    The article analyses requirements of new methods of student education at the level of secondary school with professional electrical and electronic focus. It describes the creation of a new teaching aid that incites fantasy, concentration and motivation to create interesting things by self competence of students oriented to the electrical field of study. At the same time it orientates students towards unconventional ways of thinking and non orthodox solutions. Teaching aid exploits digital form that is attractive for young people with the aspiration to focus the attention of students to study professional knowledge.

The focus of interest was further empirical educational research, which also includes implementation of the teaching experiment and statistical analysis of the results in order to practically verify the successful use of selected methods of activation in real terms of primary school.

Montessori’s system, called also Montessori’s education or method, despite the passing years is still alternative for traditional education and works in school practice in many countries in Europe and beyond its borders. It also works in Poland. Although that system was created by M. Montessori more than a hundred years ago it is still interpreted anew. This happens because of the many undeniable advantages and special its author’s resume. The aim of this article is presenting the basic establishment of M.     A mission of current as well as future generations of pedagogues is to search for a balance between supranational politico-economic interests and the presentation of national historic-artistic roots. Despite the many efforts by humanists, it is still true that historic memory and veneration of national values is not a strong aspect of Slovak society. Lifelong education through art could bring a shift in the quality of appreciating cultural accomplishments. Artists and their most significant masterpieces are examples which attract attention abroad as well as at home. In contemporary music education, such development in the dissemination of information which uses new technologies as well as playful and undemanding methods enriches the teaching process with a range of teaching aids and applies an individual approach to each student in the class is expected. An example for opening such a dialogue between a teacher and a student which would allow entrance into the operatic “world” of national schools are the works of such significant personalities as B. Smetana, S. Moniuszko, F. Erkel, E. Suchoň and others. National awakening, relating to traditions, the choice of literary bases, music script, or the composer’s synthetism of these central- European music personalities, are a source of continuous analyses, discussion topics, and educational activities. Opera as an exclusive form for the exacting, so-called gesamtkunstwerk, is, in the pedagogical process, a highly demonstrative form and it is necessary to treat it didactically in such a way so that it is intelligible for younger generations, musically or otherwise gifted. The contribution presents the possibility of introducing the opera “Katrena” – a piece from the period of Slovak musical modernism - with elements of verism, Brechtian and Janáček-esque theatre – swayed by political regulations into the primary school classroom. The teaching aid – a music presentation – comprises a chronologically organised audiovisual overview of the opera. It includes a workbook by means of which teachers obtains feedback about the creativity and knowledge of their students. In this way, the audio information is transferred and intensified by other sensory information, which might bring a memory trace of higher quality. The main objective of this study is to indicate how to involve a Slovak opera – or its audiovisual recording – in teaching music at our schools. The process of involving the matter is taking place within the framework of pedagogical interpretation of a specific opera work. The efforts of the author of the study have resulted in completing a DVD containing the crucial extracts of the opera and a workbook – both representing an interlinked teaching aid for the purposes in question.

    Dneńní doba je ovlivněna rozvojem digitálních technologií. Na velký podíl tohoto trendu má vliv uplatňování digitalizace v různých oborech ale také ve vzdělávání. Ĉlánek se zabývá uplatněním digitalizace ve formě vybraných uĉebních pomůcek na bázi digitálních technologií s uņitím ve vzdělávacím procesu. Jedná se o vyuņití elektronických uĉebních materiálů, které jsou soustředěny do jednoho úloņińtě a tvoří digitální uĉební pomůcku pro uĉitele a ņáka. Jedná se o vyuņití webového prostředí případně prezentace s odkazy do internetového prostředí. Souĉástí příspěvku jsou skuteĉné ukázky digitálních uĉebních pomůcek.
    The present time is affected by the development of digital technologies. Great influence of this trend has an impact on the integration of digitization in various fields but also in education. The article deals with the application of digitization in the form of teaching aids and educational process. It is aimed at use of electronic teaching materials, which are concentrated in a digital storage and generate a digital teaching aid for teachers and pupils. This article presents results of a survey aimed at a sample of respondents who participated in lessons using digital teaching aids.

