding pressure in the mould cavity. Higher values of holding pressure caused the elimination of pores which resulted in a decrease in the percentage share of pores in the casting and an increase in values of ultimate tensile strength.

    Opis:
    Przeprowadzono serię 7 eksperymentów fizykalnej rafinacji oleju kukurydzianego w instalacji pilotowej. Eksperymenty różniły się między sobą zastosowaną temperaturą, ciśnieniem, ilością dodanej pary wodnej, a także czasem trwania. Zaobserwowano, że wyższa temperatura i większa ilość dodanej pary wodnej powodowały obniżenie tokoferolu w oleju rafinowanym. Przedłużanie czasu rafinacji w wyższej temperaturze powodowało wzrost zawartości izomerów trans kwasów tłuszczowych. Najwyższą zawartość składników frakcji polarnej zaobserwowano w próbce rafinowanej w najwyższej temperaturze.
    The series of 7 experiments of the physical refining of the corn oil has been conducted in the pilot scale installation. The influence of such parameters like: time, temperature, pressure and amount of steam on final product composition has been studied. It was observed, that tocopherols content was influenced by amount of applied steam and temperature. Sample refined at the highest temperature contained the greatest amount of polar compounds. The temperature and time of refinning had impact on the amount of created trans fatty acids.
