Opis:: This paper devoted to ship combustion engine diagnostics, presents short characteristics of experimental test techniques applicable to state assessment of piston and gas turbine engines presently being in use in Polish Navy. Some metrological and organizational aspects of realization of necessary diagnostic tests as well as measurements of control parameters of engines of low susceptibility to control, were highlighted. Such engines are installed a.o. on board American origin frigates of Oliver Hazard Perry type as well as Norwegian origin submarines of Kobben type which have been recently incorporated into Polish Navy (i.e.General Electric turbine engines, Detroit Diesel and Mercedes Benz piston engines), as well as older engines of Russian production (Zorya turbine engines, Zvezda piston engines). Applicability of particular diagnostic methods was also assessed from the point of view of their effectiveness in identifying engine failures in conditions of its operation in ship power plant. Recently realized tests have made it possible to conduct operation of all piston and turbine engines used on board Polish Navy ships in accordance with their current technical state. On the average 120-130 diagnostic expertises are yearly issued, and the carried-out tests cover main functional systems of engines together with their control and safety subsystems.

Opis:: Some main results of material and technical base in agricultural enterprises in Ukraine modern state investigation are presented and some main tendencies in the processes of its formation are defined. The dynamic and structure of agricultural technique supplying from abroad is shown. Special attention is devoted to the rising role of leadering dealers of agricultural technique producers. The characteristic of such main dealers of agricultural technique in Ukraine, as well as some conditions of dealer system formation and specifics of competitive fight among dealers for markets and clients are done. The evaluation of statement and possibilities of domestic agricultural machines plants development is realized and needed for that conditioned are defined.

Opis:: The following paper presents the problem of classification (identification) elements in the internal structure of a technical object. This problem is directly linked with diagnostics and compilation of an expert data base. The basis of a process of grouping elements into classes is to make a diagnostic model of a given object in a form of a structure or set of basic elements of an object. In order to conduct the grouping of elements into subsets of s-th classes, the following paper compiles and presents analytical formulas and classification rules. Theoretical considerations presented in this paper are also verified using an engine control system as an example of a complex technical object.

Opis:: In this article the results of the generalization of the essence of the process of reproduction of material and technical base and material and technical resources in agriculture, assessment of their condition and use, studying the level of organization of the system for providing these resources of agricultural producers, and substantiating ways to improve it, are highlighted. In agriculture ensuring of the overall reproduction process depends crucially on ensuring the effective implementation of a qualitative reproduction of its material and technical base. At present, the level of agricultural supply of Ukraine by material and technical resources, their structure and level of efficiency of use and the system of their reproduction leave much to be desired. The main factors of unsatisfactory state of the material and technical base of agriculture and its reproduction in Ukraine are: low investment attractiveness of agricultural enterprises; the absence of a state technical policy and a well-established system of material and technical support in the country; lack of financing of scientific research in the field of production of machinery and equipment and their use in agriculture; low-quality storage of agricultural machinery; lack of training system for working on complex agricultural machinery and its maintenance; difficult financial and economic situation of domestic factories producing agricultural machinery and its low quality. The main directions of solving the problem of expanded reproduction of the material and technical base of agricultural enterprises are the objective regulation of the parity of prices for agricultural and industrial products, the change of depreciation policy in order to increase its importance for accelerating the modernization of technical and technological processes, reforming the domestic agricultural sector of the economy, state assistance development of domestic agricultural machine-building and tractor construction in cooperation with foreign enterprises, creation of a system of repair and maintenance services and the proper infrastructure of the market of agricultural machinery and training system for working with agricultural machinery. A real step in this direction could be the decision to implement budget allocations for the technical reequipment of Ukrainian agricultural producers and the development of infrastructure of the agricultural machinery market at the rate of at least one percent of the amount of the expenditure part of the state budget. It is also worth raising of funds for research in the field of development and improvement of agricultural machinery, equipment and tractors in order to increase their competitiveness.

Uwzględniono wpływ czynników środowiska na strategię wsparcia finansowego jako integralną część strategii rozwoju innowacji maszyn rolniczych. Wyznaczono etapy jej powstawania z naciskiem na warunki rynkowe. Opisano kierunki realizacji strategii wsparcia finansowego dla innowacyjnego rozwoju inżynierii rolniczej, warunki uczest-nictwa inwestorów oraz przedstawiono mechanizm jej realizacji.

Opis:: This article describes functional and diagnostic structure of the equipment of a Wind Power Station. Considering particular operational conditions of a technical object, that is a set of Wind Power Station equipment, this is a significant issue. A structural model of Wind Power Station equipment is developed. Based on that, a functional – diagnostic model of Wind Power Station equipment is elaborated. That model is a basis for determining primary elements of the object structure, as well as for interpreting a set of diagnostic signals and their reference signals.

Opis:: W artykule przedstawiono szacunkowe zestawienia wyników analiz zagrożeń, awarii i katastrof, jakie wystąpiły na terenie Polski w ostatnich 50 latach. Wyniki zestawiono w zależności od charakteru obiektów, technologii wykonania, rodzaju uszkodzeń lub zniszczeń, rodzaju elementów i ich funkcji w konstrukcjach oraz rodzaju materiałów. Wskazano również przyczyny techniczne powstawania zagrożeń, awarii i katastrof wynikające z błędów projektowych i wykonawstwa. Wnioski z analiz powinny stanowić podstawy do innowacyjnych rozwiązań w pracach badawczo-wdrożeniowych.
The paper presents the estimated results of the analyzes risk of failure and building damage that occurred in Poland in the last 50 years. The results were compiled depending on the nature of the objects, technology of execution, the type of damage or destruction, the type elements and their functions in the structures and the type of materials. The technical reasons of risk of failure and building damage resulting from design and execution errors were also indicated. Conclusions from the analyzes should constitute the basis for innovative solutions in research and implementation works.

Opis:: This article is another in a series of articles on the research and the deployment of saturation diving technology in our country. This part discusses Polish specificities and achievements against the background of economic and historical context. It describes the creation of the base for saturation diving in the times of economic hardship in our country. Over this period, the shipbuilding industry was driving saturation diving research as a basis for the construction of diving systems to be exported to secure the extraction of the resources from the sea shelf. This paper describes the efforts of the animators and protagonists of underwater research in our country, whose work is continued to this day. In its second part the author shows how the Polish system of saturation diving was created. The article also considers the technical and organisational conditions in which the first saturation dives took place and the history of the development of the Polish decompression method for saturation diving. A key role in this difficult task was played by the creation of a base for this industry and research potential, assisted by the relevant state agencies, dedicated for the defence sector. A multiannual National Research and Development Plan (Polish abbr. CPBR) was set up with objectives 9.2 and 9.5 focused on medical and technical research resulting in the development of a diving system with its organisational framework, medical safety solutions, and reliable technology. The outcomes of this programme are still being implemented today. Despite advances in the medical and technical fields as well as organisation, the problems of saturation diving are still pertinent because, regardless of its complexity and high cost, this is the most efficient diving format that allows for very deep diving operations, currently up to 400-500m.