    The paper deals with the teaching problem of compulsory subject Technology in lower secondary education. The authors analyse the problem briefly and hint as the possibility to design, make and experimentally verify a multimedia teaching aid target the electrical home appliances in planned pedagogical research in the city and country primary schools in autonomous region of Banska Bystrica.
    W artykule autorzy poddają analizie problematykę związaną z projektowaniem badań mających na celu eksperymentalną weryfikację przydatności dydaktycznej multimedialnych programów dydaktycznych w zakresie elektrycznych urządzeń domowych. Terenem badań pedagogicznych mają być szkoły podstawowe w autonomicznym regionie Bańskiej Bystrzycy na Słowacji.

    INTRODUCTION: Knowledge and skills of correct providing first aid by witnesses of an incident are crucial in the Chain of Survival. Ones of the places of increased risk of occur a state of emergency health risk are large groups of people, such as schools. For this reason, teachers working in them should demonstrate a high level of knowledge in the field of first aid for both adults and children. The aim of the study was to assess of teachers' knowledge about first aid. MATERIAL AND METHODS: The study was conducted in central Poland in June 2018 among 80 teachers of various specialties. The research tool was the author's questionnaire consisting of 20 questions, of which 4 were sociodemographic questions. The statistical results were analyzed with use of the rho-Spearman test. The significance level was assumed at p<0.05. RESULTS: In the study involved 68 women and 12 men. The average age was 44 years (SD ± 9.54). The average result obtained by all surveyed pedagogues was 8.99 points (SD ± 3.40) on a scale of 0 to 16, giving just 56.19%. Teachers coped with questions related to resuscitation in adults the best, giving 69% of correct answers, while the worst with resuscitation in children - 34% of correct answers. The statistical analysis showed correlations between the level of knowledge and age (rho-Spearman= -0.238; p=0.034) and gender (rho-Spearman=0.315; p=0.004). No impact of residence was demonstrated (rho-Spearman= -0.073; p=0.519). The author showed a strong correlation of the test result with the field of science conducted by teachers school subject (rho-Spearman= 1; p=0.003). Teachers of natural and technical sciences were below the pass rate (51%). CONCLUSIONS:The examined teachers show significant gaps of knowledge in the field of first aid. They should undergo cyclically training on how to deal with various health or life threatening situations. There is a strong correlation between the level of first aid knowledge and the school subject that teachers teach.
    WSTĘP: Wiedza i umiejętności poprawnego udzielania pierwszej pomocy przez świadków zdarzenia są kluczowe w łańcuchu przeżycia. Jednym z miejsc podwyższonego ryzyka wystąpienia stanu nagłego zagrożenia zdrowotnego są duże skupiska ludzkie, takie jak szkoły. Z tego powodu, pracujący w nich nauczyciele powinni wykazywać wysoki poziom wiedzy w zakresie postępowania w ramach pierwszej pomocy zarówno dorosłym jak i dzieciom. Celem badania była ocena wiedzy kadry pedagogicznej w zakresie udzielania pierwszej pomocy. MATERIAŁ I METODY: Badanie przeprowadzono w centralnej Polsce w czerwcu 2018 roku wśród 80 nauczycieli różnych specjalności. Narzędzie badawcze stanowił autorski kwestionariusz ankiety składający się z 20 pytań, z czego 4 były pytaniami socjodemograficznymi. Do analizy statystycznej wykorzystano test rho-Spearman’a. Poziom istotności przyjęto dla p < 0,05. WYNIKI: W badaniu wzięło udział 68 kobiet oraz 12 mężczyzn. Średnia wieku wyniosła 44 lata (SD ± 9,54). Średni wynik jaki uzyskali wszyscy przebadani pedagodzy wyniósł 8,99 pkt. (SD ± 3,40) w skali od 0 do 16, dając zaledwie poziom 56,19%. Nauczyciele najlepiej poradzili sobie z pytaniami związanymi z resuscytacją osób dorosłych udzielając 69% poprawnych odpowiedzi, z kolei najgorzej z resuscytacją dzieci – 34% prawidłowych odpowiedzi. W analizie statystycznej wykazano korelacje pomiędzy poziomem wiedzy, a wiekiem (rho-Spearman= -0,238; p=0,034) oraz płcią (rho-Spearman=0,315; p=0,004). Nie wykazano wpływu miejsca zamieszkania (rho-Spearman= -0,073; p=0,519).Autorzy wykazali silną korelację wyniku testu z dziedziną nauk prowadzonego przez nauczycieli przedmiotu (rho-Spearman= -1; p=0,003). Poniżej progu zdawalności (51%) znaleźli się nauczyciele nauk przyrodniczych i technicznych. WNIOSKI: Przebadani nauczyciele wykazują znaczne braki wiedzy w zakresie pierwszej pomocy. Powinni oni odbywać cykliczne szkolenia dotyczące postępowania w różnych sytuacjach zagrożenia zdrowia lub życia. Istnieje wśród pedagogów silna zależność poziomu wiedzy z pierwszej pomocy od nauczanego przez nich przedmiotu.

    Opis:
    Pupils with ADHD are children of special educational needs who often find it difficult to meet the school requirements, which results from the specificity of their functioning. Equalizing of educational chances for this group of pupils constitutes the objective of psychological and pedagogic aid provided in kindergartens, schools and specialistic educational facilities. The psychological and pedagogic aid should be provided as close to the pupil as possible, i.e. at the school which the pupil attends or specialistic educational facility, and its organization rests with the director of such school or facility. A pupil with ADHD may receive help at school in the form of individualized work at obligatory educational classes and remedial work during additional specialistic classes or in a psychological and pedagogic dispensary within corrective and compensatory as well as speech or other therapy classes. Teachers are obliged to adjust the contents, methods and organization of teaching to psychophysical capabilities of the pupil with ADHD according to the opinion issued at the psychological and pedagogic dispensary. A pupil diagnosed apart from ADHD also with concomitant behavioural disorders or risk of social maladjustment may obtain a certificate showing that she/he needs special education. In such cases the school has to work out an individual educational-therapeutic programme containing remedial measures of resocialization or sociotherapeutic nature. In case of children with ADHD diagnosed with severe hyperkinetic disorder symptoms which make school attendance impossible or quite difficult, individual education may be administered by virtue of the certificate showing the need for such teaching.
    Uczniowie z ADHD to dzieci o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych, którym często sprawia trudność sprostanie wymaganiom szkolnym, co wynika ze specyfiki ich funkcjonowania. Wyrównywanie szans edukacyjnych tej grupy uczniów stanowi cel pomocy psychologiczno-pedagogicznej świadczonej w przedszkolu, szkole i placówce systemu oświaty. Pomoc psychologiczno- pedagogiczna powinna być świadczona jak najbliżej ucznia, tj. w szkole, do której uczęszcza uczeń, lub specjalistycznej placówce oświatowej, a za jej organizację odpowiada dyrektor szkoły lub placówki. Uczeń z ADHD może uzyskać pomoc na terenie szkoły w postaci zindywidualizowanej pracy na obowiązkowych zajęciach edukacyjnych oraz pracy korekcyjnej podczas dodatkowych zajęć specjalistycznych bądź na terenie poradni psychologiczno-pedagogicznej w ramach zajęć korekcyjno-kompensacyjnych, logopedycznych i terapeutycznych. Nauczyciele zobowiązani są do dostosowania treści, metod i organizacji nauczania do możliwości psychofizycznych ucznia z ADHD na podstawie opinii poradni psychologiczno- pedagogicznej. Uczeń, u którego wraz z ADHD zdiagnozowano współwystępowanie zaburzeń zachowania lub zagrożenie niedostosowaniem społecznym, może otrzymać orzeczenie o potrzebie kształcenia specjalnego. Szkoła zobowiązana jest do opracowania dla niego indywidualnego programu edukacyjno-terapeutycznego zawierającego działania o charakterze resocjalizacyjnym lub socjoterapeutycznym. W przypadku dzieci z ADHD, u których stwierdzono nasilenie objawów zespołu hiperkinetycznego w stopniu uniemożliwiającym lub znacznie utrudniającym uczęszczanie do szkoły, możliwa jest realizacja obowiązku szkolnego w nauczaniu indywidualnym na podstawie orzeczenia o potrzebie indywidualnego nauczania.

    Opis:
    Der vorliegende Beitrag handelt über den Krieg in der Ukraine und ihrem Recht auf Selbstverteidigung. Es geht nicht mehr um legitime individuelle Notwehr, sondern um soziale Notwehr. Daraus wird unter den gegebenen Voraussetzungen das Recht zum militärischen Eingreifen, zur so genannten humanitären Intervention abgeleitet.Dieses Konzept wurde in einem Thesenpapier des Zentralkomitees der deutschen Katholiken aus dem Jahr 2000 formuliert und später zur Schutzverantwortung oder Responsibility To Protect erweitert, das im Jahr 2004/2005 auf dem Weltgipfel der Vereinten Nationen in New York von fast allen Staaten der Erde anerkannt und sogar zur moralischen Pflicht erklärt wurde. Die dort formulierten Kriterien geben in der Sache eine deutliche Affinität zur katholischen Lehre vom gerechten Krieg zu erkennen. Besser wäre es gewesen, Putins hegemoniale Absichten, die er schon seit Jahren offen kommuniziert hatte, ernst zu nehmen und präventive Strategien zu entwickeln. Denn der moderne Krieg bringt keine Sieger mehr hervor, sondern am Ende nur Verlierer. In seiner Enzyklika Fratelli tutti, die man durchaus als Friedensenzyklika lesen kann, bringt Papst Franziskus diese Einsicht auf den Punkt. Der Krieg in der Ukraine wird diese Einsicht bestätigen. 
    Niniejszy artykuł dotyczy wojny w Ukrainie i prawa tego państwa do samoobrony. Nie chodzi tylko o legitymowaną obronę konieczną, lecz o społeczną samoobronę. Stąd pod pewnymi warunkami jest wywodzone prawo do interwencji militarnej, tzw. interwencji humanitarnej. Koncepcja ta została sformułowana w dokumencie Komitetu Centralnego Niemieckich Katolików z 2000 r., a później poszerzona o zasadę odpowiedzialności w zakresie obrony albo Responsibility To Protect, która podczas szczytu Narodów Zjednoczonych w Nowym Jorku w 2004/2005 r. została przez prawie wszystkie państwa uznana i proklamowana jako obowiązek moralny. Kryteria tam sformułowane w swojej treści wykazują wyraźną zbieżność z katolickim nauczaniem na temat „wojny sprawiedliwej”. W przeszłości lepiej byłoby poważnie traktować hegemoniczne zamiary Putina, komunikowane już od wielu lat, i rozwinąć strategie prewentywne, gdyż nowoczesna wojna nie przynosi zwycięzcy, a jedynie przegranych. Ujęcie to przedstawia encyklika papieża Franciszka Fratelli tutti, którą można czytać jako encyklikę na temat pokoju, a wojna w Ukrainie je potwierdza.
    The presented article concerns the war in Ukraine and the right of this country to self-defense. There is no talk about legitimate necessary defense, but about social self-defense. From this, under certain conditions derived the right to military intervention, so called humanitarian intervention.This concept was formulated in the document of the Central Committee of German Catholics in 2000 and later extended by principle of responsibility in the defense – ResponsibilityTo Protect, which during the summit of United Nations in New York in 2004/2005 were acknowledged and proclaimed as a moral obligation. The criteria formulated in them demonstrate in their content an explicit convergence with the Catholic teaching on “just war”. In the past it was better to treat the seriously hegemonial intentions of Putin, as communicated for a lot of years, and developed preventative strategies, because modern warfare only brings beatings and not any winner. This approach is presented in the encyclical letter of Pope Francis Fratelli tutti, which can be read as a document about peace, and the war in Ukraine confirms it.
